i don’t understand people // 2.11.2017
As of 18//3//2017, I own 10 vinyl records. I love them so much and you should too. They are ::
Jamie xx - In Colour - The songs on here all show off Jamie’s vision and I fuck with it heavy, it makes me feel relaxed no matter what, and the album cover is A1. I give it 9.4/10
MGMT - Time to Pretend - I like this record because of the association and connection with childhood and youth. I give it 8.9/10
Flying Lotus - Cosmogramma - This record has something for everyone, electronica, hip hop, rock, ambient, funk, jazz, the execution and production on this record is flawless, every song on here has at least something for someone. I give it 10/10
Run the Jewels - Run the Jewels 3 - Killer Mike and El P are the fucking goats, go listen to all their music ASAP. I give it 10/10
The Black Keys - Chulahoma - This LP was one of the first I had gotten from my amazing girlfriend (who at the time wasn’t my girlfriend but still an amazing friend) and is also an amazing record, like all of the Black Keys’ music. I give it 8.5/10
Daft Punk - Discovery - If you haven’t heard One More Time or Harder Better Faster Stronger past 2012, you are lost. I give it 9.5/10
The Gorillaz - Plastic Beach - The Gorillaz make music that isn’t exactly defined in any genre, and I think that’s absolutely incredible, also the features on this record are A1. I give it 9.6/10
CHVRCHES - Leave a Trace Remixes - I love CHVRCHES so much, and the Four Tet remix is amazing. I give it 8.2/10
Grover Washington Jr. - Reed Seed - A very nice vinyl to listen to while high. I give it 7.9/10
Les Brown - Les Brown and his Band of Renown Goes Direct to Disc - Another good jazz album for a nice high time. I give it 8.1/10
