Cody dissapeared a long time ago in season 2 and I don't think he was a random cameo. Also Crosshair mentions he was resisting the re-education program cuz he is a defective clone, so Tech must have resist it too (if he was alive). I like the evolution of their relationship. In the beginning, Crosshair somehow didn't give a damn about this hound. In the fourth episode, little has changed.
