Imagine fleeing for your life, and losing not only your home, but your dreams of escape, and even the basic ability to feed your children—all while being repeatedly silenced. This is the heartbreaking reality for Hossam and his family in Gaza.

Hossam, his wife Hanan, and their family of four originally hoped to escape the ongoing war and genocide in Gaza. Despite tireless efforts, they have only raised €1,800, not even enough for a single person to escape, let alone six (for reference, it costs about €5000 for ONE PERSON to evacuate to safety).

With their escape seemingly slipping out of reach, they shifted their dream to something as simple—and heartbreaking—as building a single room atop the ruins of their home. But even that plan has proved impossible.

The donations are so scarce that they cannot afford the cement and materials needed to build shelter. Now, they are forced to live in a torn tent, vulnerable to stray animals, insects, and the bitter cold. Their focus has shifted again—this time to merely surviving, providing food for their children. Even this has become an uphill battle, as the prices for basic necessities have skyrocketed, leaving the family hungry and helpless.

On top of it all, Hossam’s family is being censored. Every time they try to raise their voice on platforms like Tumblr, their accounts are banned, their messages erased, and their access blocked. They are being silenced in the middle of a war zone for trying to show people their grim and heartbreaking reality.

The Al-Qazzaz family's campaign desperately needs exposure and donations. Their fundraiser has stagnated at just €1,800; a heartbreakingly small amount that is not enough to escape, rebuild...or even survive. They need immediate help to feed their children and live with dignity amidst unimaginable fear, suffering, and uncertainty.

I am Hanan, I am 31 years old. I have a newborn baby girl. I gave birth to her in Caesarea during the war, in difficult circumstances, and under barbaric bombardment from the Israeli forces. I moved immediately after my birth, in a difficult condition, bleeding and pain from the Caesarean section and the pain of childbirth, to the tent in which I live after the Israeli bulldozers completely bulldozed my house and the Israeli planes dropped... Circulars ordering the hospital to be evacuated immediately after my birth, while my child in foster care needs medical and health care It is difficult to stay in the hospital after a threat to bomb the hospital. The hospital was actually bombed while I and my child were leaving, and I was seriously injured in my hand from the barbaric bombing of the hospital. I ask you for urgent assistance and spread the link to my family to help us because I suffer from extreme cold in the tent in the winter, and my child needs vitamins and I need treatment. So that I can walk and sit normally. Your donation, no matter how small, can have a big impact. It can provide a meal for my child or a meal for the mother, Hanan. I also wanna use this ask to share some updates on father maria! There's been a bit of redesigning and rethinking of his character :3

Here we have an update on the most recent redesign! I'm not sure if that'll be it or if I'll add to it, but that's the look as of now. @yaegeram and i have been talking about our prime assets to each other and he helped me with figuring some more stuff out!

Father Maria, as i might've mentioned previously has a really motherly relationship towards pretty much anyone. How he shows it really depends on the person. He's been tasked to be violent towards the reagents, so he IS indeed violent towards them, but for the sake of helping them—at least in his eyes.

Assets also receive his motherly care, which is far more gentle. For example he reduces rig efficiency. At least in other assets (ex-pops and prime assets).

Stun an enemy with Father Maria close; the stun time will get randomly reduced. Affect an asset with the jammer rig; effect reduced. Attack with blind mines, Maria will push them out of the mist. However, Father Maria himself will still get affected by the rigs all the same.
