The turbo lift scene if it had gone the way I wanted it to. There is seriously a lack of Sidney and Jack content out there, and it's criminal. I just love the chemistry between the two. So here is my attempt at conveying that chemistry.

The ride was rather quiet, considering there were six other people in the turbo lift. As soon as they got to the next level, they all got out, Sidney could hear the announcement from another crew member talking about the logs. She was, however, more focused on the fact that she was now alone in the turbolift with the infamous Jack Crusher. He is handsome, she had to admit, but he was also dangerous, especially given the recent situations they've found themselves in.

Jack cleared his throat next to her, "So...what are your quarters like? Nice?" He asked, watching her intently.

Sidney scoffed, "No. I'm an ensign. They're standard quarters. They're small, very small." She looked at him, and she saw that mischievous, boyish grin he wore whenever he was about to say something less than appropriate.

Jack continued to watch her for a second before saying, "Well...cause you know half the ship's empty. Well, I've found myself a cracking little suite. I'd love to uh, hang out sometime if you're - or not, that's fine. " He broke as she looked at him with a questioning gaze before looking ahead of her. Jack couldn't help but stare at her, slightly unsure of himself as he was talking. What exactly was he asking? To hang out? Really, is that the best he could do? He certainly wanted more than to just 'hang out'. His mind began to drift to how pretty Sidney was, her hair always tied perfectly, her curious eyes watching everyone and everything around her, the way she looked at him as though he was a mystery she was trying to unravel. Everything about her drew him in more and more. Lost in thought, he didn't realise he was staring at her for a long time until something strange started happening.

"Is he flirting? Those eyes..." She inhaled deeply at that, like she couldn't believe how beautiful his eyes were. "He is charming...at least be subtle first...touch my hand or..." She broke off the sentence in her own mind.

Jack could hear all of this, hear it all in his own mind. He couldn't quite believe that he was hearing it. He hadn't been sure if she felt the same as he did... until now. As he listened to her mind, he looked her up and down, taking everything in. The way her uniform fit perfectly, the way she held herself, and how beautiful she was. As soon as she confessed that she wanted him to touch her hand, he made up his mind about what to do next. Jack immediately looked down at her hand and slowly inched closer, moving his hand until it gently touched hers.

Sidney's eyes shot to where both their hands were now touching. The shock and confusion were evident on her face, but there was also a hint of joy. She stared at him for a second before asking, "Why did you do that?"

Jacked just stared at her, the whispering of Sidney's thoughts echoing in his mind. "How did he know to touch my hand?" This one statement stuck with him. He had to close this off, he had to stop it before he lost the chance to do the one thing he had been wanting to do for a while now.

So he ignored all of this, ignored the whisperings of her mind, ignored the sounds and voices he was hearing, and slowly, they were drowned out.

Jack didn't respond to Sidneys previous question. Instead, he moved his fingers to chin and gently grasped it as he leaned in, pressing his lips to hers. He could surprise her, but after a second or two, she started to kiss him back. Before long, their lips were moving in rhythm, her fingers carefully threaded through his hair, and she almost melted on the spot at how soft his hair was. Her lips were soft against as, she tasted rather sweet, he sighed at how perfect this was.

Sidney deepend the kiss, and Jack's hands moved again, one going to her waist and holding her closer to him and the other going to her neck. He slowly pushed he backwards until her back hit the wall of the turbolift. He tilted his head sightly to get better access to her mouth as she moaned into the kiss, an action which made Jack smirk against her lips.

He was very quickly realising the effect he had on her, and he was going to make sure she knew exactly how he felt about her.

Don't mess with Papa Geordi, Jack! 🤣

It takes a bit of searching around various places (tumblr, transbucket, youtube, facebook groups, etc) to see the various surgeon’s work unfortunately, there isn’t one resource which gathers them all together in an easily accessible way.  Here are a few photos from various surgeons to start you off, but there are certainly more out there if you look.  Also, just because example pictures aren’t given here for a certain technique doesn’t necessarily mean that the surgeon is not open to doing that technique on suitable body types.  On the NHS, not all surgeons are available for Welsh patients, and only Ms Dabritz is available for Scottish ones.

Note: this is pretty much my second attempt at writing fanfiction. I'm rather new to it! But I hope you enjoy!

In the midst of a gorgeous summer day, birds sang their hearts out as the sun blasted through the trees, creating shadows everywhere it shone. It was your day off from work, so you decided to take advantage of it. At first, you were just planning to sit inside and read for a while. However, the sunny weather prompted you to go for a walk. With your bag and wallet in hand, you leave without a specific destination in mind... simply somewhere else.

You turn right after locking your door, knowing that part of town will be quieter. After strolling down the street for approximately ten minutes, the unmistakable aroma of freshly brewed coffee reached your nostrils. Maybe I could use some coffee, you thought to yourself. As you followed the delightful scent, you found yourself at Coffee Bloom, a quaint cafe. As it was very busy in the morning, you decided not to bother getting coffee from the local shop near your apartment. Coffee Bloom's coffee had always intrigued you, but you hadn't had the chance to try it.

Upon entering, you are captivated by the surroundings. The cafe has a gorgeous interior. The walls were decorated with Renaissance paintings and bookshelves with genres from floor to ceiling. There were also garlands wrapped around the railings. The menu, oh, the menu sounds amazing. "Could I have a...honey latte with some caramel syrup?" You asked, grabbing your wallet to pay for it.

Drinking your coffee happily, you leave the cafe and continue walking. A man in all black catches your eye, and you know who he is immediately. The hazy glow of summer makes him stand out like a sore thumb.

While waving happily towards your endless boyfriend, you call out, "Dream!". Despite a slight head tilt, he stood motionless as he watched you curiously. No matter how many times he meets with you, you are never without a cup of coffee or tea. A daily routine you follow subconsciously, which he finds endearing. You even drink coffee when you dream. Your first question, every time you see him, is whether he would like to try your coffee. He declines every time since he does not need liquids or food like mortals. It's different this time around.

As you held the cup out to him, you exclaimed, "Dream! I just got this incredible honey latte, and my god, it's incredible! You must try it!" No matter how many times he says no when you meet, you can't help but ask. As time went on, it became routine. Though you know what he will say, you like knowing you gave him the choice. You definitely could not ask for a better boyfriend than this endless one. It is not uncommon for him to hold your hand and bring you close to him, even if he is not a big fan of public affection. He enjoys hearing you talk about your day, particularly when something exciting happens and you are practically bouncing as you tell him about it.

A smile cannot help but spread across Dream's face. As he reaches for the cup you're holding and takes a sip of the beverage, he says, "Alright, I'll try this honey latte since you seem particularly eager for me to do so." Despite your desire to make a joke, you decide against it. "Hm..it's not..unpleasant." He replies, taking another sip...and then another. As he hands it back to you, he says, "It's quite delicious, though perhaps a touch too sweet for my liking."

Before you could even stop yourself, you said, "Not as sweet as you, honeybuns." Your cheeks flushed red the moment you said it. There's no doubt that it sounds better in your head than in practice. As for Dream, he finds the whole thing quite adorable and amusing.

As he placed one finger under your chin and forced you to look at him, he whispered, "Never change my love...never change." His lips met yours in a sweet kiss. His lips taste of honey and coffee, making you sigh when you kiss him. It's moments like this that make you feel truly at peace, wrapped in the arms of your boyfriend.

Upon breaking the kiss, you interlace your fingers with his as you inquire, "So...how did you know I was here?" Both of you continue to walk as the conversation continues. "Was it Matthew? I bet it was Matthew. You know he once nearly made me break a plate because he suddenly flew through my window and spoke, scared me half shitless." A smile spreads across your face as you recall the incident.

Dream chuckles, a sound you will never tire of hearing. "Although he is incapable of sitting quietly for more than a minute, he does have a talent for lurking." He says. "To answer your question, yes Matthew saw you walking around and I thought I would join you. It has been some time since I was able to do so, I'm afraid the Dreaming has had quite a few problems lately." He says. Noticing the worry in your features he quickly adds, "It has all been solved now, no need to worry my love. I know how attached you are to my realm, if anything were to happen to it you would very much be the first to know." He kisses your forehead. Your love for his realm makes his heart swell with adoration. You have spent countless nights watching him create new nightmares and dreams, listening intently and with endless fascination as he explains their purpose and why he hhe createdm. Seeing how much you care about him, the Dreaming, and the creations in this realm makes him happy.

"I love you, honeybuns." He quietly says, watching you giggle at the word he repeated from your previous conversation.

Downing the rest of your latte, you pull him closer to you. "I love you too, Dream." And with that, you lean in to kiss him once again.

You do care a little for me, I know... but nothing to speak of, and you don't love me. I was yours once till death if you'd cared to keep me, but I'm someone else's now... and he's mine in a way that shocks you, but why don't you stop being shocked, and attend to your own happiness.

Rain lightly tapped on the window as it fell, dark clouds casting a dark atmosphere in the Dreaming. "Impressive... but can you make it rain sideways?" she said, turning to look at Dream as he stands by the wall.

Despite his cold exterior, he was inwardly smiling at this almost child-like question from her. Without a word, he did just as she asked. With a flick of his wrist, the rain suddenly turned to the side. "Satisfied?" He chuckled as he watched her look around in awe.

"Not completely..." Y/N said, looking at him. He really was handsome, she can't help but wonder what his lips would feel like against her own. Would they be soft? Taste sweet? She didn't expect to fall in love with as quickly as she did. She only met him a few months ago by sheer accident. Right time, right place. She had been friends with Johanna Constantine for most of her life and flatmates for the last four years. Y/N had gone to get pizza for the both of them when Dream had found Johanna through her dreams, and she quite literally almost walked into him when she came through the office door. She immediately felt something... a pull of some sort... but had brushed it off. He had felt the same but refused to even acknowledge it.

The walk to Rachel's, however, made him think that maybe she was more interesting than he originally thought. That's how these regular dream meetings began. He found himself drawn to her in ways he could not explain. Over the last few months, he realised that he was falling for her. She was beautiful, intelligent, strong, and not afraid to challenge him. Not only that, but her love for everyone around her shone through her actions. Y/N loved going that extra mile for others. Seeing someone smile made her smile. And Dream loved that.

"Tell me, what would make it completely satisfying for you...?" Dream breathed, slowly walking over to Y/N.

"Well.." Y/N hesitated, trying to find the right words.

"Yes?" He whispered. He was now in front of her, face inches from hers. Dream wanted nothing more than to take her face in his hands and kiss her like there was no tomorrow. But he wouldn't, not unless she made it clear that she too wanted that.

"Kiss me." Her voice low, eyes darting between his eyes and lips.

"Very well." And with that, his lips met hers. The second their lips connected he swore he could hear fates yell in joy in the distance. He mouth moved slowly against hers. Hands coming to her waist as he brought her impossiblely close. Y/N gave a content sigh, kissing him felt like a dream.

The kiss deepened as his hands carefully roamed lower...and lower. Y/N moaned as he bit her lower lip, begging for entrance to which she allowed. How could she not? She had dreamt of this for so long. "I love you Dream." She muttered against his lips, hands tangling in his messy locks, gently tugging at the strands which made Dream shudder and groan.

He pulled away by only a fraction, choosing to rest his forward against hers.

"I love you, Y/N. I have done for some time. Forgive me for taking so long to tell you. I could not be sure you felt the same, until now." His voice held so much love, his eyes full of adorable as his words reached her ears.

She couldn't help but kiss him again, this time more feverish and rough. Wanting to feel every part of him. Y/N grabbed his hand as she began walking back towards the house behind her. The house Dream had created for her in the Dreaming a few months ago. "Show me the stars, babe." She whispered against his lips. His fingers tightening around her hips.

Stumbling into the bedroom he had so meticulously crafted he immediately took control. He wanted her, she wanted him. Who was he to deny her?

"Gladly. I will fulfill every dream and fantasy you have and have had." Voice low and husky as he pushed her onto the bed. He gave her the hottest kiss she could ever have. His tongue exploring every inch of her mouth.

That night, he showed her the stars.

“We want him off the show” James’s mother said fairly much as soon as Tom and Neil entered the room, causing Neil to laugh.
