hello I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. The anonymity of tumblr means that I associate my idea/image of you with your icon and sometimes I look at people’s icons and I’m like ‘hmmm….what is that and why?’

i was thinking about the idea of human nests (basically like a circle-like area with many items and pillows and blankets to decorate and make it their own kinda thing) but then when thinking about it further something kinda clicked in my mind

arent bedrooms basically human nests? It's a compact space that we shape and turn into our own, and can be different varying on human. We sleep there, eat there (sometimes), in often cases for younger folks its also where we do things we enjoy that don't involve going outside for the most part.
