So, fist off after that, yes, I feel a majority of the traitors would make more sense as women, specifically their storylines, seem to work well with women leads. And would offer a more nuanced reading. (Also, this would totally piss off those fucking anti-woke chuds)

- Perturabo(Petra)- I could have also made dorn fem but I like the extra dichotomy their relationship is given as a brother sister dynamic. Both are different sides of the same coin. Even more so.

She would also be underestimated and compared to her shining golden brother. Her hate is that of women just as qualified for a job getting skipped over for an equally qualified man. (Yes, I know Putrabo's made to know how to tear things down where Dorn is made to fortify. But again, it's allegorical, that extra layer)

-Konrad (Kassandra)- she'd be such a Bipolar queen. Okay, done... nah, I got a little more.

So I feel not much is different until u reach that adult phase, more so than the others. Her madness and lunacy are painted much worse, but she's still on business. She despises her father(Emps) but does as she says. She's the freaky screwed up daughter (very Jinx-like) where Sanguinia is the perfect daddy's girl, and it makes Kass sick.

Jagathai Kahn(Khutulun) - okay, little out of left field, and truthfully, I don't know enough about the cannon warhawk to justify saying that a fem Warhawk is "better" but I wanted at least one othe loyalist fem primarch. Also, this lets me keep the yuricest between her and Magnolia (Magnus)

Magnus (Magnolia)- speaking of the red cyclops, I think having the biggest primarch be fem is just phenomenal, also it adds a woman confidently attempting to uptain more understanding of the universe as a whole, being very scientific in her approach only to be called sorceress/witch in the persuit of knowledge. And in the end, only to be driven mad trying to get even the smallest bit of control.

(Also, as mentioned above, a huge bonus of it keeps my Khan x Magnus ship gay and better, yuri)

-Leman Russ(Freya) OK, so I feel Feya works better than her male counterpart only because it would be almost poetic. Having her raised by a mother wolf and so she takes that role over for her sons(legion).

Again, these are just my opinions, so if u disagree, that's totally fine! 😊 I love sparking discussions and seeing where other people's heads are at.

And sorry if this isn't really coherent. I'm kinda writing this sleep deprived and starving. 😅

I feel like not enough of the primarchs really have memorable mothers

Like I can only really think of, Guilliman's mom, Leman's Wolf Mom, and kinda Putrabo's sister(not a mom but still very prominent/memorable woman related to a primarch)

Like I get it, give them Daddy issues before they meet Emps, and then they get to have real daddy issues, but still.

I feel that's such a missed opportunity

Like give Angron a warrior mom who survived years in the pit because she had to be strong, but something in Angron unlocks a violent maternal instinct she thought she would never feel. It's not the usual "motherly instincts" but more like a lioness'

Or give Logar a priestess/holy mother nun, someone to foster his love for the religion, encourage his blind worship and devotion. And thinking him a gift from the gods.

Like, I'm not saying replace every dad with a mom, but I feel like an even distribution would give more narrative creativity!

That's also how I ultimately feel about making some Primarchs into Fem Primarchs. I feel they should have had, let's say, half the cannon primarchs be their fem variants. I feel that for some, it would have fit their storylines better.

Like ngl, Morty is my favourite, but hot take...

I feel his story would hit so much better if he was fem.

Cause one thing I picked up on is not a lot of 30k/40k fans like mortarion, or they just find him boring. (Im saying most people i have encountered and also pretty much every 40k youtuber I've seen), but i feel if he was Mortica, something might click.

It would hit different cause now u have a girl being used and abused by her toxic father, and then her vengeance is stolen from her by a man she doesn't even know. She is constantly trying to become more resilient, turning her resentment into bile.

It changes the meta-context and the readers perspective. Sure, 40k is so far in the future that gender and sex don't matter, but us as outside observers would then think and discuss Mortarion/Morticia's position with the very raw reality of how a majority of women/fem people are victimised irl.

And when they overcome it, they're hurt, they're changed and far less willing to be corjal with people. They have every right to be mad, to be hurt, but society sees them as jaded, as "a cold hearted bitch" and "just broken"

And it's this meta text being super imposed from real life experiences and knowledge that makes Morty more relatable.

Especially to a fem audience. She would then feel like the definition of female rage; quiet, intense, lured hate, all hidden behind a mask. Despite most knowing what she has gone through, they still feel uncomfortable being around her. Thinking she could be nicer, she should be sweeter and bounce back like she was designed to do.

But she can't. She's been tortured, her only vengeance taken from her. All by men, all by psykers. She loathes them all. She's traumatised and has built emotional walls so tight, not even Putrabo(who I also feel would be fem) could crack them.

I used the order carnívora for this because well...wolves and lions are under that order but after that they branch out, I could've used "mammalian" but humans are mammals so....

Look, all I'm getting here is that either leman or lion (choose your pick) should have six rows of nipples that are all heavy with milk. Sore and tender. Oversensitive to the slightest breeze of fabric with every touch being a sensitive overload.

I swear I'm not slaneshi tainted, my time obsessing about ultramoorines and the possibility of them having udders that are bulging thanks to the human industrial need.

To answer ur question, it is a prosthetic. He was grown in a vat, and after his "birth," he had too many defects, so his father did save him by implanting a whole host of cybernetics. Afterwards, however, He deemed to make more like Kaine would be a waste of resources and cancelled the experiments.

One thing I wanted to do to set my "Fur-splicers" apart was make it so they'd have to have either non augmented when they started the transition or have most, if not all, of their pre existing cybernetics removed. The Fur-spliceing process does increase ones healing factor as they transition, so most don't feel the loss.

Anyone with nessisary augments (heart, eyes, limbs) or that want them have to buy specialised ones that fit their shifting anatomy.

And Augmo Inc. (the corp that make the anthro hrt) don't make anthro cybernetics. That's a separate corp, Lion Corps.

Kaine Augmo, "son" of Adam Augmo.

The main antagonist for the story.

His father had him made from scratch. He is one of the only Anthro's who was never human. He was raised to be his father's body gaurd, and eventually, his brother's.

He is a weapon underestimated by his father, who didn't think Kaine could handle running Augmo Inc. Kaine would prove his father wrong.

There was only one other merc who could match Kaine in hand to hand combat. Unfortunately, she nolonger stalks the streets of New Bright City.

So I'm ngl I was there at the start of the WahammerGF au. It is one of the single reasons I stayed in the warhammer fandom. But I did always kinda really disliked how every "Warhammer GF" had to be "conventionally attractive"

Like don't get me wrong, the art from the community is usually fantastic. But I can help but feel they don't truly want diversity. Every fem astartes and Primarch has to have the big booba, sculpted abs and a fat ass.

Back in the hay day when things were first getting started, I drew a girlfriend for Morticia (fem Mortarion) she was fat and black, and she got doged on.

I also find the WarhammerGF au tends to be very, very, very straight washy. Now I'm not saying they're as homophonic as the larger 40k community, but they have a tendency to make the partners of these GFs male or very masculine, at the very least.

TLDR: I'm not surprised they got rid of Malcador's wrinkles and such. Cause the majority just want to be conventionally attractive women without any diverse flavour

Okay, here is the first character reference sheet for my comic, "Returning to our Roots"

I present Professor Oliver. He helped develop the first version of animal HRT, and he was also one of the first to try it. Though much to the disapproval of everyone involved as he technically used himself as the first human trials.

He has lived a long while and cares very deeply for his fellow anthro's (known as Fur-splicers to the humans of the world)

He lives in the same apartment building as our main character, Debbie.

It is his disappearance that throws Debbie into the frey. Leaving her to find out the truth behind what it truly means to be an anthro.

Okay, so in light of recent events regarding the loss of my job. I've come to a decision. I'm going to start focusing on original content. Instead of just fanart.

Now, this doesn't mean I'm gonna stop fanart altogether. I still love drawing my favourite characters. And my fav franchises, but ultimately, I wanna self-publish my own comic book and maybe make a living of it.

I have two stories I'm working on.

One is called:

"Returning to our Roots," a cyberpunk furry story following Debbie, a goth albino rabbit girl, trying to survive an increasingly hostile world. She's trying to keep her friends and herself safe from a local string of dissappearances. But everything comes to a head when a secret of the world is revealed that will shatter what anyone; corpo, anthro, or human knew about all they hold dear.

The other:

"Purgatory has a queen." An origin and life story of my demonsona and their quest not to rule all of hell or raze hevean. But rather carving herself her own little demented paradise in the Void.

I'll try to keep everyone updated on the projects. When the first few pages for either are ready, I'll post them here. Eventually, I'll try to get a patreon or Ko-fi going so you guys can support. But for now. This is just the awareness post.

See, this is why I like drawing/writing cross species(faction) in 40k. It's so much more complex and unique. As compared to the basic watered down relation ships of regular scifi.

Also, don't forget Abhumans who are practically an array of human-like different species. If a "regular" human dates one, it's seen as either taboo or downright disgusting. And if a xenos dates them, then it's like a spicy version of what you've covered.

Xenophilia in other sci-fi: Human John, your kind already fascinates me, but even then, you manage to stand out among your kin! Would you like to partake in my homeworld's traditions to... strengthen our bond?

Xenophilia in Warhammer 40k: You could go for a blue skinned hooved girl, but she is going to have a government mandated pregnancy by someone from her race, so I hope you're into being NTR'ed. No, you can't do anything about this. You could go for a Space Elf™ gf, but she's going to call you a racial slur everytime you breathe. Also, the rest of her race thinks she is a zoophile for being with you. Oh, and avoid Goth Space Elves™. I REPEAT - AVOID GOTH SPACE ELVES™ AT ALL COST. You could go for a tall mommy robot skeleton gf, but she doesn't have any, ehem, "fun parts"... So she will either make you do something incredibly insane and dangerous to entertain herself or she's going to grow bored of you and kill you. Not liking any of those options? Don't worry! If you're good enough of a fighter - you may get an Ork bf, who will try to KRUMP YA! Remember, the boyz LOVE fighting, so the harder you fight your Ork boyfriend - the more he thinks you love him. Okay so incase anyone is not aware, I'm being let go from the military. I was told this past week. Ive been sitting with it and i wanted to share my thoughts.

No misconduct, no insubordination, no defying orders. I am being separated because I am trans. No, I'm not simplifying it down. It's because I'm trans, full stop.

I thought when I joined, I'd be protecting the country to which I call home. But it seems that country has betrayed me. This also doesn't just affect me. My freinds and coworkers are being forced out of their jobs. And all this isn't even a quarter. The orange shitbag in charge has been done.

He and his moronic VP had the audacity to insult the Ukrainian president to his face. The pure idiocy of letting an arrogant nazi meddle with capital funds. The bs of cutting off aid to vulnerable countries who have already been suffering for years. Aiding and abetting the invaders of those said countries. I mean this truly fuck this country.

And this all isn't only gonna affect our foreign allies and the "woke" but also the people who voted for the Toupee Tyrant. We are already seeing it with the loss of Medicare and medicaid. Trump voters in red states can't afford their medice or they're having to pay an arm and a leg for it.

The new S.A.V.E. act basically states that if you try to vote but ur current last name doesn't match the one on your birth certificate, you can't vote. Who will this mostly affect? Conservatives who believe the woman in a hetero marriage should take the man's last name.

Oh, and you also won't be able to vote showing ur State id/drivers licence. u need ur birth certificate and/or your passport. And an interesting fact, a study shows that a majority of republicans/conservatives don't have passports. And passports cost a decent amount. So have fun trying ngl to reflect him if u misplaced ur birth certificate.

Oh, and though it is to a far lesser extent, college students who voted for him. Their student financial aid is being cut if it isn't already.

What they, and by they I mean Donald Trump, VP Vance, Elon Musk(for some fuckin reason) and all the other rich 1% oligarchs, are doing is keep the masses uneducated, un medicated, and rivalled against each other.

I do not say all this to go, " HA HA, look at all those stupid republicans!"

NO!!!! I say this because we are each and every one of us in this together! We need to put our differences aside and look at what the people in power are really doing. Not what they say they are doing.

And this isn't even just a republicans call out. Democrats are to be blamed as well because they are just as much reactionaries as the republicans are.

The Dems in power care only for performative tolerance and only support the minorities living the "normal and morale" way.

So it's my birfday so I decided to do a little self-indulgent vent peice. I'm in a drawy mood, so if u wanna send suggestions, I'm all ears.

Like I said before, "The Last Unicorn" is my favourite animated movie because I really relate to the Unicorn. The scene this is referencing always stuck with me.

And as of late, as my existence is outright denied, and I'm being pushed out of a place I once called home. I feel this pain that only others like I understand. I'm forced to pretend and be what others perceive me as.

But I am not a white mare. The world of man is so easily deceived by what they want to see. They refuse the truth that stands before them.

Huh, I don't think I've ever actually thought about the true why, I thought I made art out of a want for love but looking back on it, this is actually right I always just felt so out of place except for when I was alone. When I showed off my art, people said it was good, but they always felt disturbed.

I'm glad I've moved here. I've made some great friends who lessen that isolation and alienation, but I don't think anyone who also isn't a nonhuman/althuman will understand.
