What are Animal Spirits about?
About the mirror.
Reflect in what serves you.
Reflecting in others can be inspiring, but have you ever wondered what it’s like to see your reflection in a Black Panther?
What is it like to be a wild, free animal, devoid of labels and morality? Entering a non-human understanding opens the doors to perception.
I invite you to meditate with the Black Panther.
What is it like for you today? Calm, enraged, beaten down, lazy, safe, enveloping, lonely, sacred…?
Look at your mirror and draw from the truth it brings you.
See – don’t reason. Accept – don’t project. Were you amazed? Were you scared? Did you feel a sting from the past?
What is there in you today to notice?
01.03.2025 – after this incredibly powerful new moon in Pisces, we begin a new stage.
New stages most often start where the conscious mind cannot reach. Animal Spirits will help you organize what you don’t yet understand.
But you feel it, you feel it...

Might I ask how long you’ve been in the process of awakening?
2-3 years
🌞Why do we unconsciously desire death? (The death drive) From a spiritual perspective, the soul's only mission is enlightenment. Our soul knows that we live in an illusion and desires to escape from it. It is a game between consciousness and the unconscious, a daily unveiling of the cards that bring us closer to enlightenment. Death, understood in the "everyday" sense (as an end), gives the opportunity for rebirths that we are often unaware of. So, we could say that the death drive is also the drive for life — the desire for transformation, for change. Just as a frozen tulip bulb in winter longs for spring to bloom again, it also desires winter to die and be reborn in spring.
🌞What is Enlightenment? It is the awareness that death does not exist. It is the awakening of consciousness, which is, was, and will be. It is the understanding that there is nothing to fear anymore, because death (the fundamental threat that connects all living beings) is just an illusion. It’s worth noting that Enlightenment is not a uniform state. Just because someone has awakened doesn’t really mean much, until their thoughts and words are backed by actions. For me, it’s also the awareness of the key issue — namely, balance in a person's life. I’m talking about the cyclicality of nature, to which we are all subject — the cycle of life-death-life, which, when tamed, starts working in our favor. That’s why I emphasize the topic of dying and roots. Perhaps, in another geographical location or in a different spacetime, a person wouldn’t have to cleanse their lineage of the age-old dust of unfavorable choices. However, in Poland, I have yet to meet a being who doesn't have something to reflect on when it comes to sorting matters related to ancestors.
🌞Shortcut – How to experience enlightenment? Break the pattern, outwit your matrix. Do something you fear the most in the world, accept all the created fear (also at the level of the body), and see that nothing has happened. Repeat this over and over again — seek what you fear, and move toward it. By doing this, you will outsmart your fear and feel free.
🌞Unconscious attraction. The world has been designed in such a way that we attract what we invest most of our mental energy into — both consciously and unconsciously. If there is (repressed) fear deep inside us, it exists and influences our lives unconsciously. Repressed emotions carry a great energetic charge, which is why we attract situations that don’t serve us, even though we don’t really want them. Additionally, we often behave in ways dictated by those repressed emotions or fears (a self-fulfilling prophecy). Karma and other unprocessed energies work the same way. Just because we don’t want something or say that it doesn’t exist, doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
🪽Who are Angels and others? The mirror mechanism and the sense of unity. They are you, and you are them. They are not separate beings. At the beginning of your spiritual journey, it may be hard to understand, but in reality, we are one. Always. If you start tuning into higher frequencies and send love into the world, love will return to you – the mirror mechanism. I call Angels those who show me myself from the outside. Sometimes I feel as though they are separate, wise beings. But, according to the mirror principle, it’s me – only from a higher perspective. 🪽How to use high vibrations? Every person can connect with what is called "angelic consciousness." It is a higher perspective, one that does not let low-vibrational emotions or doubt in. It is a field of unconditional love, forgiveness, and understanding. 🪽Why connect with your higher consciousness? To stop repeating unhelpful patterns that have driven the matrix for generations. To understand the problem, yourself, and others more deeply. To be in contact with higher vibrations, which are inherently healing, even for the body. To talk to someone truly wise, whose knowledge does not come from this world. 🪽How to do it? Daily development of self-awareness. It’s about noticing what you carry inside, what you present, what you carry in your heart. It’s about asking yourself: How do I feel? It’s about relaxing your jaw and letting everything that no longer serves you fly out with your tears. It’s about accepting yourself as you are, without any pretenses. It’s about observing how a person or situation affects you – and why, what lies beneath. It’s about connecting with your body, noticing when your stomach tightens, or your shoulders stiffen or relax. It’s about trusting yourself – if you always feel a "knot in your throat" with a certain person, maybe that relationship isn’t for you? 🤍Note: When we begin to recognize what emotions we’re vibrating with, we can consciously (from the mind level) choose to pick those with higher frequencies. 🤍So, the intention: I choose love, I choose trust, I choose peace, etc. 🪽How to prepare for a conversation? It’s a space for prayer. Perhaps it will be difficult to do this in a grocery store. It’s humility. If we really want to listen, we will hear many bitter truths about ourselves. It’s gratitude. The ego will resist, it will say it’s all fake. You can block doubt with gratitude and keep listening. It’s truth and authenticity. It’s important to embrace yourself with understanding and stand in your truth. High-vibrating beings do not judge you; they want you to live an authentic, happy life. 🪽From the body’s perspective, how to listen? Focus on the crown chakra, you can scratch the top of your head. Relaxation, peace. Softly direct your gaze towards the third eye area. Intention: I am listening. Wait for the message or start a dialogue. 🤍When you speak words (in your mind or out loud), focus on the throat chakra and feel how it reacts and vibrates. So, dear Reader, I wish you fruitful, wise flights! 🕊️🕊️🕊️
🥀What are the undergrounds? They are the space of the unconscious, repressed contents, lies – both family and collective. 🥀Why go there at all? For balance, for truth, for the joy of being a free, happy sun during the day. It’s worth addressing, because these contents will surface sooner or later – in dreams, illnesses, or uncontrolled emotions. 🥀How to do it? Courageously, with full trust in the process. In trust in your inner Witches and Wizards. All the knowledge you need is already within you. 🌺1. Purification – the everyday. For purification, we don’t need circles, sage, or even soap. We just need the awareness that energy exists and influences us. The strength of our mind is enough. When you return from work, ground yourself, connect with your body, and say: I purify my aura. Focus on the sensations coming from your body and the space around you. A minute is enough. Alright, maybe five minutes to start. 😁 Stones can be helpful, like clear quartz. This stone literally "sucks" out what we don’t need. It’s a very interesting experience that you can feel. Sage or other herbs with purifying properties might also be helpful. Focus on the smoke, connect with it, watch how reality unfolds, and see what no longer serves you depart with it. 🌺2. Purification as a process. a) Use the New Moon’s energy. Intention: I purify my roots. You don’t need to be knowledgeable about astrology or know the sign the Moon is in. What’s important is to have a peaceful space to work through certain matters and allow yourself to feel all possible emotions. When repressed, heavy contents reach your awareness, you may feel physical discomfort or weakness. It usually affects the throat chakra and sacral chakra (the intestines and genital area). Building circles and working with elements might be helpful. But remember – your comfort is the most important. A warm tea, a blanket, a notebook, and the awareness that you’re meeting your best friend (which is yourself ☺️) are enough. Trust yourself. Be in your truth. b) Use your menstruation. Woman, menstruating person – use your incredible gift, your menstrual blood. Every month we purify our bodies, experiences, and our lineage. Give yourself one day during menstruation to consciously (from the mind’s perspective) decide to purify and let go of what no longer serves you. ☀️If you’re just beginning your journey with energy, give yourself time. This isn’t knowledge taught in schools, and you’ve never done this before. Calm, patience, and tenderness are the key.
🌼What are vibrations? These are subtle changes in the energetic body, influenced by emotions, beliefs about reality and ourselves, and external factors such as weather, atmospheric pressure, etc. 🌼How to raise your vibrations? Temporarily – immediate solutions. These are practices that make us feel good on a daily basis. They are ideal for starting our journey with changes in bioenergetics, to see, experience, and feel changes in our bodies and space. In these types of practices, we don't dive deeply into our experiences, nor confront traumas or harmful mental patterns. 👉🏻 Mantras – both singing and just listening to them significantly raise vibrations. 👉🏻 Cold showers – alternating between hot and cold water, ending with cold. This practice raises vibrations for about 2–4 hours. 👉🏻 Meditation. Originally, meditation meant observing and paradoxically controlling the mind. However, in Western culture, meditation has evolved and has become something different for each person. Some pray, chant, visualize, or converse with ascended masters during meditation. For example, I love to observe the energy in my body and melt into it while meditating. 🫠 Some people refer to knitting or painting as meditation. However, I believe that feeling the flow of energy in the body, which connects us to high-vibrational energies while sitting cross-legged, is a different experience. Find what brings you the most pleasure. Your soul will show you what is most enjoyable for it when nothing is required, when you simply "are." You can meditate in many places, for a short or long time. Meditation can be a quick energy boost or a multi-hour session that recharges you for the entire week. 👉🏻 Cleaning, throwing away, rearranging, tearing down, sorting… – changes in space. Mixing energy in a space makes our vibrations shift, inviting new values into our field of awareness. 👉🏻 Preparing and eating food A lot of spices, a lot of colors, a lot of breath, a lot of smiles. Cook like the Hare Krishnas, and your life will turn into a beautiful dream. 👉🏻 Preparing and eating food Food as a practice of gratitude and a sensory experience? - Try it. Eat with your fingers, feel the energy of the meal. Slurp while eating, feel how it changes the taste and experience. Have fun, lick your fingers. Your hands hold the immense life-giving energy. 👉🏻 Creativity. Let yourself go, abandon control, whether you're cooking, painting, cutting fabric, or repotting plants… Have fun, experiment, dance, and sing. The child within you is always free. 👉🏻 Listening to channelings from high-vibrational beings. I recommend "The Path of the Heart" as a starting point. 👉🏻 Color therapy You can choose colors for specific chakras or immerse yourself in white, which significantly raises vibrations. 👉🏻 Gratitude, love, acceptance – recognizing and influencing emotions flowing through the body. Fill yourself with gratitude and try living just one day this way. You will feel a significant difference.
Permanently raising vibrations. To maintain high vibrations and permanently change our energetics – i.e., our life. 🧿 Changing habits, patterns, and beliefs. By observing the mind and conscious breathing, we can change our habits and thought patterns. When we learn to recognize thoughts that don't serve us, we gain the ability to transform them into supportive ones. Example: Automatic thoughts: "I'm useless, nothing works for me. Everything is falling into place for Kasia, and I'm still stuck." These thoughts exist in your field, and it's important not to suppress them. The key is to accept and embrace them because only then can we change them. You accept these thoughts with conscious breath: 🌬️ Inhale. In the mind, consciously decide to change the thought pattern. Transform these thoughts into a supportive message, such as: "I am enough. I act in balance and ease. Everything happens in the right time, and I don't succumb to external pressure. I focus on myself and don't compare myself to others. I love, trust, and am grateful." 🌬️ Exhale. Repeat these supportive thoughts several times, integrating them with the breath, until you feel they become, or already are, your new truth. 🧿 Tantric practices. These are the fastest and most enjoyable practices that can permanently transform our energy centers. Note: I believe tantra requires some knowledge of the mind's patterns. However, if we ask for help from our spiritual guides before starting the practice, everything will be explained in the best possible way. Tantra can be practiced with a trusted partner or alone. 🧿 Processes, rituals, circles. ~Shamanism This involves bringing everything heavy that wants to be cleansed and transformed from the unconscious into the light. It's important to connect with and trust the inner child, who operates from the level of the unconscious. It may want to show you something, maybe it wants to paint something (I recommend using your non-dominant hand for this), or it wants to go to the kitchen and grab ketchup… for some reason. You, as a conscious, open being, will connect the dots. Watch and trust. Let yourself be guided. 🧿 Building circles and creating rituals is a separate topic that ties into alchemy, Kabbalah, numerology, working with elements, stones, etc. Perhaps one day I’ll write more about it, but I’m sure there are many Instagram profiles dedicated to this subject. 🧿 Seeking the help of healers, shamans, wise women, or bioenergy therapists – whatever you want to call them – makes sense, as long as these individuals have holistic knowledge, understand the world of the unconscious, energy, and the structure upon which the Matrix matrix is based. Of course, you are always welcome to use my services in this area. 😇
Symbols, Archetypes, and Primal Energies. The Symbol of the Mother and Father.
🟣Psychoanalysis The concept of archetypes as repetitive, collective patterns was introduced into psychology by Carl Gustav Jung. He observed that in our shared reality, it is possible to identify timeless patterns that have a similar emotional and intuitive impact on every individual, regardless of where they live. 🟣Psychology Psychology, as a field of science derived from philosophy, has moved away from focusing on the human being as an individual and exploring their inner world. Moreover, during my psychology studies, I often encountered overt mockery of the concept of the unconscious and drives stemming from being human. I believe this is partly due to the egotistical attitude of European psychology towards the scientific achievements of other cultures. Hence, my mission – synthesis and understanding – of the reality around me through all possible tools and channels, and then passing on knowledge to others. At present, psychology (not psychotherapy) mainly focuses on understanding the causes and effects of collective actions, responding to the needs of the consumer world, which is only a fragment of the reality in which we, as humanity, once lived. Psychology is not a universal science. It measures issues related to humans in the context of the present because it has data from its mere 146-year history. This is helpful for us, our patterns, and our dramas. However, there are other systems that are based on universal symbols, archetypes, and primal energies. One of these systems is astrology, which approaches the two most deeply ingrained symbols in us – the symbols of the mother and father – in an interesting way. 🟣The Archetype of the Mother According to astrology, the symbol of the mother corresponds to the symbol of the Moon. This energy is responsible for our inner world, emotions, connection to intuition, extracting content from the unconscious, and transforming it into art or general creativity. Astrology divides the Zodiac into 4 elements. The Mother archetype – the Moon – is the first water. The element of water corresponds to the aforementioned values related to emotionality and art. Within the Zodiac circle, there are 3 water signs: the sensitive Cancer, the perceptive Scorpio, and the spiritual Pisces. Each of these signs is a kind of transformation of similar – watery – patterns at increasingly deeper, more insightful levels.
The archetype of the Mother in astrology, as a tender, nurturing caregiver, differs from the archetype of the Great Mother according to Jung. Jung saw this symbol as an infinite, vast energy, which is caring, nourishing, creative (that is, fertile and bringing life into the world) but also a strict and destructive force (natural disasters, overprotection, domination – mother).
🟣The Archetype of the Father According to astrology, the archetype of the father corresponds to the symbol of the Sun, following a simple analogy: mother – Moon, father – Sun. The symbol of the Sun represents the energizing male vital force. This energy is responsible for goal orientation, agency, and expansion. The Sun's energy is the one that fuels and gives life. The Sun is a typical fire element. Under this element, there are 3 zodiac signs: the untamed Aries, the leadership-driven Leo, and the ambitious Sagittarius. Interestingly, fatherly values are also found in the earthy Capricorn, which speaks of the often harsh outer world, hard work, and perseverance. On the opposite side of Capricorn in the zodiac is Cancer – the sign associated with the archetype of the Mother (the Moon). Here, the analogy is as follows: Moon – Cancer – Mother – Softness: Inner world Saturn – Capricorn – Father – Hardness: Outer world. This could mean that the Sun in the zodiac corresponds to the archetype of God the Father, not the earthly father – Capricorn.
The archetype of the Father according to Jung takes on the duality of the fatherly nature: the Caring, nurturing guide (which corresponds to the Mother – Moon in astrology) and the strict, demanding teacher (which corresponds to the archetype of Capricorn). 🟣Psychology + astrology = 🩷🩷🩷 I think that understanding systems based on primal energies is a fascinating complement to psychological knowledge, allowing one to view human nature in a completely new, non-obvious way. At first, it may seem complicated and difficult to understand, but the zodiac was created in a very intuitive and simple way. During my psychology studies, I noticed in the zodiac wheel a pattern of human developmental processes, starting from birth (Aries) and ending with death (Pisces).
The path to realizing Bhairava consciousness—the supreme, non-dual state of awareness that is beyond all distinctions and limitations.. is deeply connected with the practice of centering or one-pointedness (called ekagrata in Sanskrit).
This practice is central to the discipline of meditation and contemplation, where the practitioner aims to transcend the ego, dissolve dualities, and realize their inherent unity with the divine, represented by Bhairava.
Bhairava represents the highest, unconditioned state of consciousness in Trika. He is the embodiment of pure consciousness, without any limitations or distinctions - the formless, transcendent consciousness that pervades all of existence and is also the manifest reality. The state is where the distinctions between subject and object, self and other, dissolve completely, revealing the unity of all being.
To realize this state, the practitioner must dissolve the layers of ignorance, conditioning, and distraction that keep them trapped in dualistic perception. One-pointedness or centering is the primary method to achieve this.
One-pointedness is a state of intense mental concentration where one focuses the mind entirely on a single object or aspect of reality, without distraction.
This practice is a factor in attaining Bhairava consciousness because it trains the mind to go beyond the constant fluctuations of thought and external distractions. It is a form of stilling the mind, leading to meditative absorption, dhyana, and eventually to the experience of oneness with the divine.
One-pointedness requires that the mind be focused on a single thought, mantra, or visualized image, such as the form of Bhairava or the concept of Shiva consciousness.. This intense focus eliminates the fickle nature of mundane thoughts and feelings, directing the mind toward a target..for advaita Kashmir, this is the recognition that all of reality is a manifestation of Shiva, and through this focused meditation, one begins to experience that oneness.
By focusing on the sensation of spanda, practitioners center their awareness on the underlying vibration of the universe. This practice of tuning into spanda helps the individual experience the oneness of Śiva and Śakti, to raise through each tattva, leading to the realization of Bhairava.
Through one-pointedness, practitioners slowly dissolve the sense of separateness between the perceiver (the subject) and the perceived (the object).
As the practitioner concentrates, they begin to realize that the object of concentration (whether it’s a mantra, image, or concept) and the act of concentration itself are not separate. This realization of oneness with the object of meditation prepares the practitioner for the experience of Bhairava, where the duality of subject-object distinction vanishes entirely, leaving only the experience of pure, unbounded awareness.
The practice of centering eventually leads to dissolution into the object of meditation. When the mind becomes perfectly still and one-pointed, the distinction between the subject (the meditator) and the object of meditation (the divine consciousness) disappears. At this point, the practitioner experiences a state of absorption where the mind is no longer separate from the divine. This is the direct experience of Bhairava consciousness, where the practitioner perceives the universe as an extension of their own consciousness- beyond all duality, beyond all mental limitations.
In Kashmir Shaivism, it is taught that Śiva is not only the content of consciousness but also its very essence. By realizing that one’s own awareness is identical with Śiva, the practitioner experiences the state of Bhairava—a state of non-dual, infinite consciousness that is the source of all creation.
The role of the Guru is crucial for guiding the aspirant in this journey toward Bhairava consciousness. Through initiation (Diksha), the Guru imparts the sacred teachings, mantras, and practices that direct the practitioner’s focus toward the divine. The Guru also helps the aspirant recognize the obstacles that arise in meditation and offers guidance in overcoming them. Transmission of grace (Shaktipat) through the Guru can accelerate the process of awakening to Bhairava consciousness.
Centering through one-pointedness leads to the transcendence of the ego (Ānava Mala). As the practitioner moves deeper into concentration, the sense of individual identity begins to dissolve, revealing the true nature of the self as Bhairava.
This is the ultimate goal: to realize that one’s true essence is not the limited ego but the expansive, all-pervading consciousness of Bhairava, the non-dual divine.
With my Ascendant in Bharani nakshatra conjunct Ketu, and the Sun conjunct Rahu in a Rahu-ruled nakshatra, there exists a powerful dynamic yielding opportunity for self-transcendence, and the unification of polarities.
My Bharani Ascendant Conjunct Ketu relates to a dissolution of the limited body and a transcendent approach to the material realm.
Bharani nakshatra, associated with Yama the god of death, symbolizing discipline, transformation, and the acceptance of life's cyclical nature as well as Kali.
With Ketu conjunct the Ascendant, there is a natural inclination to detach or see beyond the material self.. a focus on annihilation of the Malas, the limitation of the separate physical body and using the physical body, the senses as a medium for dissolution, for the absorption into the supreme via Sakti.
Rather than completely reject and detach from my body, I see my body as a form inseparable from the supreme reality.. ketu is often associated with void, renunciation, total rejection - but this is not necessarily the case.. its "detachment" can mean objectivity, or a means into which one sees the big picture.. to accumulate jnana through.
Ketu's presence enables me to break free from conditioning, which aids in moving beyond the limited identity of the self and experiencing the infinite consciousness represented by Bhairava.
With my Sun Conjunct Rahu and conjunct my Atmakaraka Jupiter, creates a strong drive for ego expansion, recognition, and growth, through unorthodox or unconventional paths and in line with spiritual, pure truths.
Rahu represents Maya, desire, and karmic forces, while the Sun represents the self-identity, and consciousness. This placement gives a karmic imperative to explore the full range of self-identity- pushing the boundaries of what the self can become and how it can be used to achieve spiritual liberation in the material realm.
Between the pushing of Rahu to expand the ego to its limitations, beyond its boundaries, and in line with spiritually rooted goals - with spiritually inclined material pursuits and Ketu/ Ascendants inclination to dissolve/detach one from the limited perception of one's body and give a transcendent approach to world via experiences of death and rebirth.. my path towards this bhairava consciousness is seen astrologically.
