Commit to your new life.

When you become aware of how you speak, how you think and how you act, you are no longer programmed by the past.

Teach your body how your future is going to feel like. Feel the emotions in the present moment. Right now, feel the emotions you want to feel in the future. 

You can become grateful and abundant before the promotion, or before you get the job.

You can feel in love before the relationship happen. You can fall in love with your life, your body, your choices.

You can steer your emotions with your thoughts.

So if you have been waking up grumpy for the past year, start disciplining your mind to feel grateful in the morning.

Practice guided meditations to create the feeling of abundance in your life. Start a gratitude journal. Praise yourself in the mirror. Flirt with yourself. Spoil yourself. You are the captain of your thoughts. Your thoughts influence your emotions. Emotions create your life. 

Build a new personality. 

If you really did believe your thoughts create your future, you would show up and do the work. You would observe your thoughts daily and when any negative thought pops into your head, you would flip it and built constructive ones. 

All it takes is awareness and discipline. Start today. Start right now. You are capable of changing your life just like anybody else.

Always Look Your Best:

Putting effort into your appearance is an act of self-love and discipline, you must be willing to put the effort into looking your best even when you don't feel like it. You are the only one responsible for the way in which you brand and present yourself. You have full control and agency over the persona you craft yourself to be.

Investing in your physical appearance and personal style will first make you feel more comfortable with your own persona and that will translate to higher self-esteem in the long run, and you should always strive to be the best representation you can of yourself for yourself first and foremost. Simultaneously, the world around you will always respond to the way in which you portray yourself, you will be treated according to how you treat yourself. If you show care and self-respect through the way in which you carry and present yourself (which can vary a lot depending on your personal style, taste, and personality), the world around you will naturally treat you as such.

You have only a few seconds to leave a lasting impression in people's minds, you don't know how something as simple as a short glance from someone to another person can potentially open the door for life-changing relationships and opportunities. Before we are known for our personality, intellect, and intrinsic qualities we are known for how we look and what our superficial personal branding exudes. If your goal is to transition into a specific kind of lifestyle make sure that you are embodying what someone who lives that kind of lifestyle looks like, dresses like, and behaves like.

Ladies, I want you to get crystal fucking clear on your goals, what you’re manifesting, what you want to attract into your life, the emotions you want to feel, and how you want to look. If I asked you right this second where do you see yourself in six months, this time next year, in five years could you tell me? Stop wasting your precious thought energy on these men who couldn’t care less about you. Stop waking up to check your phone. Stop living like a lost puppy with no focus or clear vision of your desires. I want you to claim your dreams, no matter how wild and far fetched CLAIM THEM. You want to live next to the ocean in a mansion and be a stay at home wife, CLAIM it. You want to be CEO of your own 7 figure business, claim the fuck out of your dreams. They are all yours for the taking. But you have to get clear, crystal fucking clear and start plotting. Make sure you have a journal to write down your dreams, write down your dreams and goals everyday and I promise you the universe will start plotting to make this all possible for you. ✨

Imagine the most incredible version of yourself. Close your eyes and picture her. What does she look like? Smell like? How does she laugh? What’s her energy like? What type of house does she live in? How does she feel everyday? How does she react when shit doesn’t go right? Now you’ve got the vision. Keep reminding yourself of it each day by closing your eyes, and connecting with this vision. Write it down. Because what you’ll start to see is that you will start to become the most incredible version of yourself that you imagined.

You pull out your to do list and you start stabbing through those tasks like a beast. With so much force and energy within you, that you’re ready to destroy today. Destroy it in a way that reveals all the trapped energy, stagnant energy that has been dormant inside of you. That you finally come alive and snap out of this low, inefficient state. That today you are finally awakened.

A huge key to being consistently productive and organized is to make your task, especially reoccurring, as enjoyable and engaging as possible, which is why I like to use a physical planner; it allows me to be creative.

I like to keep it simple and just use stickers and washi tape; you want to make it enjoyable, but you don't want to take the focus away from the task at hand (planning)

Dream Girl Guide: How To Stay Productive

I use my digital planner for the "always on hand" convenience and the minimalistic layout. I use the apps Actions and Timepage; they are both a subscription ($2 a month), but it's super worth it!

Timepage is a calendar app with a monthly, weekly, and daily view; and Actions is for planning tasks (week view) and making lists.

You can change the background color and color-code your calendar and list. They have a 1-month free trial if you're interested!

How to efficiently plan

Monthly

♡ In your monthly and weekly view, write in any important dates that are set in stone (appointments, work and class schedule, due dates for assignments, tests/exams, birthdays, etc)

♡ Now that you have an idea of what your month will look like, on a notes section or sticky note, write down your own personal goals/action step, habits you want to practice or break, and unscheduled things you need to do. Don't overwhelm yourself - try to limit yourself to 5 in each category.

Daily

♡ Plan your days the night before - that way you have an idea of what your day is going to look like when you wake up and you can act accordingly. Don't plan days ahead; life is unpredictable.

♡ Schedule and prioritize 3 things every day; whether it's studying or having a self-care day.

Getting things done

♡ Set the tone - wake up early (at least by 9 am), fix your bed, and change out of your PJs.

♡ If you are going out, give yourself 1-2 hours to get ready. Avoid having to rush as much as possible.

♡ If you are staying home, have a designated space for getting work done - Some ideal spaces are at a desk, the library, Starbucks, and dining rooms. Do not work on a couch or bed.

♡ In addition, keep your space clean, and surround yourself with positivity and progressive things. Your environment affects your mood and productivity.

♡ If possible, stay ahead of your assignments to prevent stress and cramming.

♡ Like I said before, make your task as enjoyable as possible - Example: I don't like cleaning, so while I am, I watch vlogs of people being productive. It's motivating me while also distracting my brain from the fact that I'm cleaning. However, when it comes to more serious tasks, make them enjoyable, but not distracting.

♡ Use the Pomodoro technique to avoid burnout (no phone breaks!)

♡ Create routines - you don't literally have to follow a routine every day, but routines are good for days that you feel like you need some structure in your life.

♡ Stay emotionally aware and prioritize self-care - don't neglect yourself trying to get things done because, in the end, it will backfire. Every day take at least 5 minutes to do something that makes you feel good.

Drink at minimum 3L water.

Incorporate daily fresh pressed juices.

Drink hot tea.

Keep alcoholic beverage consumption to a minimum.

Take daily vitamins and supplements.

Exercise 5 times a week at minimum, even if it’s only 30 minutes on the treadmill. Do something that will help you maintain your weight and your figure. The goal is to maintain a tight and toned figure.

Incorporate a consistent stretching routine into your daily routine. Stretching lengthens limbs and improves gracefulness.

morning affirmation

I will take care of my body and all it carries. I will gently wake up my skin with warm water and shimmering lotions, I will be delicate and patient with my tangled hair that represents my good night of needed sleep. I will feed my body the substances it requires to flourish and gift myself with steamy lavender tea and honey as he fog leaks through the screen of my windows. 

I am a beacon of light who will be soft and understanding to those around me who may be found in darker places in their own minds. I will reject the idea of taking others emotions personally. and this is YET the nicest way to put it, you guys. speaking generally, I am sickandtired of y‘all going through every manifesting page on tumblr, instagram and god knows where to collect the information YOU ALREADY KNOW. you know damn well to affirm for your desires and to simply stick to that no matter what, WHAT‘S STOPPING YOU???! babygirl I need you to start right now. put away all of your notes on your phone trying to plan yourself an ideal routine on when exactly to affirm, when to do this and that, etc. I‘m saying this just to remind you that manifesting is something NATURAL. I even hate declaring it as "manifesting" BECAUSE YOU ARE SIMPLY THINKING AND BRINGING IT INTO LIFE. the only thing you need to know about manifesting is that it’s just your thoughts! what you are thinking at any given moment, most of the time and during the day.

I WANNA GENTLY REMIND YOU THAT

your dominant thoughts manifest.

you can manifest anything anywhere anytime.

the way you affirm doesn’t matter.

everytime you "jokingly" say "I have my desired …", it counts. it matters to your process. and it brings you one step closer to your desire manifesting into the 3d. I know it might feel weird. for many people, manifesting feels so difficult to do because they all have this "I gotta plan x and y" mindset. don’t overcomplicate it. you have it. fuckin act like it sorry for being so mean oh lord please I love you and I believe in you babygurl!! :( ♡

Let go of what you don’t want. Release those thoughts. Every time you focus on what you don’t want, it’s taking you away from what you do want. Read that again. The internal chatter in your mind is either guiding you towards the life you dream of or a life of unhappiness. Awareness is key, choosing better thoughts is the answer to receiving the life you desire.

You want peace, happiness, success, abundance? That has to be your thought process every moment of everyday. Instead you get stuck in worry, fear, creating dramas in your mind. The only way to succeed is to choose better thoughts. Because with better thoughts come better actions, and with better actions comes a better life.

Honour the little girl inside of you, the little girl that was abused, hurt, abandoned, who felt she was never enough. Let her feel safe, let her know she is loved, tell her everyday. Make her feel so special, she deserves it, keep her clean and warm and nourish her with the nutritious foods. Let her feel free. Let her embrace the things she loved doing, skating in the park, jumping on the trampoline, painting, running, swimming, making sandcastles, girly sleepovers, making stories, playing dressup. It might sound silly, it might sound irrelevant but honouring the little kid inside of you is going to bring you so much joy and fulfilment. That little version of you, still exists, and deserves to be honoured. Give yourself the love and care, and joy that was stolen from you as a child.

write that book. publish that blog. apply for that job. dye your hair. cut your bangs. pick up that hobby that you’ve always wanted to try. wear that outfit that you loved but were too afraid to put on in public. life is way too short. be whoever you want to be, and do whatever you want. stop waiting for the right moment, because there will never be one. sometimes you just gotta say fuck it, and do it! live your life the way you want, and don’t ask for anyone’s approval.

Overnight Notebook Manifestation Challenge

I want you to get out a notebook. An empty notebook if possible cause you’re going to need space.

1. I want you to write out your old story. I want you to write out how it makes you feel, your regrets, your doubts - ANYTHING. Literally anything about the law of assumption, failure, fears.

2. I want you to write about discovering the law of assumption and everything you know about it.

3. I want you to write out your rules of manifestation. How long does it take you to get into the void? How fast do you receive your desires? How does manifestation work for you?

4. I want you to write out your new story. Talk about the things you’ve manifested, revised, etc. Talk all about your power, your perfect self-concept, etc. How everything always goes right for you.

5. I want you to go to sleep knowing that step 1 has been revised from your past. That step 4 is your new reality.

Now, close that, by now, probably full notebook. Thank yourself for giving yourself your desires. Know that you have them.

If you’re still having doubts I want you to go back to step 1 then reread and add to the other steps. Repeat this until you’re so firm in the state of knowing that nothing can shake your confidence.

Don’t log onto tumblr, YouTube, instagram, or wherever you go first for content when you’re finished. If you feel the urge to - REPEAT step 1 and reread and add to the others.

6. Wake up with your desires. Every single last one of them.

Changing an assumption does not take time if you’re honest to yourself about your underlying feelings and assumptions.

Feel free to send me your results. Mind you, this challenge is for overnight manifestation results. Don’t start going to ifs, whats, and buts. Don’t say “well if I wake up w/o my desire I’ll just persist-“ No baby, you HAVE your desires. 4D and 3D. You have them. Don’t sabotage yourself by leaving an opening for failure.

this challenge is for us to manifest our desires & spend more time with ourselves, getting to know ourselves better. this includes engaging in hobbies, self care, whatever manifestation technique of your choice, and receiving everything you want :)

objectives:

embody god and manifest quickly and with ease.

get to know ourselves better.

become independent in manifesting and in life.

prioritizing ourselves.

pre-challenge tasks:

+++ well, first off i want you to think of/create a list of everything you want to manifest. everything you state/make note of, we are going to manifest within this month span. also, make a vision board, even if you don’t use vision boards, still make one to feel happy about what you’re going to manifest!

+++ make a list of/create a list of everything that you like, (hobbies & forms of self care), this is what we will be engaging in during the time period. we want to keep our minds sharp and healthy!

+++ clean up your spaces! we want to be organized and ready for this month of productivity & receiving. if you are in school, do all your work and get ready for the upcoming school week. if you work, set your schedule together and organize your belongings.

+++ create an affirmation list for everything you want to manifest! these can just be general affirmations like; “every aspect of my life is ideal.” , “my body is perfect.” , “my appearance is perfect, alluring, and beautiful”. this list does not have to be long! it just needs to suit you, you HAVE to be okay with your affirmations. one affirmation you MUST have is “i am becoming the ideal and best version of myself”. (adjust to fit you just make sure it pretty much has the same meaning)

+++ create rules for manifesting ! make sure this is PERSONAL. figure out what your limiting beliefs are, then create a rule that overrides that. make this so that you for example, some of my rules are:

whatever i intend to manifest, will manifest how fast i want it to manifest; it always comes better than expected.

all manifestation methods work instantly for me, all i need to do is persist.

all my desires manifest quickly, easily, and effortlessly. i get my desires within 2 weeks; time lag doesn't exist.

i manifest instantly, manifesting is easy.

my subconscious can detect when i want something and fulfill it immediately.

+++ make affirmations for your self concept ! this needs to be personal also , target your limiting beliefs. for example, some of my affirmations for self concept are:

i am the only creator of my world.

manifesting is easy and effortless.

i can manifest anything and everything.

my life is perfect and easy.

REQUIREMENTS:

set a time limit for tumblr for like five minutes per day, stop listening to neville, don’t research manifesting any more. during this challenge you must NOT CONSUME ANY MORE INFORMATION. all the answers you need for manifesting is within you, you already know what to do. just know to apply it.

spend as much time as you can, off of your phone/devices. we want to get to know ourselves better, so we need to spend more time with ourselves. (i suggest you copy & paste this post into your notes)

BE ON TOP OF YOUR WORK!! get things completed before they need to be.

DAILY RITUALS (these things must be done daily)

engage in at least one of your happy rituals (hobbies/self care) during the day.

Even if I have doubts, fears, anxiety, worries I know I am the god of my reality and whatever I say goes, so my affirmations always become my reality immediately because I recognize my power as the only creator. My words and thoughts manifest overnight. They change my entire reality over night. I get my results overnight. I am so powerful, I am literally the most powerful creator ever. I am above anyone and everything. I am so sure of myself, I know I can have whatever I want. I am ambitious and always get what I want because I am persistent and never give up. Not too long ago I had an anon ask me how to fake it till she makes it in manifesting her luxury lifestyle. I gave a bit of advice (you should read that before finishing this) but I want to elaborate more on a certain aspect that is crucial to obtaining an ideal life: becoming your ideal self. That ask was focused on lifestyle, but what about the self glow-up? That’s where this guide comes in. I see a lot of guides where the OP tells you the type of woman you should become, and it’s usually based on their own idea of what is desirable. This is different. This is a barebones guide that requires you to think hard about yourself and what would satisfy you to live in your own skin. To no longer wish to be anyone else. To be the best version of YOU. Who is the the ideal woman you are aspiring to be?

Here’s how to start:

Step 1: describe your dream girl and create a list of 12 essential qualities/skills she has. Things that are controllable by a person themselves, not reliant on another person or location. (Good: she drinks tea every day. Bad: her boyfriend makes tea for her every day)

Step 2: make a list of how you can acquire those qualities

Step 3: dedicate one quality to each month of the year and for every single day of that month, cultivate habits that will make those qualities now belong to you. 30 days is a great amount of time to build a habit that you can continue on with even after the target date has passed. It’s not too long to feel scary but it’s long enough to make really good progress. Plus you won’t feel overwhelmed about doing all of these new things at once. Just one quality at a time :)

Step 4: after 12 months, you will have dedicated 365 days to your own personal growth and transformation and will now emerge a brand new woman.

January: takes expert care of her outward appearance

For January, I will spend 31 days focused on beauty. Every single morning and night I will do my skincare routine, a face mask, use my serums and exfoliants (when necessary), and make sure to apply sunscreen. I will get a skincare consultation if needed, I will schedule a dentist appointment or do at home teeth whitening treatments. I will take a bubble bath once a day and always make sure that I’m exfoliated. I will always make time to shave/wax/epilate/whatever and maintain manicured nails and eyebrows. My hair care will be completely on point because my hair will always be deep conditioned, well moisturized, and styled to perfection.

(Keep a log and make sure to do this every single day. You will now be in the habit of taking care of your external appearance and will be used to looking and feeling a certain way)

February: eats healthy and works out every day

For February, I will find a list of healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners and make sure to use them as my eating guide. I will watch my calories and eat foods that nourish my body. I will cut out sugary drinks and extra sweets and do a workout for at least 30 minutes every day. I will watch a lot of content on health and fitness to keep me on track and make sure that I know what I’m doing.

(Keep a log and make sure to do this every single day. You will now be in the habit of making and eating healthy foods, have a 30 day workout streak, and will have a new relationship with your health and fitness. Because you have successfully committed a whole month to this lifestyle, it will be easier to keep it going to reach your body goals)

March: speaks French

For March, I will study french every day for at least an hour. I will watch french movies and tv shows, learn grammar and memorize vocabulary. I will always keep my flashcards on an app and study them frequently so that I don’t forget anything. I will find a french language exchange partner online and talk to them everyday so they can correct my mistakes.

(Keep a log and make sure to do this every day. You will now be in the habit of studying a foreign language for a dedicated amount of time each and every day. This will get you to a strong start and make it much easier for you to continue learning the language as time moves forward)

November: is a minimalist

For November I will focus on living a minimalist lifestyle and being intentional with the items I allow into my space. I will go through my whole house and declutter all of the things that I don’t need. I will not buy things this month unless they are essentials to me and my growth. I will watch/read a lot of content on consumerism and try to understand why I own so many things. I will have a better relationship with my possessions and take better care of the things I own so that I won’t need to keep buying new ones.

(Keep a log and make sure to do this every day. You will form a better relationship with your possessions and learn to let go of unimportant things. This will build the habit of being mindful of the things you allow into your space and allowing you to make better buying choices in the future)

You get the idea. So basically you will elaborate on each of the 12 qualities and make it very clear what your daily goals are for that month. The most important thing is to stick to it. You have to build the habit so that it becomes your new normal. This is how you acquire a new lifestyle and persona. You do it every day until it’s your default setting. You don’t call someone an a good student because they got an A one time, right? You call them a good student because they consistently demonstrate the actions that makes one a good student on a daily basis.

“But 2pretty! How can I stick to these things every day? What if I don’t feel like it sometimes?”

It’s all about discipline and consistency. Having your effort correspond to how badly you want something. Focusing on the big picture and sacrificing a little bit of comfort. Choosing to be your most excellent self rather than the easiness of staying the same. Growth is hard! But that’s what makes it worth it.

You all can sit here and read level up posts until you turn blue in the face but the fact of the matter is, The Ideal You can only emerge if you put in the work to become her. I believe in you.

Most depression is worsened by environment. Like the friends around you, your shitty boyfriend, the godawful job you have, the crap diet you're eating, the 4 hour crappy quality sleep every night. It all contributes to your life. And it's damn time you take all those under your control and take control of your reality and reshape your mindset.

It's ridiculous how there are so many depressed people out there, and it's time to spank things up and change that.

You want to heal, you want to be happy. Which is understandable but you can't rely on keeping buying makeup for that temporary boost in mood or popping in the prozac pills and doing JACK SHIT besides those fleeting pleasures. All they give you are temporary solutions, if you don't attack the fundamental problem it will always persist. Clear and simple.

FIX YOUR GODDAMN SLEEP.

Go to bed at the SAME time everyday

Wake up EARLY AT THE SAME TIME.

If you lacked sleep on your previous night, GO TO BED EARLIER. No 'maybe' or 'I don't wanna go to bed so early!' WHO SAID THEY WANTED TO HEAL UP AND BE FUNCTIONAL? Do it immediately, for the NEXT night. People are gonna understand if you say you want to sleep earlier, trust me. Nothing more attractive than someone that takes care of her wellbeing.

No cellphone 1h before bed. No peeks, no last texts, nothing. You close your phone totally one hour before bed. That's it.

Your brain is a stupid simple organ, if you associate a place with anything than its intended purpose, the brain is going to associate that place with the unintended use. The more you do it, the more your brain is gonna make the alternative undesirable association. That's why you never "lounge" in bed, because you're destroying that association bed=sleep which makes you sleep quick and fast. Bed is only for sleep and that's it. If you wanna lounge, go to your living room or chill room. Never the bed.

If you can't sleep or have anxiety around bedtime, rise up from the bed, leave the covers open so it aerates, go read a book for 20 min then come back. A chiller room also is incredibly helpful for bedtime. If it doesn't helps, look into weighted blankets.

Wash your bedsheets every week. I do them every Sunday, that's my routine and I can start my week with fresh sheets that feel SO right. The more your life is routinous, the better it actually is for the mental because there's LESS DECISIONS to make, and the brain is LESS overwhelmed. Fresh sheets and well made bed are a great foundation for great quality sleep.

Don't dismiss the influence of good sleep and bad sleep on your mood. Bad sleep makes you rave more junk food that makes you feel like shit afterwards, bad sleep affects your patience and mood and you're more likely to be sad and have depressive behaviour.

DRESS THE FUCK UP AND GROOM YOURSELF.

Clothes ABSOLUTELY influence your mindset for the day. If you dress in sweatpants and ripped t-shirt you're gonna feel like shit for the day. I JUST KNOW IT, BECAUSE I FELT IT. If you're broke and have nothing clean and intact to wear, check out the thrift stores for basic clothes like black pullovers and so on. Minimal, easy to wear rand always looks chic and gonna make you feel chic.

Etablish a ROUTINE (Routines are KEY to good mental health) for the laundry. I wash my clothing every Saturday, but you can choose the day of the week that works best for you. Start some music to fold and tuck away your cute clothing, associate that with POSITIVE VIBES. Hard to enforce habits are made easier by bringing in positive vibes into the experience.

Clean clothes, clean body, good smells signals to others that you like yourself and that they can't push you down. It's your weapon.

What is your favourite scent? Your favourite color? Pick a shampoo, soap and conditioner that has those scents. Again here, if you have difficulty showering yourself and grooming yourself, it's all about positive vibe association. Your favourite scents are in your shampoo bottle so you're more likely to go wash yourself. Same thing with other grooming accessories. My favourite colors are pink and lavender so I pick grooming tools in those cute colors to make me more likely to do it.

Just a water shower is better than NO shower at all. If you don't have energy to go wash yourself, go stand under the water for 5-10 min and just enjoy yourself under the warm water. I swear the shower is like a glowup machine and makes one feel so much better. I've never seen someone become WORSE after a shower.

A bit of brushing is better than no brushing. If you hate having to brush yourself or that you have a difficult time doing that, pick a wet brush, they make detangling so easy and have TONS of cute designs to make yourself more excited about that time. Brushed hair is going to make you look and feel better.

If you can't wash all your body, focus on the armpits, underboobs and privates area. Washing them is the minimum and neglecting them is going to cause smells which are gonna make you feel worse about yourself. You don't want this. Wash those areas.

If you got body complexes, a way to partially fix this is WELL FITTED UNDERWEAR. Tight panties cut into the hips and give you a muffin top even if you're skinny as hell. Too tight bras or bralettes give a similar effect. More comfortable underwear is going to make your figure look fantastic. In a time like this no need to worry about looking sexy, you need to feel comfortable, so don't shy away from "grandma panties". (Flashing news: guys don't give a fuck about your underwear.)

Covid special: you can find cute special color throwaway masks that are gonna make you feel so sharp and nice. Pick those in your favourite color and every time you look at yourself in a mirror you'll like it 😘

BAD VIBES, FUCK OFF KINDLY.

If something makes you unhappy, wether it's a friend that drags you down, a irritating object, etc. Get RID of it. No pity, no maybes. Just good vibes around you thank you. If that thing is actually helpful to your life despite it bringing bad vibes, seek to CHANGE it so it fits better into your future life.

Going out of depression starts with the mindset. If you carry on blaming life, people, objects, circumstances, etc for your depression you're going nowhere and are gonna stay in your shitty situation. The majority of things you blame for your depressive mood probably CAN be changed. You CAN seek another job if you are your current job. There's certainly another job that pays better, treats you better etc. You CAN dump a toxic friendgroup and it's actually better to be alone than be with toxic friends that drag you down. You CAN dump your abusive boyfriend, being single is BETTER than being with an abusive asshole ass. If you settle it means that they're winning over your mind and you're allowing them to work themselves into your mind. Thus worsening your situation.

If you find yourself going on a depression loop ("I feel bad, I am bad, I don't deserve to exist"), go MOVE. I mean it, GO MOVE. Go walk outside, go walk the dog, go clean up your room, go to the local cafe with your laptop to scroll Tumblr, MOVE. Those depression loops are your brain being hyperfixated on one thing because it lacks distraction. It lacks direction, it is staying too still. Go MOVE. Go see the ducks at the local park and give them some seeds, go call a friend to walk together or just talk together. I'm sure they're waiting for you to initiate something together, they're probably hesitating to call you because they don't wanna bother you. Your dog is probably looking at you hoping you'd bring her on a FUN walk and your dog is always gonna be happy doing it. Even if the idea of moving seems so exhausting it's the first steps that take the most effort but once you did it you'll feel so proud of yourself. You did it.

If you respect yourself first, by your self-care, environment and grooming, you're signaling to others that they must respect you. If you don't respect yourself, it signals to others that they can walk all over you and stample you down further into depression.

DON'T EAT CRAP AND EAT WELL.

Junk food is really comforting isn't it? But you absolutely know that it contributes to bad health overall. It makes you feel nauseous, makes you gain weight like crazy and doesn't gives your precious body cells the nutriments they crave so much. Do yourself a grace, eat nutritious meals at least once per day.

Meal prepping is your friend. Again, it spares you the precious mental energy waste and you can redirect your small mental energy on the stuff that requires it. Do 2-3 days at a time, it's so less daunting to do and doesn't gets as boring as 7 days meal prep.

Half your dish should be veggies and fruits. 1/4 your dish should be carbs like pasta, rice, etc. 1/4 should be your proteins.

If you can't muster up the energy to make nutrious meals, at least pop in a multivitamin. Vitamin D deficiencies are strongly associated with depression, and most multivitamins have vitamin D too. Consume while eating a meal for max effect.

Don't drink coffee/tea one hour before a meal and two hours after a meal as it will decrease your iron absorption (iron deficiency = weakness + lack of energy)

DRINK YOUR WATER. It's insanely important and enough water will make you feel more energized.

AVOID ALCOHOL as it is a depressant (aka it worsens the situation). All it is gonna do is give you a temporary happy buzz but it doesn't attacks the problem at the core.

No junkfood in the house, avoid bringing them inside the home. Just don't. If you family brings those in, you could discuss with them about a specific place to store them, away from immediate view.

I know it looks so daunting all those tips together but it did work for other people and for me. If you want to heal and become better, write those down on a sheet of paper and place those on your fridge, to remind you of what to do.

Those seem to be superficial tips but trust me, a shitty lifestyle only worsens the situation and makes you even more miserable.

I strongly recommend to check your therapy solutions, a good vent/cry relieves the heart and the therapist is going to give you journaling resources and advice. Check our your local universities for cheap therapy solutions, teletherapy, if you're still a student see if your school offers therapist/counselor times. You're not obligated to go every week, you can go once per month or at need if you don't have the money for that.

I am a former depressed person, and all those are solutions that helped me the most and I'm passing those on for anyone that might need a lifestyle revision. It sucks immensely, I know but don't give up. Its not always gonna be like that, the more work you pour into it the better it actually gets. 💎

Prioritize setting up spaces and time to unwind and give yourself the attention and pampering you deserve. Life doesn't have to be hectic all the time.

Honour the little girl inside of you, the little girl that was abused, hurt, abandoned, who felt she was never enough. Let her feel safe, let her know she is loved, tell her everyday. Make her feel so special, she deserves it, keep her clean and warm and nourish her with the nutritious foods. Let her feel free. Let her embrace the things she loved doing, skating in the park, jumping on the trampoline, painting, running, swimming, making sandcastles, girly sleepovers, making stories, playing dressup. It might sound silly, it might sound irrelevant but honouring the little kid inside of you is going to bring you so much joy and fulfilment. That little version of you, still exists, and deserves to be honoured. Give yourself the love and care, and joy that was stolen from you as a child.

Your average woman spends....

7 hours a day on her cellphone

49 hours a week,

210 a month,

2520 per year,

And finally, 25200 per decade. That's 2.9 years of her life spent on Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, et cetera, doing useless activities that she'll not even remember, out of 10 YEARS of her life.

Even dedicating one third of that total time spent on screens on activities that provide an actual feeling of furfillement would reveal itself to be incredibly more fruitful.

We're assisting to a massive collective time sinking right now, and it should worry every single one of us. Even you, dear reader.

Your average woman is putting off excercise, skipping cooking healthy meals and going for the junkfood, avoiding studying new things that will enrich her life by going on Instagram Reels, odds she's skipping socialization opportunities with family or friends, she's probably missing out on activities because she's being overwelmed by the SELF-CAUSED lack of TIME. Your average woman is very likely to report lack of focus and feeling less productive than she feels she could be. She's also likely to report having mental health issues, from anxiety to depression, compulsion or apathy, or general lack of energy even.

Those two different issues, time wasting and lack of satisfaction with one's life, are absolutely linked.

And in my honest opinion, dedicating maybe one hour or two per day to reading, self-improvement, journaling, meditation, excercise, actual in-person socialization, and so on is going to help a LOT those issues.

Your average woman is actually simply NOT doing any of that.

And you probably deduced that being average isn't a great thing in that case.

You owe yourself your own happiness and furfillement. You owe yourself time to yourself.

You owe yourself an excellent focus, you owe yourself accomplishment and success.

You know how to do it. Eliminate anything that's on the way. Uninstall Tumblr and Pinterest and Tiktok and Facebook and Twitter and... You get it. You're way more likely to WASTE your precious time and STEAL yourself from great opportunities because you dead-scrolled.

Then, with the remaining apps, electronics, etc, severely declutter their use down to what you DO actually appreciate, to what you consider important.

Technology offers great benefits but it did stole our collective time. It made us insolated from each other, it made us hyperfocused on the fake PLEASURE that electronic device "interactions" offers, and made us skip the ACTUAL PLEASURE that life offers us.

I am not writing this to be angry at YOU in particular, I am personally pretty angry at the WHOLE situation that led us to that. And I personally feel pretty helpless facing this whole situation, people are aware of this themselves but they don't really realize how bad it actually is.

okay first realise..realise you have the power to change ANYTHING. its never too late to change your reality. dont think that you’re too “old” and that its late for you. people are in their 40s, 50s, 60s trying to find themselves and their true identity and trying out new hobbies! this idea that life ends when you’re 30 or whatever is such bullshit. you have so much time to change anything you want and nothing is impossible. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

once you realise that, you can conquer anything. your problems are so small compared to you, because you’re magnificent. in this time of age we do not stop to congratulate ourselves because we are always comparing ourselves to other peoples lives on social media, or our parents are comparing us to other peoples kids. take time to CONGRATULATE YOURSELF for atleast wanting to try doing better for yourself. thats already an achievement and a step closer to achieving your dream life. some of you guys have been through hell and back, yet you’re still here. just congratulate yourself on that, because thats amazing. really.

write down or take mental note of all your “bad habits” than can include something simple as procrastinating or idk nail biting. GET RID OF THEM. DECLARE THIS NOW that you will stop doing those habits, these bad habits do not benefit you. now, its pretty easy to cling back onto these “bad habits” so dont even worry about it. if you do it again do not belittle yourself, do not beat yourself up about it omg. literally dont you’re still amazing and hey..maybe you won’t completely get rid of them so start minimising how much you do those so-called bad habits

secondly, the mental glow up

mental glowups are also important aswell as physical glowups. mental glowups really do wonders and can impact your physical appearance!

• don’t beat yourself up when you make a mistake.

i feel like its so normal for us to do this and i think if you were in a household that was not particularly great at emotional wellbeing you would struggle whenever you make mistake cus you would beat yourself up about it, its a tactic we’ve learned to do and its not a very good one.

• treat yourself with kindness.

how you treat a little child under your care, treat your mind and yourself as so. when you feel under pressure, when you feel caught up with everything. take it slow. and realise, you’re amazing and you can get through any obstacle.

• treat yourself like a QUEEN!

honestly, we should all start treating ourselves like the beautiful people we are?? like yeah i woke up messy hair and all but i am still beautiful. i am still shockingly pretty and i rock any hairdo.

• prioritise yourself. stop prioritising others.

now dont get me wrong, when the moment is right you can put others before yourself..BUT NOT ALL THE DAMN TIME! treat yourself, love yourself and prioritise yourself.

thirdly, the PHYSICAL GLOWUP!

now whatever you want to look like, visualise, script, command your subconscious or affirm that what you look like is IN YOUR REALITY! and nothing can stop that, literally nothing can. and in the meantime literally just love yourself, congratulate yourself..i mean your physical glowup is here and you look absolutely stunning.

take plenty of selfies cus you’re beautiful.

go outside and hang out with friends PLEASE DO NOT PUT A HAULT ON YOUR LIFE FOR YOUR MANIFESTATIONS.

pretend you’re a celebrity on vogue doing your routine in the bathroom. literally have fun, do hairstyles you wanna try, spend a lil bit of money on skin care + makeup.

NOW..COMBINE EVERYTHING IVE JUST SAID.

okay, now combine everything and just do it, dont be scared. why are you scared? you still have plenty of time to make mistakes and try again, and get your dream life, you still have time to love yourself and gain knowledge of YOU and stuff you like. now..you dont need the “perfect life” i feel like that is being so targeted towards young people nowadays searching for that “perfect life” that builds up so much more pressure, tbh. all you need is stability. become stable and consistent in habits, relationships, your body and your mind. (if u want, u can obvi have ur perfect life hun)

your desired self would not be worrying how your best life is going to come about. you are already living in it. you don’t have to physically embody it in your everyday lives, but it is needed to have that inner knowing of just being in the reality. try not to victimize yourself thinking that it’s not going to come because it is there to claim it with persistence.
