Black, 100%. Black has been the colour I've almost always been comfortable with. It's not overwhelming like all the other bright colours, don't get me wrong, I do like them, but sometimes they can get overwhelming when they're too bright and in your face, while black is a nice break from it.

I think that the twins would have this internalized idea that they have to be their roles. Nightmare has to be negative and Dream has to be positive. So they both kind of shove down and hide anything else.

Nightmare feels happy and proud of his team often but snaps at them instead. Dream has depressive and manic episodes but he just plays them off as being tired or just having lots of energy.

Like they can be super complex people, with their wants and needs, but I think before the apple incident they were both forced into those roles and nobody (cough cough nim) argued with it. So it just kind of stuck and then they didn’t have anyone to change that idea

Dream runs himself and those around him to the bone purely because he *has* to be a savior, and anything else is unacceptable/not him (he does try to care for the people around him, but that creates a loop of him being taken care of because he’s exhausted, him taking care of others and then rinse and repeat) and it’s this cycle he can’t get out of without breaking down and feeling negatively.

Nightmare has a similar thing, he wants to support and care for his team when they deserve it, but because he’s only allowed to be negative, he punishes and hurts them to fit what everyone wants him to be, and any kindness is seen as false because of his history.

So they both end up stuck as these archetypes of characters instead of real people, which hurts them and the people around them no matter what they might actually feel

I'm not dumb, I'm just good and making mistakes and bad at learning from them.

I thought of something I find funny.

What if Papyrus almost cusses but uses other words instead. Examples;

"Ow ffffflapjacks!!"

"Holy shine!"

"What the holy flying spaghetti monster above!?"

"Duck." Or "Fudge."

you know underverse/xtale is criminally underrated when its most popular video has no +20mil views and the rest of 'em don't exceed 10mil

considering how MASSIVE undertale au community is this is straight up unacceptable??

let's remember only THREE PEOPLE work on this series: Jael Peñaloza as the animator/writer, NyxTheShield as the musician and Strelok as the sound designer (although searching up a bit the first result that pops up is a reddit post pointing out they don't appear on credits in the last uvs episode, i just hope they're ok), they truly need more recognition and support

yeah everyone says good thing about this show but they're mainly superficial stuff, as statements from a first glance and that's fine, they know how to identify it as a well-written, structured and animated work despite having seen it only once, but i don't think that's enough

these people work hard to get the chapters out in the shortest time possible and it's impressive; every bit of detail is a delight and a hug to the soul for undertale fans, xtale in itself is an au that knew how to use every resource of the original game very ingeniously (i will probably talk about this in another post); the songs know how to capture the essence of the characters perfectly and add a lot of life to the scenes, it is truly incredible how immersive it is thanks to the ost; and the sound effects just make everything feel surprisingly real

the quality of this series is indescribable and it seems unfair to me that it doesn't get the support it really deserves like other works that achieved much more for some reason

please go support these community folks! they make a lot of effort to offer us quality content without disappointing, and although it's true their names resonate in everyone's heads, they deserve much more support of any kind

Shower thought that I didn't have in the shower:

If you really think about it, history doesn't repeat itself, it sells remakes of the same story over and over again and won't stop selling it until we stop buying it.

If this actually happens you are supposed to take your friend to poison control/the hospital, once they're better you take them to therapy.

If they were truly your friend you would take them to the hospital and/or call poison control (Thank you @parttimepunner for the list of numbers, you have done a good thing) you would at least try to save their life by bringing them to the hospital instead of making them suffer until they take their last breath.

The right things aren't always easy to do, if you truly considered that your friend dying is a bad thing and if you truly could make sacrifices for them then you would have called either the hospital and/or poison control already and have been going to the hospital trying to comfort your friend as the paramedics (Thank you @oneshoeshort for saving lives) try to save them.

No more buts, no more cuts, and no more friend if you don't act quickly and call one of the numbers and if you need to ruin your day/night even more by letting your friend live.(Again, thank you @parttimepunner for the list of numbers and @oneshoeshort for saving lives)

There's no need to make their suffering worse by ruining the rest of them and making their suffering worse.

Star Sanses Swap/Blue head canons.

• Swap does tie his bandana as a bow in the back, but only for battle so it stays out of the way.

• Swap definitely serves people tacos and burritos after he saves an Au from the Bad Sanses.

• He probably leaves random pieces of paper with riddles on them around the Star Sanses base to keep Dream and Ink entertained and happy,

• If you turn in the riddle and you get it correct, free taco/burrito of your choosing!

• Probably adopted the little Fanon Blueberry for awhile until he found out that he was a yandere, Swap is still trying to help him with his friendlyness lessons.

• Does get left behind by the Star Sanses every once in awhile, either at base because he was sleeping and Dream didn't want to disturb him or at an Au because Dream thought Ink brought him back to base already and was too emotionally drained to check if his assumptions were true.

• He knows he's considered weaker than the other two, but he doesn't mind since they're literal demi-gods to him, yet can still keep with them since he's the SANSATIONAL SWAP!

• He still loves puns and friendly pranks every once in awhile, but it has to at the right time, like when they're relaxing at home or there's no danger around and today is just a fun/calm day.

• He visits his Papyrus and Au a lot to keep everyone from missing his amazing self too much.

• He usually eats healthy food to stay in shape, tacos and other Mexican foods are treats.

• He usually has the most sense, but each of the Star Sanses have their own turns with their shared braincell (yes, including Ink, he needs to have it every once in awhile).

• Is trying to figure out how to give all the bad sanses friendliyness lessons.

• He isn't innocent, but he's a good person in general (even if he has a huge ego).
