After visiting the Devil's Punchbowl, I went down to Van Wagner's beach to look for some small pieces of driftwood for an upcoming project I want to try. With all the rain, water levels are very high and the beach front has experienced a lot of erosion and accumulation of debris. (at Van Wagners Beach)

Big tray of macaroni pie ready for the oven. A trini dish my ex taught me to cook. I still enjoy hot spicy foods. This is a nice light snack - spice-wise. Macaroni elbows, onion, green onion, chilli/cayenne pepper, hot trini peppers, grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, evap milk - and secret trini seasoning.
