We've started work on the bathroom!!! The awesome super carpenter guy hiding his face is John, the husband of my friend Melanie😊 He's already squared up the step for the toilet and closet area (we have wierd plumbing, don't ask 😒) and is fixing the wall to ready it for hanging sheet rock. I have to pick up some mildew killer/sealant spray for the damaged wood and walls and then we'll be able to move forward with mudding, sanding, and eventually painting after that cures for a few days! I'm so relieved that all the problems that weren't tackled by the previous contractor are FINALLY being fixed!
