that something that took time till i understand it. pleasere and pain. not only with heels but with other stuff too. its easy to focus only on pleasure but when u want to improve realy and want to make the change pain is something which comes along. from wake up earlier to get ready even when u want sleep to wearing heels for long time even when the legs hurt.
its just part of it when u want to make real progress 💁♀️

thats something i do alot recently. it helps to be focused and find the things to improve
always had bad grades exept at art and sport. needed to repeat classes 2 or 3 times and still got bad grades. and finaly droped out ☝️

It gives you anxiety, you over-think everything, and in the end you always just do whatever you think other people want you to do because you're so scared of anyone ever being upset with you.
You spend every day of your life fantasizing about some fairy tale scenario where someone comes into your life and takes away all your choices and decides everything for you.
It's easier to just call it submission, but the reality is that you're just unqualified to be a person and someone needs to demote you down to "pet" so you can finally have the level of responsibility you can cope with.

How do I respectfully disagree with a man?
It sometimes happens that in a conversation I will find myself disagreeing with something a man says. And I’m never sure what to do, especially when I have the feeling he’s not understanding what I’m trying to say. Should I double check that I didn’t misunderstand what he said? Should I correct him? Pretend to agree? Try to explain my position again?
I never know what do without coming across as an arrogant know-it-all, so any tips from my followers would be very welcome.
