Callout Post on a Tumblr User

With the expansion and traction that my blog receives, there are the case of people who aren't welcome here.

This is one of those users, who crossed the line and viewed it as an accomplishment.

I am talking about a user who was both in the Toxic Chain Server and who has sent asks to my account.

Their name is shovelthesaw (as of righting this blog, that's their name. I also do not know their pronouns but to be respectful I'm just going to be using they/them)

Trigger warning for mentions of s*icide. If this upsets you, please look away. The information will be under the cut

At first, their asks were alright. Simply asking some of the characters about certain Godzilla characters. While I know nothing about the franchise, I simply tried my best to answer and give a response In-character

Until, I recently got this ask:

And while I am fine with people not liking Dokutaro (He's an asshole and a jerk. It's fine to not like him).

However, I am VERY AGAINST telling characters or people to off themselves. Even if the character is fictional, suicide is a VERY HEAVY and troubling topic, especially to those who have had lost loved ones or almost lost ones to suicide. I do NOT stand for this kind of behavior on my blog.

Now, I responded to that ask out of character and let them know that this was okay. But here was their response (now deleted since I blocked them)

I'm sure you can see why this behavior is unacceptable.

Shovelthesaw, rather than learn from his mistakes and realize that IT IS HIM THAT IS THE PROBLEM, views his bans from server as nothing more than an accomplishment, a source of pride for him.

He treats me stating my boundaries and enforcing a new rule (that should've been common knowledge to begin with) as nothing more than a joke.

I am usually not one to make these kinds of posts, but I am doing this to simply spread awareness about their behaviors.

I am not encouraging any kind of harassment towards this person. All I ask is for you to simply block and not engage with him.

Explanation on who he is below:

Who is Hakkyo!Kieran?

Kieran (or hk for simplicity) is an AI that appeared in a player (like irl player) called Diane's Scarlet save file. He originally didn't know what he was or why everything around him seemed so robotic and lifeless. Though Kieran didn't know that he had a special power to create and change code. He was doing it by accident at first, but later learned to control this power to help people.

Diane was the first human that he'd ever met and the first human that treated him with compassion. They grew to be close friends but eventually Nintendo found out and tried to take Kieran's data by force. Diane tried to stop it, but was unsuccessful– her life ending of front of Kieran when Alice (we'll get to her later) shot her in the head.

Kieran spent months being studied and tortured like a lab rat because he was originally part of an entity called no_name. no_name was a virtual assistant used to power and control the Ninten-VR servers and products– a VR system that would merge the game reality with the real world. However, no_name went off the deep end with the pressure from humans, and started eliminating them using this system. Blaise (the person who created no_name) started to regret her creation and took it upon herself to delete it permanently, with no_name dragging her down with it. Unfortunately, that left her daughter, Alice, alone and afraid with no one to take care of her.

However, before no_name was deleted, it split itself in two. One was J, (I'll make a separate post on her later) the other was Kieran. J inherited no_name's corruption and absorbing abilities, as well as it's spite and hatred for humanity, and Kieran inherited no_name creation and changing abilities, as well as the initial hope that it had in humanity.

J starts to slowly corrupt Kieran and his view on humans, turning him into a corrupted monster. This is why his form is distorted a bit– having extra eyes and all of that. Eventually the two break out together and start a rampage, killing hundreds of staff that were there. Kieran finds a human that reminds him of Diane, and it snaps him out of his bloody rage to reflect on all the damage he's done. Killing humans won't fix what happened to them. J spots this and is NOT happy, relentlessly tearing into Kieran and leaving him on the verge of death. After that, she leaves him in the lab to starve.

Kieran is stuck down at the lab for YEARS, only surviving on the rations that the humans left in the lab cafeteria. He is then saved by something of his own creation, but that's where the story ends for now.

Was there a time when someone choked from the mochi? Or a time where someone was allergic to it?

There have been failures in the past, yes. I quickly found out that using mochi isn't as effective as chaining them, as the person affected are just mindless zombies. And even then people have preferences or allergies as you said. It isn't really a convenient method.

Thankfully, the prior person did not remember what transpired. So I left him to let him continue life as normal.

glitchpon lore below (hakkyo ogrepon)

You arrive at the Kitakami Mask Festival, ready to have a good time with your family and friends before you spot what seems to be a lost child wandering around. You approach the child but notice something is off about it. Its clothing seems to be shifting from green, blue, orange, gray, and other various colors. It holds a mask that shifts through its colors mechanically over and over again. You call out to the child and it turns to face you in the blink of an eye. Suddenly, this paralyzing feeling attacks you, and you feel like every single aspect of you is being looked at and scrutinized at every angle. You feel cold and dizzy from its gaze, and you can't help but look at its eyes. Only one is pitch black, and the other seems to be in the shape of a star, but around it is distorted, its body hazy and unclear, the shadows not hitting it quite right. Suddenly, that agonizing feeling washes out, and it speaks in a cold, dead, robotic voice:

The child leaves as if you never existed, continuing to search for this mysterious "Diane" until the cold death of the virtual universe.

What is Glitchpon?

Glitchpon is part of the Hakkyo!AU created by me, although an explanation for that debacle will be done another time.

Glitchpon was the Ogrepon that was SUPPOSED to be caught by Diane, but wasn't due to Kieran altering the events of the story and causing Ogrepon to never even be encountered. However, since Ogrepon is programmed to be caught by the player, they hop from game to game hoping to find Diane someday. Unfortunately, Diane died trying to save Kieran, so Glitchpon can never find Diane because her account will never be logged back on. The closest thing that Glitchpon will have to Diane is, ironically, Kieran. The same Kieran that caused her to become incomplete. If she ever does find Kieran, all that repressed battle data will come to the surface and she will likely end up killing Kieran (or anyone with a slightly similar trainer ID to Diane). So she wanders alone, a husk of what she should have been.

Veeeery short update to hakkyo bc I haven't written in a while and I've been thinking about it nonstop

Have y'all ever been like "yeah ik how every single major story beat is gonna play out but how the fuck do I string then together" because that is how I am with this story constantly. Also puzzle if you want to solve it
