When I tell you that I have read fanfic characterizations so OOC that they'd classify as an original character, trust me I have read THOUSANDS. But you know what I don't do? :) Tell the author of those fanfics that they might as well classify that character as an original character if they're going to write them like one. ji-yeong canonically has to hop up on tiptoes to kiss her gf

when she steals sae-byeok’s shirts and hoodies (which she does all the time) they’re really big on her and she always has sweater paws as a result. in the mornings she throws on one of sae-byeok’s oversized tees and wanders around in it while making breakfast etc before getting dressed

ji-yeong still insists on being the big spoon half the time and sae-byeok won’t admit she loves it because she’s too cool to be the little spoon

when they’re on a crowded bus or metro etc, sae-byeok rests her chin on ji-yeong’s head and puts her arms round her from behind while ji-yeong holds onto something to keep them steady

on very rare occasions sae-byeok will let ji-yeong have a piggyback ride. as a treat

I just went back and read the texts I was sending to my bestie as I was watching sg for the first time (literally like a week before S2, I was super late to the party) and I forgot that out of everything that happened in gganbu it was sae-byeok and ji-yeong which finally broke me

I couldn’t even remember ji-yeong’s name I was too busy literally crying in a voice note about it

here I am three months later and they’re my otp and I run a blog dedicated to them (and the show in general)

in case you weren’t aware, there are alleged leaks of squid game 3 spreading on other platforms: reddit, twitter, etc.

thankfully, i haven’t seen any here, and most of the leaks have been taken down, but i wanted to make this psa for those who are unaware.

it is also unknown if these are real, but regardless this is sickening.

now. if you happen to come across one of these leaks,

1) DO NOT SHARE IT AROUND. sharing leaks is incredibly disrespectful to the writers, and can ruin the watching experience. even if it’s something small, DO NOT SHARE LEAKS AROUND. EVER. you can be patient. you got it. i know it’s hard to wait, but be patient.

2) try to report the leaks, if possible, to get them taken down.

3) if you come across leaked media of any kind but cannot report it for some reason, the very least you can do is ignore it!
