Multitasking
From maintaining a course-load with multiple subjects to completing various projects and papers all at one, every college student knows that there’s never just one thing to do at a time. If you’re the type of student who works on multiple assignments while simultaneously eating dinner and watching television, you’re not alone. Everybody multitasks, but what most people don’t realize is that, in fact, multitasking doesn’t work. Studies show that only about 2% of people are capable of effectively multitasking, but that doesn’t stop the remaining 98% of people from trying. And with today’s technology, everyone multitasks more than ever—from using smartphones in class to tablets while watching television, there are always multiple things to be doing at one time. While multitasking may make you feel like you’re accomplishing more things in less time, in actuality trying to multitask does more harm than good: It reduces productivity, and even lowers your IQ. Things like texting while studying or watching TV while working on a paper can have a huge effect on your academic success, so next time you’re tempted to multitask while doing schoolwork, remember that if you really want to get something done right, multitasking is probably not your best route.

Sooo... i finished my door project, and there is officially nothing more to do in the Design and Architecture classes anymore. The door ended up nicely, not as planned ( but then it never does), and it is definitely a Hobbit door, though I honestly wouldn't mind having such a door myself.
At first i was at a loss, if i had used chewing gum and such, the pages would stick together. Thus i decided to go to a toy store and by stickers. It's been years, and quite a few of those passing by gave me an odd looke while i stood in the store, trying to decide on what stickets to buy.😊 So from now on, whenever i send a postcard or give a wrapped gift, there is going to be stickers, looots of stickers 😀
I did actually start out by painting with a brush, then it used my finger but In the end realised I’m SUPPOSED to wreck this journal, and eventually just poured the remaining contence of my coffe cup on the right page 😲 And since I’ve made sure to use it as a napkin whenever I spill coffe (i did this yesterday) 😆 Then I’m going to go to random cafes and order different kinds of coffee which I will paint the different coffe cups on the left page with 😁
Page for negative thoughts -i think, originally i did write something inside those though bubbles. The reason is that to me, saying it out loud or actually writing those thoughts means i aknowledge them, which i refuse to. In the same way acting on negative emotions like anger, actually just makes you more angry. "letting it out" is just a joke, phsycology research has shown it only makes it worse. "getting it out" is not always the best action to take, especially if it's about things we have no control over, like regretting past actions. Regret doesn't help at all, what does help is getting up to take action so that it does not repeat!
