the law of assumption is 100% real. the void is 100% real. all the success stories you have seen are 100% real. this isn’t something newly discovered and invented. neville mentioned it so long ago in his teachings. many people of different practices have used the void;; the i am state;; being in the state of pure consciousness is something many people have done for centuries before it was even given a name.

it’s all real. second guessing them is a sign you need to remind yourself of your powerful human imagination. look around you. your mind created all those things! it’s more powerful than any method ever. the only thing that should be put on the highest pedestal is YOU.

having FOMO. who cares if you missed out on the latest celebrity gossip, what person cheated on who, the food pictures people are posting on their stories. does it benefit you for a lifetime? no? okay then.

saying "i'm going to do this" and not do it.

isolating yourself for a long period of time

spending more time on your phone than you are living your life. there's life outside a glowing screen. stop wasting what you have and make the best of it even if it seems "impossible". you can always make something out of nothing.

comparing yourself to others

idolizing everyone. celebrities, public figures, influencers....

letting people's limiting beliefs have a hold over you

choosing to keep the victim mentality.

putting your responsibilities and happiness aside to laze around or for other people.

sticking with your circle when you've outgrown them. i don't care how long you've known them for and how good the bond was. if they're not good for you anymore, leave.

letting people step all over you - say no and don't give in to pleases.

pushing your trauma/problems aside. your problems are no less than others. you are important too. tend to yourself.

guilt trip yourself for resting when you want/need to.

abandon your needs.

insulting yourself for failures and mistakes. it's normal, you're okay.

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambi’s post so she’d written most of it but doesn’t want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought it’d be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since it’s been the talk lately.

now, let get into it.

𝐀 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.

states manifest and thoughts don’t and i’ll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.

even if you don’t agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story you’re entertaining.

for example, if you wanted to know what state you’re in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what you’re state in.

if your day to day thoughts are:

where are my desires?

why hasn’t the 3D conformed yet?

i didn’t get to saturate my mind today, now i won’t get it

you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.

i’m not saying it’s a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so it’s not out of lack. it’s up to how you’re doing it.

with manifestation, you’re either in the state of:

being the person who has it

being the person who is trying to get it

in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)

so, if you’re affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) then…

BY DEFAULT:

imagination creates reality

the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING

always look inwards for confirmation because that’s the true reality!

aka choose what you want to manifest! this would mainly be the state of the wish fulfilled.

state = your mindset / your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.

it’s what you identify as. your awareness of being.

choose what you want and embody the version of you / person who already has their desire.

for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.

that is now your state - the person who has their desire. the state of the wish fulfilled.

☆ WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE WISH-FULFILLED?

the state of the wish fulfilled is the state in which your desire has already been fulfilled - that it is already done because consciousness is the only reality. there is nothing left for you to do because creation is finished!

you do not create anything, you only occupy and live in your desired state to bring it to life. this is why there is power in your awareness (of being). be aware of who you are being in relation to your desire.

☆ MORE ON STATES

infinite states exist within consciousness - this means that anything is possible and not all of them are true/will manifest. only the state that you constantly dwell and identify with, manifests.

this is also why infinite realities exist. your state is your reality.

❝ The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself. ❞

☆ ┊ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓

now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your state will naturally flow to you.

as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. that’s what techniques are for!

so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?

thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing, affirming, inner convos, feeling, etc.

thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. — blushydior

affirm: “i have $10 million dollars in the bank!”

visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank

feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.

that is now your awareness / state of being

feeling ≠ emotion!

feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.

☆ 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆

remember that the feeling is natural and it won’t be the same every single time. for example, if you’re now just starting to understand and enter the state of the wish fulfilled, it might be exciting, relieving - euphoric even but as you exercise returning back (persistence) to dwell in the state, it’ll start to feel natural. it might start feeling nonchalant, peace, calmness! so if you reach that point and start to worry, “i feel nothing but I know it done. am i doing something wrong?” no you’re not. it’s okay!

you don’t have to act as if. only be as if.

❝ Are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment, and then dropped? ❞

if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.

that’s it. that’s your state! you changed who you are.

YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (that’s because the law is)

☆ 𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐖

close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.

see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.

isn’t it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.

you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?

now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because that’s what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.

not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!

the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.

you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.

dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!

it’s the same thing with thoughts.

“thoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.” — blushydior

like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?

your imaginal acts, awareness of being (visualizing / affirming / inner convos / feeling / auditory / etc) = fact

doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. don’t even care enough to label them. they’re silly little thoughts.

☆ ┊ 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 - 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓

all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.

A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it

❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞

SEE! it’s really no different. it’s the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but it’s the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you “don’t see it in the 3D” and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.

whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it. 

if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example, asking “where is it?” / “it’s not here yet.” — correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.

and you keep doing that WHENEVER YOU WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, it’s like putting on a new suit. at first it won’t feel natural but over some time, you won’t even be “conscious” of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.

this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.

methods don’t hold any power. you do.

it’s not a chore. it’s a choice.

easy peasy.

you have fulfilled the inner man, accepted it as a fact and got your manifestation.

𝐀 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

☆┊ 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐅𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄

doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions

doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts

you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (“i have xyz”) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you don’t identify with them, they don’t hold power.

if YOU know you’re already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.

for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told “no, you’re not!”

would you go:

“i’m not? oh my god… you’re right. i’m not famous!”

or

“uh…? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said i’m famous so that’s what i am…. famous. lol.”

*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.

𝐀 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

☆ ┊𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟑𝐃 - 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 ≠ 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 

→ ┊ REACTING is looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.

EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation

DON’T: “my life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.” and settling for these thoughts as facts.

DO: “it doesn’t matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!”

→ ┊ INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.

EXAMPLE 1: you’re manifesting a romantic partner.

physically: when someone asks you “hey, are you in a relationship?” you say no.

but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend 🤭🤭

EXAMPLE 2: you’re manifesting money

physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.

but in your mind you go: “i literally have so much money lol ?? i’m the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.”

EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones

physically: “life’s been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.”

mentally: (after venting) “that made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everything’s okay. i’m safe.”

it doesn’t matter what you do or say in the 3D!

consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!

𝐀 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

in this context: the repetition of affirmations. not repeatedly going back to the state of the wish fulfilled.

i’ve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didn’t get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state of trying to get it.

when manifesting, you don’t try. you either have it or you don’t. 

so are you person a?

“okay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i won’t get it my manifestation!”

blushy’s observation: you aren’t being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.

you simply aren’t in the state of being. you’re in the state of lack / trying to get it.

how can you try to get something you already have?

or person b?

“i feel like saturating my mind. why not? it’s fun.” →

“i already have all of my desires because i said so. there’s no need for me to worry or stress because it’s already mine! it’s done…” and so on.

so do you have it? yes or no?

you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:

don’t accept them as facts (assumptions)

identify with them

are in the state of trying to get them by going: “i need to affirm more or else i won’t receive my desire.”

you won’t see results.

that’s why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.

it’s all about the knowing it’s already yours IN IMAGINATION - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.

it’s called the law of assumption for a reason! (as neville even once said, law of being) you accept / assume you are the person who has it as true without any physical evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.

❝ This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, that’s what you’ll get. It’s the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesn’t mean they’re all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, you’re introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. That’s exhausting and it’s not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you don’t have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. […] It gives your thoughts power when you are not your thoughts. You are who you claim to be in imagination because imagination creates reality. So if you visualized or affirmed that you are the person who lives their dream life and accept it as a fact in your mind, nothing can make that change other than you and you are pure consciousness. You can have negative thoughts and feel your emotions because just like the outer world, they have nothing to do with you unless you identify with them. So choose your story. Your silly little thoughts or the fact that you are the person who has their desires. ❞ — blushydior

all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.

this is my opinion but i don’t like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. it’s very limiting.

it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and “dominant thoughts manifest” concept works for others is because they assume it does. remember that techniques don’t manifest, you do.

❝ An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact. ❞

if you are affirming on loop and aren’t seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution you’ve been looking for!

☆ ┊𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐃𝐎 𝐏𝐄𝐎𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌 𝐎𝐍 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐏?

this goes along with manifesting with hard circumstances and being a neurodivergent!

i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didn’t identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: “yes! i do have it.”

saturation is NOT necessary. you don’t need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.

another thing. 

if you are this person: 

“okay i’m going affirm all day and then i will get it!”

you will succeed because that is the assumption you’ve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.

so yay! you got it.

Neville and many others have preached about investing time into your self concept. One important note is that you don‘t need to change your self concept to manifest your desires. Although this investment isn‘t needed to manifest your desires, it would be foolish of me to say its investment isn‘t worth it, because it is completely worth it. Almost all of your questions can all be answered with: 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓 … Dear reader, if you are willing to change your self concept, these limiting thoughts regarding your desire, self being & the world will disappear and your life will be on easy mode.

Self concept is how you perceive the world in relation to you and yourself to the world. It contains all assumptions you have regarding yourself, such as your appearance, personality, social life, romantic life, etc., and contains all assumptions you have about your environment, such as other people‘s appearances, personalities, how they treat you, etc. Self concept also relates to your assumptions regarding manifestation, such as your assumption on the time it takes for you to manifest, what limits you believe you have, etc.

With a good self concept, you instantly and effortlessly manifest. You won‘t doubt your abilities anymore ; your limiting beliefs and worries about failure, time, logic and the 3D will be gone. You‘ll no longer have a victim mindset, you‘ll take accountability, as you‘ll understand that you are the operant power. You‘ll no longer be wishful thinking or dwell on regrets. You‘ll be treated as you wish. You‘ll no longer be insecure or jealous, and you‘ll put yourself first / on the pedestal. Basically, your life will be on easy mode.

You put yourself on the pedestal and you put yourself first. You don‘t spiral about your circumstances. You are patient and unwavering while manifesting. You don‘t blame others / you don‘t have a victim mentality. You have self love and confidence. You don‘t settle for less, as you are brazenly imprudent and you know you deserve what you want. You pay no mind to logic, time or the 3D. You don‘t doubt your power nor downplay yourself. You rely on yourself, believing and trusting in yourself. You aren‘t influenced by others, disregarding others words. You aren‘t miserable, jealous, insecure or envious … and so on.

You have your desires on the pedestal, putting yourself second. You spiral often and dwell on negativity. You are impatient and aren‘t consistent with persisting. You blame others and have a victim mentality. You hate yourself and are insecure. You settle for less, accepting defeat. You focus on logic, time and the 3D. You doubt yourself and your power, always downplaying yourself. You rely on blogs, coaches, etc., not trusting yourself. You are easily influenced by others, accepting others words as facts. You think you don‘t deserve anything good. You have an insecure, miserable, jealous and envious mindset. You believe in limiting beliefs such as having to work hard to get what you want, divine timing / fate / destiny, not everyone will like you, everything happens for a reason, life isn‘t fair, some people are just lucky, etc.

𝐈𝐕. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓?

First off, do not attempt to change your 3D. You do not have to do anything in the 3D. ❝ Stop trying to change the world since it is only the mirror. Man‘s attempt to change the world by force is as fruitless as breaking a mirror in the hope of changing his face. Leave the mirror and change your face. Leave the world alone and change your conceptions of yourself. ❞ To change conceptions of yourself, all you have to do is stop identifying yourself as the undesired, and start identifying yourself as the desired. There are many methods, techniques, etc. out there that can help you with changing your self concept, such as visualization, commanding your subconscious, etc. It all works, but in this post, I‘ll only cover,

౨ৎ ⋮ 𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 aka thinking … ⌵

𝟏. Identify negative / limiting assumptions you hold

𝟐. Flip those limiting beliefs to positive ones

𝟑. Affirm the positive ones and don‘t return to the old story

What assumptions do you have right now that do not benefit you? Flip those negative assumptions to positive ones, then from now on, have thoughts that imply that positive assumption as a fact & persist. Something I‘d like to note is that you do not have to affirm every second, 24/7. You can if you‘d like though! You just need to affirm whenever thoughts regarding whatever it is about your self concept that you‘re changing pops up. Keep in mind you do not have to believe in your affirmations, because they will harden into fact anyway.

𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄:

The world is against me -> The world is on my side

… Jonathan assumes the world is against him, which results in people treating him like shit and him having bad luck. To change this assumption, he changes his thoughts. He stops having thoughts that imply the world is against him and he basically keeps his thoughts in check. With persistence, his assumption changed and now the world is on his side.

౨ৎ ⋮ 𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓 … ⌵

To maintain your new and improved self concept, all you do is persist in the new story (new story = good self concept) and give no power to the old story (old story = bad self concept). This just means to persist in dominantly having thoughts that imply your self concept is perfect. I know sometimes we slip up or get intrusive thoughts. It is okay to slip up a few times, as long as you are dominantly thinking in having what you want. If you get unwanted thoughts, then something that helps is interrupting those type of thoughts. For example:

🤡 How will my desire manif-

If you need motivation, Neville Goddard books are truly motivational reads, as they are full of success stories and inspiration. You can also read success stories on Tumblr or any other trusted loa site. One tip I have for motivation is to keep a list of all your success stories, no matter how “big” or “small,” then read that list whenever you feel low about manifesting.

❥ my self concept is perfect in all aspects. I know I am the creator, the God, the source and I know I am limitless. I see myself in such a godly light and so do others, which is why others can‘t help but treat me like a God / Goddess. Not only that, but everything I desire, desires me more. My desires are extremely attracted to me; In fact, anything good is attracted to me, like a moth to a flame. I love life because life treats me extremely well. Life treats me like how someone would to their first love or to a desert rose. I am also protected, as everything always goes my way and works out in my favor. And of course, manifesting is so easy. I manifest anything I desire instantly and effortlessly. I don‘t care about the 3D. The 3D doesn‘t affect me, as I know it is malleable and not set in stone. I am brazenly imprudent; I don‘t take no as an answer. I only get what I want and better. I always win, never lose. I already have all my desires.

𝐕𝐈. 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒 / 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐑𝐎

𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 If you wanted to, you can make a list of self concept affirmations (either online or irl, doesn‘t matter), give it a title (can be anything), then affirm that you got everything from *insert title* (self concept list). For example, I‘ll write down self concept affirmations, then title it “star list” and affirm “I have everything on star list” — that way, I don‘t have to affirm for every single self concept affirmation.

𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 Use sleep to your advantage! When you wake up and while you fall asleep, you are in SATs, which is extremely useful to affirm in. I suggest that you affirm right when you wake up and as you fall asleep. Works like a charm.

𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 If you are feeling frustrated, please do yourself a favor and take a break. The law isn‘t going anywhere, so don‘t worry about “wasting time” while taking a break. Take the break, take care of yourself, then come back when you feel better.

𝐓𝐈𝐏 🏷 Make affirming / Changing your self concept fun for you! One way I love to make it fun is by using music. Make a playlist dedicated to self concept and have fun listening!

𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 Health, wealth, beauty, and genius are not created; they are only manifested by the arrangement of your mind-that is, by your concept of yourself, and your concept of yourself is all that you accept and consent to as true.

𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself.

𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 Change your conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world in which you live. do not try to change people; they are only messengers telling you who you are. Revalue yourself and they will confirm the change.

To answer this

What I mean with meditation is that just put pure alpha waves as the background music and sit comfortably just take 4 deep breaths and count 100 to 0 (backword counting is necessary), if u get distracted again start from 100, once you reach 0 u r in alpha state just do whatever u want.

if u want a guided meditation this, it is 20 mins approx but work wonders.

(Also you can find so many videos on alpha state, it is more easy than u can think)

You create your own rules so you can manifest in whatever way you want. This post is for my beginners & those who want a sense of direction. 🌙✨

MANIFEST ALL YOUR DESIRES IN 4 EASY STEPS!

1. Decide on what you want to manifest.

Eg. 20/20 vision. (Choosing this example because it makes an interesting case for ignoring the 3D)

2. Accept that you already have it in your imagination. Assume it is done. The second you decide you want something, it is yours. No power on earth or in heaven can stop your manifestation from coming to you.

Know that you have 20/20 vision and think as if you already have your desire. Affirming = Thinking. So just think thoughts like, “I have 20/20 vision. I can see clearly. I have perfect vision in both eyes.”

Remember, you’re not manifesting your desire. You are simply reflecting what you are: which is the assumptions that you have accepted to be true.

3. Ignore the 3D. The 3D doesn’t matter because it isn’t real. Consciousness is the only reality so dwell in your imagination & know that the 3D will conform regardless of your circumstances.

If you wear glasses and your vision becomes blurry when you remove them, tell yourself that it doesn’t affect your manifestation in anyway and you have perfect vision in your imagination so the 3D will conform no matter what since it is THE LAW.

Don’t worry about changing the 3D. Instead change your 4D or your imagination & the 3D will reflect your new reality to you.

4. Persist. Persist. Persist.

💌 — Hold the assumption that regardless of what you do, your desires always manifest super quickly. You can cry. You can be depressed. You can have intrusive thoughts & limiting beliefs. You don’t need to have a perfect self concept. You don’t even have to believe in your manifestations. This will not affect your manifestations at all. Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing can stop you from getting what you want.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆?

The void state is the state of pure consciousness. It is commonly referred to as the I AM state in Neville Goddard’s work. You can find more info regarding it in At Your Command and in chapter 3 of Your Faith Is Your Fortune. 

Now I want you to understand the following sentences:

“I and my father are one, but my father is greater than I,” John 10:30, John 14:28

What does this mean? Consciousness, being God, is the ‘father.’ The thing that you are conscious of being is the 'son’ bearing witness of his 'father.’ It is like the conceiver and his conceptions. Whatever you identify yourself with now is simply the conception and the I AM within you is the conceiver. The conceiver is always greater than his conceptions. God is always greater than his creations. When you enter the void, you are taking our attention away from your present assumptions and limitations of your life. Instead, you direct your awareness inwards to your I AM presence and focus on just being without conditioning that awareness. This is the state of being purely the conceiver and that is why in the void, you manifest INSTANTLY without any distractions, intrusive thoughts or limiting beliefs. 

“To be absent from the body and be present with the Lord” Corinthians 5:8

This means to escape the present conception of yourself with all its limitations and turn your attention inward toward the Lord or the I AM within you which is the everlasting awareness of being. By doing so, you are stepping into your God state where all things are divinely possible.

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑰 𝑨𝑴 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆:

Your faith is your fortune chapter 3: To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, “I AM”. Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, “I AM – I AM”. Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating.

𝑻𝒐 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒚 𝒊𝒕:

Relax and find a comfortable position.

Take you attention away from the 3D and just focus on affirming “I AM” or “I AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESS” or “I AM IN THE VOID STATE.” Feel yourself to be faceless and formless. Feel yourself to be pure consciousness.

Persist till you experience a floating feeling and the 3D fades away.

This is the way I enter the void & honestly it works like a charm every time. I’ve never failed to enter it & it takes me only 1-2 minutes of affirming.

𝑶𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅 (𝒐𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍):

Lullaby method: Affirm “I AM in the void” as you drift off to sleep & you’ll wake up there.

Commanding your subconscious: Order your subconscious to take you to the void. Simple and straightforward. 

Sleep paralysis: After inducing sleep paralysis, your body will be asleep but your mind will be awake. At this time, begin to affirm and you should be able to get into the void quickly. 

People come up with a new method to help you get into the void each and every day but all you have to do is relax, affirm & keep faith. Don’t overcomplicate it. Assume you are doing everything right. That changes the whole game.

𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒗𝒐𝒊𝒅:

It’s pitch black.

The outer world no longer exists. You can’t hear, see, touch, feel, taste anything.

You don’t have a body. You’re pure consciousness. You ARE the void.

You don’t have any limiting beliefs or intrusive thoughts.

You get your desires the second you exit the void.

Feel your desire to be true in any way you please. Affirm, visualise or know you have all of your desires.

To leave the void, just decide you want to get out. Once you’re back in your (desired) reality, you WILL see that all of your desires have materialised. If you don’t see your desires then you did not enter the void.

Assuming the void state is hard to enter- This is honestly the biggest reason why a lot of people don’t get into the void but it’s also something that can be quickly resolved once you understand why it’s easy to do so. With the void, you’re tuning out the 3D and focussing on your I AM presence within. This is your God self that has always been there with you. It is the state that came before you and is going to exist after you. That’s why it’s the easiest task in the world to reconnect with it. Only your worries and fears make it hard for you. Clear you mind, be present and affirm. You got this.

Impatience & lack of persistence- Just because you affirmed for 5 minutes and you haven’t experienced anything yet doesn’t men you aren’t going to enter the void. the lullaby method

1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).

2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.

for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:

"i have my desired face"

"i look exactly how i want to"

"i have head turning beauty"

"i woke up with my desired face"

"i am extremely beautiful"

or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:

"money comes to me quickly and easily"

"i always have more than enough money"

This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the Lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of being anything but I AM – I AM; you are only conscious of being.

the I AM state

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.

people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.

in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".

this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!

how to do it

1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.

2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.

KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.

you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.

3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!

UPDATED WAYS TO REACH THE VOID

SLEEP PARALYSIS

sleep paralysis is a quick and easy way to enter the void extremely quickly. sleep paralysis is when you cannot move AT ALL, and the purpose of it is to prevent your body from acting out your dreams.

don't worry, you won't see anything scary. people say they scary stuff, but it's just hallucinations. nothing can you harm you. remember you are in FULL control. you chose to give yourself yourself sleep paralysis, and you can come out of it if you want to! to get out of sleep paralysis, simply wiggle your toes for like 30 seconds and you'll get out of ity with the ease.

there are various ways to get sleep paralysis.

wait it out. simply get into a comfortable position, and wait for your body to fall asleep, while keeping your mind awake. do this by staying completely still and thinking of things/daydreaming to keep your mind awake. eventually, you will convince your body it is asleep.

use this guided meditation to enter sleep paralysis. follow this man's voice.

use this subliminal.

affirm "i have sleep paralysis" while sleepy, and you'll wake it up with it. (basically, the lullaby method.)

just set an intention that you'll get it.

just sleep on your back.

after getting sleep paralysis, you won't be able to move AT ALL. if you think you can move and get up effortlessly, you are NOT in sleep paralysis.

you start to feel tingles, twitches and urges to roll over and move. ignore these urges. you also start to feel really light/a floating sensation.

you can do it the traditional way, just staying still and affirming. or you can do the lullaby method and wake up in the void.

VOID TIPS

don't form an unhealthy obsession with the void. if it's not for you, MOVE ON. a lot of you guys get so obsessed with this method to the point where it affects your mental health. it shouldn't. no method is worth that. plus, you can manifest INSTANTLY without the void. there are people on my page who have manifested a 20 inch waist in an HOUR without the void. it's not the only way to instantly manifest. it's just another method.

the best way to ensure your success is to think of entering the void as the easiest thing in the world. and guess what, it is! a lot of people just overcomplicated it. it is very simple and easy to get into.

you can try this method at any time of the day. it doesn't even have to be at night. you can do it in any position - even sitting on a chair! just be COMFORTABLE and RELAXED.

if you keep failing, revaluate what you did wrong and try again.

BE PATIENT. a lot of people give up WAYYYY too early.

if you're really determined to enter the void, take some breaks. work on your self concept. don't put it on a pedestal.

people think having a good self concept is all about self love and feeling pretty, but it's not. it's your viewpoint on everything and affects everything in your life -- your manifestations, relationships, how well life works out for you, etc. so, it's something you should invest in.

people always say, "well, i don't want to work on my self concept!", which annoys me to the bone, because it is the key to manifest all your desires. not only that, but it dictates your entire life.

for example, let's say i want to manifest a new boyfriend into my life. however, i hold the assumption that all men are terrible, they cheat, they lie, etc. and because i persist in those assumptions by repeating those affirmations to myself and feeling it as a fact, my new boyfriend will have no choice but to conform to my general assumptions about men.

i remember when i read an extract from one of neville goddard's lectures. one day, a black man once approached neville and asked him how he could possibly manifest, when most of neville's audience was white and had many great successes with manifestation. so how could he, a poor black man during segregation, manifest the life he desires?

neville told this man about his mentor, abdullah. and how abdullah was more than 90 years old and had the health of an olympic athlete. abdullah gracefully thrived in "whites only" facilities, and was treated greatly despise how logically, the odds were against him. neville then told this man, to change his self concept. why? because once you change your self concept, your world starts to blossom.

so, this man took neville's advice. before he changed his self concept, he was discriminated against everywhere, especially at this place he went to, when he was escorted off the premises. however, after the man changed his general views of himself and the world, everything changed. he started to view himself as someone who rich, has the utmost respect and is a well treated member of society. that same place the man was discriminated against, offered him an a high paying job with his own office without even applying, and started to treat him with the utmost respect, JUST ECAUSE he changed his self concept. crazy, right? all he did was change his self concept, and his entire world changed, because everything comes from within.

people think jut because you're pretty and rich means you have a great self concept. nope, that's not what it is! for example, look at marilyn monroe. an icon, a star, the apple of many men's eye. she was loved by many, was stunning and lived a great lifestyle. however -- her general view of life was quite dull, which caused the failure of her marriages and the dissatisfaction in her career.

now, back to manifesting. so, one of my friends was struggling with manifestation. she had so many doubts, intrusive thoughts, would spiral often, and couldn't manifest shit, because she had a shitty self concept. she held the assumption that she couldn't manifest anything, life is hard, nothing works out for her, and blah blah blah.

she asked me for advice, and i told her to work on her self concept, and i told her what to do and made a plan for her, the plan that i made for you guys, below. and guess what, because she changed her self concept, she has manifested so many luxurious items! versace, prada, etc. and she told me she manifested 100k in just HOURS. she told me because she believed in herself and worked on her self concept, it changed her entire life! she now views herself as someone who can manifest INSTANTLY, someone who is amazing at manifesting and someone who always gets what she was. and SHE IS. she was even showing me all the stuff she's going to buy with the money.

you see how powerful self concept is? she couldn't manifest a toothpick to save her damn life, to 100k in just a few hours. insane, right?

ok now to the part you’ve been waiting for: how to get your SP to show up in the 3d exactly the way you want them too. here's a simple step by step guide to doing just this!

(note: once again i STRONGLY recommend working on self concept alongside this as it will make this a million times easier!)

I. DECIDE

first i want you to take a second to really think about your SP. how do you want them to feel about you? how do you want them to treat you? come up with some ideas and answers for these questions and decide that this is what you want to manifest from your SP. here are a few suggestions:

they are madly in love you, head over heels for you, constantly thinking about you, talks about you all the time, loves spending time with you, always texting and calling you, flirts with you, is always there for you, gentle and kind, gives you 100% of their attention, completely devoted to you, wants to be in a committed relationship w you, meets you in your ideal way (if you haven’t met them yet), etc.

II. ASSUME + KNOW + PERSIST

now that you have decided how you want them to show up, i want you to get into the state of knowing that this is how they’ll show up from now on. that no matter WHAT the current circumstances are, even if they hate your guts, they will eventually conform to your desires. remember: everyone is YOU pushed out!! they have no choice but to conform, this is the law! ignore any undesirable circumstance that may occur and keep persisting in the assumption that they will/already are the person that you desire them to be!! don't give up and spiral if something discouraging happens, just turn your focus within and keep going. the law is foolproof you guys, trust in this fact.

in this section, i’ll be giving you some affirmations specifically for a specific person! (you can replace “my sp” with their name). same as the first section, just pick a few and be sure to repeat them as if it’s 100% a fact (bc it is!!)

my SP is so deeply in love with me

my SP treats me exactly the way i want them to

my SP is crazy about me (in a good way lol)

my SP talks to me 24/7

my SP chases ME

my SP is dying to ask me out and spend time with me

♡ SECTION 3: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: i’ve been affirming for ____ weeks and there’s still no movement?

A: you’re focusing WAY too much on the 3d and time. you affirm and “persist” and then you look straight to the outside and get discourage when you see no movement. also there’s ALWAYS movement whether you can see it visibly or not. so walk by faith, not by sight!! plus, when you say there’s “no movement” you’re actually affirming even more evidence of “no movement.” instead start affirming for quick consistent movement, or better yet don't even worry about the time and when it's coming. it WILL come and that's all that matters !

Q: how do i manifest them texting me, following me on insta, confessing to me, asking me out etc.

A: refer back to section 2. you manifest EVERYTHING the same way and each manifestation is just as simple and easy as the other. don't over complicate it! just assume and know that it'll happen/it's already been done.

Q: how do i know if i'm putting my sp on a pedestal?

A: you know based on how you view them. if you view them as someone who is unattainable, out of reach, above your league, etc, then you are putting them on a pedestal. you unconsciously assume that they are too hard to manifest, therefore that is what manifests. another way to tell is if you feel desperate and needy for them. as if you depend on them for your own satisfaction and happiness and if they don't show up how you want them to you immediately spiral. so my advice would be to work on you self-concept babe...put yourself back on top!

Q: i'm not a fan of affirming. what are some other techniques i can use?

A: you can visualize, do the SATS method, lullaby method, the void state, command your subconscious, listen to subliminals, or any other technique you want! the most important thing to remember with techniques is that YOU are the one who gives the technique power. if you assume that a method will work instantly, then it 1000% will!

Q: is there any point where i should just give up and move on?

A: it would actually be best keep persisting UNLESS of course this person is harming you physically or mentally. but if the reason why you want to give up and move on is because it's "too hard" and you keep looking to the 3d for validation, then i would suggest that you take a short "break" from manifesting you SP specifically, and work on your self-concept as i stated in section 1. remember: persistence an knowing is key, the 3d will conform no matter what!!

EVERYONE IS YOU PUSHED OUT: what this means and how to use this to your advantage!

so if you’ve been in the law of assumption community long enough, you’ve probably come across the term “everyone is you pushed out” ...but what exactly does this mean? this means that every single person acts exactly how you assume they will act. the people and the world around you are literally just mirrors reflecting your assumptions about others. not only that, but they also act according to your assumptions about yourself. let’s look at these two ways more in depth and see how you can apply this to your own experiences!

1. assumptions about others

ok so this means basically what it says: how you perceive other people to act/be, is how they will show up in your reality. if you assume that someone’s a huge jerk and is always giving you a hard time, then that’s how they will keep showing up. if you assume that someone is really sweet and always treats you with respect, then that’s how they will show up. remember: this is the LAW. your assumptions about someone have to conform no matter what, whether it's positive or negative. there’s no button to turn this on or off, it has to happen always.

a common desire that many people have is to manifest a specific person (SP). a lot of the time, they focus wayyy too much on how their SP is treating them in the 3D. they get frustrated and upset if they’re showing up and treating them in an undesirable manner. but what they don’t realize is that instead of getting upset at how their SP is showing up in the 3D, they should be examining their assumptions about this person.

for example: let’s say my SP is completely ignoring me and being a jerk to me. instead of completely spiraling and getting angry over the 3D, i would look back and think about what assumptions i have about my SP. i would then realize that i have the assumptions of “he never has time for me” or “he treats me terribly,” and even the general assumption of “men are trash, so i’m not even surprised.” once i’ve figured out my negative assumptions about my SP, i then start to flip these assumptions around in my favor. these new can be affirmations such as “he can’t get enough of me,” “he’s constantly talking to me and hanging out with me,” “he treats me with so much love and respect.” i could also visualize my SP treating me exactly the way i want him to. I can even command my subconscious like “subconscious, make him treat me exactly the way i want him too” and leave it at that. but whatever you do, just persist in your new assumption and don’t react to the old story!

2. assumptions about yourself

so it’s pretty straightforward how your assumptions about others affect how they show up, but how does your assumptions about yourself also dictate how others show up? well remember: everyone is YOU pushed out! how you view yourself is how the world around you will treat you. a strong self concept is extremely important to build, especially if you are being treated in an undesirable manner...

for example: let’s say you have a hard time making friends and maintaining friendships. every time a friendship ends badly, you think to yourself “of course this happened to me again, i’m such a terrible person” and then the cycle continues. you have an extremely low view of yourself and you repeat this assumption every time you have an undesirable friendship situation. so how do you change this? similar to the first point, you first examine what assumptions you carry that’s affecting your current circumstance. in this example, it’s the assumptions of “i’m such a terrible person” or “my friendships are always ruined.” you have a negative assumption about yourself and the way you handle friendships, and therefore that assumption played out. so from this point on, you would flip the assumption around to something that implies you have your desire. in this example it could be “i make amazing life-long friends” “i am such a wonderful person, everyone loves me!” etc. and you would persist in this new assumption and don’t react to the 3D (as i stated in the first point.)
