Try to get yourself into something that can keep you busy for hours on end.
Art, gaming, exercise, reading, etc.

Donβt do drugs or smoke!! I know youβve heard this 1000 times but starting drug use because of an ED is a slippery slope. I started smoking and doing adderal to lose weight and I ended up losing thousands of dollars and friends to cocaine and opioid addiction.
Take care of your hair and skin. Even if its the cheapest products, a little can go a long way in terms of skin care.
Trying to shave excess hair growth due to malnutrition (lanugo) doesnβt work. It will keep growing back thicker because your body is trying to keep itself warm.
Keep a to do list or a planner. Brain fog is a real thing and it might help you manage your time.
Dont drink apple cider vinegar straight. Its very acidic and can cause tooth decay and burns over time.
Try to work yourself up to eating at least 3-500 calories a day at least twice a week, thats needed for proper brain function.
If you feel you are going to faint, sit down as quick as possible and if you can put your head between your knees, do. You donβt want a concussion.

do you ever get an obsessive urge to body check but you're in public and don't want to look weird but the urge is just too strong and you can't ignore it?
reminder because apparently we need it:
your ed is not an excuse to be a dick about anyone elses weight. your ed is not an excuse to be fatphobic. your ed is not an excuse to demonise, bully or make anyone feel like shit because they are overweight/obese.
fat people with eds are valid. fat peoples eds are just as serious as anyone elses and they are deserving of love and help just like everybody fucking else.
you are not better than anyone else because you are thin.
