I was on a walk and as I passed by the local pool I heard one of the kids exclaim “Look! It’s Hedwig!” and all of the kids come over to look. I looked over right on time to see the pained face of a swimming instructor who had read all of Harry Potter. Like she looked at the owl and then back at the kids with a face that just said “oh…. A hint on the quest of writing
This one’s long overdue, but consider the feelings your trying to instill in someone. It’s important to consider overall but a good example where it especially important is horror stories. Reread over yours words, or have others check them. Your never going to get the feelings of dread or tension right on your first try, but that doesn’t mean you can ignore them either.

GI: LIKE FUCK I WILL BITCH! *GI bites GE and is released upon* GE: YOU FOOL! YOU BUFFOON! YOU TRIED TO CATCH A GOD! GE: WELL FUCK YOU TOO! K: What the fuck are they doing over there
I can’t find any context for this

I believe this is called a writing type.
Detail is something that can shift what the reader is focusing on. Adding more detail on to one place will make it seem important, memorable, and something to focus on, while removing detail or not giving to much detail to it can make it unnoticeable. If you pour more detail into the clock on the wall than the strange hooded figure, people are going to care more about the clock. That being said, be mindful of where you put detail and where you don’t.
If this is a writing tip then I believe it is over.
