Do you believe in ghosts?

I-... Believe that there may be some things that are unexplainable to the common person. I suppose that I would consider myself among the common people in that regard as well.

There is much potential and evidence for ghouls and spirits to exist. I try to not place too much attention on the possibility of apparitions though. My focus is in maintaining the living rather then concerning myself over the dead; after all.

Do any of you have any repair skills, or will you need to find someone to do it?

Neither of us are particularly skilled in the matter of carpentry. We will be working on locating someone in order to mend the shelf at the earliest convenience. I intend to check if there is anyone who may be willing to assist us whenever I go into town again — I am hoping for luck in that matter.

I have been informed that I need to remove or at least temporarily displace some of my items as Hastie believes that one of the shelves in my cabinet appears to be unstable. While I have already completed this request and have temporarily placed my items within a box, I do hope that we can fix the shelf soon. I am not partial to having my items sitting at the side.

Wow! That's really impressive! That kind of research will impact the world for generations to come! How do you feel about that, knowing your name might be found in history books of the future?

Oh, I have never quite paid much mind to the idea of achieving fame…? While I do not find the concept outright distasteful, I believe that it is more important to keep the original goals at heart; helping whoever I can, wherever I may!

It is for that reason that I have even taken care to keep the majority of my works open and without restrictions. I wish for others to be able to copy the works that have helped many others within London so that they may be able to provide assistance on a much larger and more impactful scale.

Have you ever made any neat science discoveries?

Oh! I have made some discoveries in the area of alchemy and herbal pharmaceuticals. Many of my works have been published as well which has provided me ample satisfaction to make up for the more drab of my works that will hardly ever make it to publication. Hastie and I have even shared a few works which was rather exciting!

She does not seem to have become that comfortable yet — though she does appear to be growing more content with both Hastie and I. Perhaps someday.

I apologize for the stall in my communications. I have been rather under the weather as of late. In fair news, the cat from the street has returned twice now as of late. She appears to be doing well.

How are you guys doing? Did anything fun happen since you last spoke to us?

I apologize for the quiet from our side, we have unfortunately been rather busy with work lately. The cold spike has lead to a number of unfortunate accidents considering the ice on the streets. The carriages can hardly stay on their tracks.

There has not been much fun on our side; I apologize to disappoint. I intend to take a recreational evening to calm myself down after this begins to settle and the temperatures rise to a comfortable level once more. Until then; it is likely that my times will be rather occupied.

Oh, I have been! I have left her small scraps of eggs and water. It is difficult to tell if it is her eating them or another but I hope that they are enjoyed nonetheless.

No. An acquaintance of mine mentioned seeing a cat matching her description while passing by though. I believe she is well.

How do you feel about being told about the future?

I am… Bewildered? Confused? Possibly even somewhat excited… It is not difficult to imagine a bright future with this all in consideration.

At the same time, it is difficult to imagine that things would change so quickly…

There should be an arrow- or triangle-like symbol towards the bottom of the glowing part. It should take you back to what you saw before!
