No more telling us to "just leave" or reducing us to innocent victims who are "trapped" here. There are so many of us and we live here for so many reasons, none of which should be justified. We are resilient, we are powerful, and we are fighting against the fascist laws working to eradicate us or scare us away. Being trans in a red state right now is in and of itself an act of resistance. That being said, pay attention to the brave souls on the front lines, pushing against the laws, making good trouble, and refusing to be silenced.

Coastal Broadwing
Known amongst breeders for their swooping forms, distinctive crest, and exceptionally noble heads, Coastal Broadwings are one of the few who live exclusively along the oceans. They favor warm climates, and like longwings, are almost always grey in color with white hair. Foals are always born totally black and then shed out to white… but occasionally one keeps its black coat. Having “black sand” in your herd is considered good luck.
Another curious feature is their natural affinity for leaping in and out of shallow water. They seem to do this purely for the sport of it and many pilots find it pretty fun if they can master the Coastal’s finicky movement style.

Imagine someone took high budget documentary footage of otters, asked George R R Martin to write fanfiction about the otters, then spent a ton of money producing it into a tv show where British people voice over the first-person narrative of the otters to put on HBO.
I am literally only on episode one and so far the exposition has included high society otter queens talking absolute royal smack about each other, musing their plans for war, and worrying about their territory and linage, all whilst praying for guidance from their otter ancestors and gathering information from their TURTLE SPIES.
