“Do you ever do this, you think back on all the times you’ve had with someone and you just replay it in your head over and over again and you look for those first signs of trouble?”

I don’t study genocides war crimes and human rights for fun. I study it bc my people have been at the foot from the very first genocide of the 20th century and previous attempts to exterminate my entire race. The fact that no one is speaking up when another genocide is at the brink of occurring to the ethnic Armenians living in Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) is mind blowing. I have to say I’m not surprised by the lack of effort - Americans, especially, are the most self interested humans I’ve met. This isn’t about narrative, this is about rapid belligerent individualism. We can philosophize all day about it but at the end - people don’t give a shit about anyone but themselves. There is rarely any altruism left in this world. As Monte said, no ones gonna fight for us, we will have to fight on our own to survive. The alternative is not an option.

Eta, Now a Category 4 Hurricane, Takes Aim at Central America
The storm was expected to strengthen before making landfall late Monday or early Tuesday morning, producing as much as 35 inches of rain.

Eta was upgraded to a Category 4 hurricane on Monday, the National Hurricane Center said, warning that the storm was likely to strengthen before making landfall in Nicaragua late Monday night or early Tuesday.

Eta is the 28th named storm and the 12th hurricane in a dangerously active season that has brought destruction from Central America to the northern Gulf States and beyond. With Eta, 2020 has tied a record set in 2005 for the most storms that have grown strong enough to be named…

Government scientists had predicted an unusually busy hurricane season, which began on June 1. They pointed to factors like higher-than-average sea surface temperatures in the tropical Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean, a strong African monsoon season and a reduced vertical wind shear, which means less wind variability at different altitudes that can disrupt the formation of storms.

Climate scientists say there are links between global warming and the intensity of hurricanes. As ocean temperatures rise, hurricanes grow stronger as warm water serves as the fuel that powers them.

But the number of named storms this year exceeded even initial forecasts from the National Hurricane Center.

“Records are made to be broken,” said Dennis Feltgen, a spokesman and meteorologist with the center in Miami. “But this is not one I would want to break.”

Let's say The creator is father

The Earth is mother

Would you leave you car running

In your mother's garage for hours before she goes in there to start her day?

Would you throw the trash from a backyard party into her pool?

Would you force her to constantly donate blood or plasma every day

knowing it caused her fever, headache and essential tremors

Would you then take the money to by Cherry bombs to blow up the toilets in her house and all over the neighborhood?

Would you change your oil in the driveway and throw the refuse on the lawn?

Would you steal all the produce from her garden

and sell it back to her at a 33% mark-up?

When she cooked dinner for the family would you coat it with hairspray every night without telling anyone?

Would you shoot her pet cat and hang it on the wall in the living room?

Would you take prescription drugs and then pee in her water supply just to see how she reacted?

If you answered yes to any of these questions

You need to be grounded

Ozone Hole - Antarctica

Persistent cold temperatures and strong circumpolar winds, also known as the polar vortex, supported the formation of a large and deep Antarctic ozone hole that should persist into November, NOAA and NASA scientists reported today.

The annual Antarctic ozone hole reached its peak size at about 24,8-million square kilometres (9,6-million square miles), roughly three times the area of the continental US, on 20 September. Observations revealed the nearly complete elimination of ozone in a 4-mile-high column of the stratosphere over the South Pole.
