Most Effective Ways to Attract Abundance

While it’s important to remember that money and material items aren’t going to solve all of our problems, being financially stable and comfortable can help you focus more on your spirituality by allowing you the freedom to practice more often. Manifestation is probably my strongest area of expertise when it comes to energy work. I opened my business in October of 2020 and was making around $100 a month until January of 2021 when I really started focusing heavily on the power of positive thought, and I made $10,000 in revenue that month simply by writing down that I would do so.

The following are some of my favorite and most successful methods of using and manipulating the universe’s energy for my own benefit:

🔮 Be sure of your resources! Manifestation is real and it is powerful! The universe can do some pretty amazing things. However, before you begin your practice, it’s important to be sure that you have a source through which prosperity can be achieved. You are asking the universe for money, but how is it going to fulfill your entreaty? Do you own a business? Do you make and sell artwork? Do you have a job where raises or tips are a possibility? Have you entered a giveaway or started a fundraiser? While it’s possible to receive money out of nowhere, it is far less likely than if there is an accessible source through which you are able to receive.

🔮 Writing Sentences! This has by far been my most rewarding action, and it’s also something so simple that many people fail to acknowledge it’s power. Grab a journal, green if you can find one, along with a (preferably) green pen. Cleanse and consecrate these tools, then sit with them for a while and set your intention for their use. Once or twice a day, write a full page, front and back, of what it is you’d like to attract. The trick is to write as if these things are already yours. Some examples could be:

I am blessed with an abundance of wealth.

I am grateful for my financial stability.

I always have the money I need.

I am constantly advancing in my career.

🔮 Daily Affirmations! Make it a point to start and end each day looking in the mirror and telling yourself how successful and wonderful you are. Self-love is a great way to increase the power of our spell work. If we are constantly assuring ourselves of how magical and powerful we really are, our abilities never cease to grow. Here are some helpful affirmations for abundance and financial growth:

I am wealthy.

I am a powerful manifestor.

I attract money with ease.

I am a naturally gifted witch.

🔮 Stop limiting yourself with your own beliefs! This one is definitely the most important, and maybe the most difficult, of all. The number one key to a successful path whether it be manifestation, spell work, meditation, or ANYTHING related is to BELIEVE that all that you are saying is true, and all that you are doing is going to be successful. If you don’t have total faith in the universe and yourself, you will never achieve your desires. Take time to meditate and let go of any and all self-doubt. Look to your peers for inspiration. Accept it as a self-evident truth that energy is all around us, and the universe is inviting you to use that energy to create the reality you most desire.

Whatever method you choose, remember to keep a positive mindset. Through the power of positive thought, nearly everything is attainable. Remember to love yourself, be grateful for what you DO have, and keep the faith.

When white portions get mad because they aren't benefiting from white supremacy and all this power over Black people and they're just average.

That. That's why they want to keep white supremacy around. Because if they're this average with an advantage. Imagine where they'll be when Black people have the same opportunity.

And then applying this to feminism. A lot if men being unreasonably mad at me suddenly makes a lot of sense. If I'm this good and they're this average. Imagine if I had equal opportunities.

That recognition is just... the most satisfying insult I can think of to white supremacists.

Protection

Within witchcraft, protection is essential in spells. From protecting you from negative entities to protecting you from hexes, curses and jinxes, protection is a great way to keep you safe in your craft!

There are multiple types of protection here which are gonna be covered each and these are as follows; jars, warding, crystals, colours, plants, amulets, talismans, witches ladders, herbs etc.

Jars: Spell jars are a simple and quick way to get a spell done. They require a jar, herbs, a petition paper, and some way to seal the jar (usually candlewax). Heres a recipe for a jar!

Herbs: Rosemary, Sage, Lavender, Salt or black salt, thyme, apple plus a petition paper for stating the intention of protection. Place these into the jar and seal with black candle wax or with any preferred way of sealing.

Warding: Warding probably deserves it's own post but I'll add a few ways to ward and go into more detail in a separate post. Warding is a form of defensive magick which keeps any form negative energy out unless they break. Here are some ways to ward!

Crystals: place crystals above your entry ways and windows to keep negative energy out. Crystal's can also be worn as jewellery or kept upon your person as a personal ward. Scroll down for some examples.

Talismans: Talismans such as the Nazar can be added to your home to ward off the "evil eye". You can also create your own talismans to place around your home.

Salt: Salt can be placed above entry ways and windows in a similar way to crystals to keep the negativity out. Salt can also be used for banishing and cleansing.

Crystals for protection: clear quartz, obsidian, smokey quartz, black tourmaline, amethyst, labradorite, phrenite, onyx, hematite, tigers eye. (This isnt an exhaustive list, theres plenty of protection crystals out there that arent on this little list).

Protective herbs: garden sage, lavender, lemon balm, rosemary, black pepper, mugwort, belladonna, lemon, parsley, thyme, mistletoe, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice. (Again, not an exhaustive list, theres thousands of protective herbs and plants out there).

Protection is an important part of any witches practice. It keeps you safe from negative attachments, baneful magick, psychic or spiritual attack etc. Not all witches will use the same methods of protection as it differs from practice to practice. But this is just a little thing to get you started on your research into protection.

📚 A Witch’s Book 📚

image

there are a lot of different names for a witch’s personal book, which can define what type of book it is. a witch might have multiple books, or just one. however, you don’t need to have one singular book for each topic, it’s perfectly acceptable to keep everything in one book.

📚  GRIMOIRE / AGYR - a book of spells and other knowledge

📚  BOOK OF SHADOWS - a wiccan term for a witch’s book

📚  BOOK OF MOONS -  spells and knowledge relating to moon magic

📚  BOOK OF TIDES - a book of sea witchcraft and related knowledge

📚  BESTIARY - lists and accounts of the creatures/spirits you encounter

📚  DREAM JOURNAL - records of your dips into the astral plane

……..and many more types, whatever you like!

things you might want to include in your witch’s book:

rituals / offerings ideas

moon cycle notes

sabbats / rituals

chants / prayers / quotes

astrology notes

spiritual correspondences

herb and crystal associations

recipes / spells / notes on spell results

divination board illustration

tarot readings / notes / spreads

⛈️ Weather Lore ⛈️

image

Part I

Weather patterns have been noted and studied for hundreds of thousands of years. Meteorology has transformed from folk lore and observation to a well-understood science. However, Weather Lore remains an ingrained characteristic of many cultures. Some longstanding beliefs about weather patterns and weather predictions include:

1. “Red sky at night, sailor’s delight. Red sky in morning, sailor’s warning.”

This popular nautical saying is used to predict poor sailing weather. A red sunset indicates that sunlight light from the west is shining through the clouds to color the sky. This means that precipitation-heavy clouds are not present. A red sky at dawn, however, can be the result of light reflecting off of cirrus ice crystals in the clouds in the upper atmosphere, signalling incoming precipitation.

2. “Sharper the blast, sooner ’tis past.”

This old piece of weather lore refers to cold fronts. The belief dictates that the colder and/or harsher a front comes in, the sooner it will end.

3. “If there is a halo round the sun or moon, then we can all expect rain quite soon.”

This is a pervasive saying that is regarded as accurate. Meteorologists have determined that the so-called “halo” seen around the moon and/or sun is caused by light reflection off of cirrus ice crystals in high atmosphere clouds. Cirrus clouds are often the first sign of oncoming precipitation.

4. “If in the sky you see cliffs and towers, it won’t be long before there is a shower.”

Vertical clouds, referred to as “cliffs and towers” in the saying, are a sign of unsettled air in the atmosphere. Unsettled air is a sign of imminent active weather.

5. “If woolly fleeces bestow the heavenly way, be sure no rain will come today.”

This saying refers to fluffy white (cumulus) clouds in the sky. Generally, when cumulus clouds are present it is a sign of calm weather. Hence the nickname for cumulus clouds; “fair-weather clouds.”

6. “When the icy wind warms, expect snow storms.”

The arrival of warm air during the winter can signal a low pressure system, which often brings active cold precipitation.

There is a major difference between manifesting something and working your ass off to get something. People will often say you can't manifest without working for it, that's bullshit! If that's the case you're just doing what the average person is doing, you work at something tirelessly, lose sleep, possibly suffer in your health, that's grinding not manifesting. This feels toxic to me, teaching people that you must work like a mule in order to manifest. Manifestation requires you to nurture your relationship with the Divine, beacause at the end of the day that's all it is. When working to manifest don't think of it as work just think of you matching the Divines energy, you're letting them know you are just as invested in what you seek to manifest as they are. Manifestation only requires that you match the energy of what you are manifesting, by overworking for what you are manifesting you are actually delaying it. It's saying that you only trust yourself and not the Divine, and that my dear is not manifestation, you're just working.

Note: This is my opinion and it's okay if it doesn't resonate with you.

it’d be so cool to just… make it rain… for dramatic effect. So now I’m gonna learn weather magick and make some kind of spell that requires only words, and I’m gonna whisper it before falling to my knees and sobbing loudly
