These two scenes kill me. Jayce’s angle being an aerial shot, showing him from above because he has higher places to be. The ground is so far, he’s not meant to be down there

Viktor angle being from below, where he has felt his whole life. The top is so far out of reach, he has nowhere to go but down.

Jayce being in the dark, where he knows there will be a while before anyone can stop him. Viktor in the light, he truly does not want to die, but he doesn’t believe anyone will come and stop him, he doesn’t care that it’s in the day.

Yet still, Jayce has his eyes closed, not ready to look down, but ready to accept death because he doesn’t feel like he has anywhere higher to go, he’s ready to fall.

Viktor looks down, accepts where he is going to end up, but is devastated there are no more options, he simply does not have time.

For someone as close to death as Viktor is, Jayce is quicker to accept it when it’s there in front of him.

begging, on my KNEES, for someone to recommend a fic about zaun’s revolution and independence. politics, suspense, GIVE IT. i desperately need to see it. there was so much teasing of zauns revolution in the show, and tho i still enjoyed the direction of s2, thinking about the potential of the plot they could have had gets me miffed 😭😭😭
