*The sheriff wanders the desolate desert for hours. He is seeking any sign of where he came. Nightfall is fast approaching, and he would prefer to not stick out the night in the cold.*

"Hey." says a voice behind him. When the sheriff turns around, he sees Richson towering over him. He is a tall, thin man with dark skin. He has no hat, but his hair covers his eyes and falls down to about the middle of his back. If someone were to see his eyes, they would see them as dark as night. His quite fancy suit, while still dark, has some tasteful hints of color- red and blue.

when I was 14 I worked in a grocery store and one day I got to bag Stephen King’s groceries and of course, being the little horror fiction nerd I am I was completely starstruck

I think he thought I was gonna ask for an autograph because I was not even lowkey staring I was full on moon-faced and bouncing and he kept looking over at me hesitantly like aw jeez kid fuck off

anyways I finally managed to squeak out that I was a huge fan and asked for advice on writing, “how do I write as well as you do?” in my horrible thick German accent and broken ass English and he gave me the best writing advice I have ever received

“shit kid, stop worrying about how other people do it and just write your story”

14 years later my wife and I nearly hit him with our car because he was jaywalking

I have been meaning to make this comic for months now. Because I wanted to explain why Kanako has different fur and hair color for her parents in my AU. I know that real foxes have brown fur when they are very young and get their new fur color when they get older. But I can't see Kanako other than brown. So I made that some traits skipped a generation.

She has the brown hair from Ceroba's mother.

And the brown fur from Chujin's mother.

I know that Clover's gender is up to interpretation (the devs DID say so themselves) but I still feel weird when people make them exclusively male or female LOL Like it's TECHNICALLY fine??? but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
