👀
I don't know if anyone else said this but in my sociology class we were learning how there were words in different languages that mean specific gestures and such. One word came up that made me think of Buddie. Mamihlapinatapai which from what I searched up means "To look at each other, hoping that either will offer to do something, which both parties much desire done but are unwilling to do."
I think they both know their romantic feelings for one another but haven't had the time to really think and act on it. They may sometimes try to tell the other through their actions like bumping shoulders or through their facial expressions like staring into each other's eyes with so much love. But it really isn't the time for either to verbally express how they feel as one is always having to deal with a traumatic experience.
I don't know who edited this picture I just found it on Pinterest but HOLY FUCK
Let me tell you all that I screamed bloody murder and scared my younger siblings after that scene.... I just....
Christopher...
Eddie...
Buck...
Maddie...
I CAN'T WAIT THREE MONTHS
Y'ALL I JUST GOT HOME FROM WORK WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED?
People probably already talked about this but the YouTube channel that was for 9-1-1 is now for 9-1-1 Lone Star
With the way the show is going now (from what I've seen on here since I work Monday nights 🥲) I have a theory that there's someone who is a 9-1-1 writer disguised as one of us clowns trying to get ideas on how they should approach the entirety of the show and buddie. Now I'm not saying we should start accusing each other but we could be aware and "offer a hand".
But idk 🙃
When you come into work and see this:
I feel like Buck and Eddie are going to parallel Chimney and Maddie plus Buck's coma dream in at least 2 episodes. With Gerrard back in the firehouse and being able to see all (minus Ravi's?) family during the award ceremony, he'll take it upon himself to being an asshole to everyone. He might do more to Ravi, Eddie and Buck since they're "new" and try to get as much "dirt" on them as he can. He harasses Eddie with things about his son and/or his interactions with Buck to the point that he can't take it anymore and runs off (not to Texas since he wants to give Christopher his space). Buck then goes to find him but before he can leave, Christopher knocks on his door with grandparents in tow to ask Buck to help him find his dad. He takes Christopher with him and they go find Eddie together. Maybe during the drive Christopher and Buck talk and a feeling realization happens.
Another song they can put in the background for when Buddie becomes canon.
