Im 46 and was tired all the time. I stay physically active. I got my testosterone levels checked about a year ago. It was at 230. Been doing trt and b12 since and feel like myself again. If you have constant fatigue it's worth getting checked out. I'm using hone health online. There's a bunch of other ones too. I get a full blood panel every 3 months.
