Welcome to our proprietary FR3-D1 algorithm! š
Have you ever wondered what FR3-D1 could look like and how it would work?
I have. So I spent HOURS designing and illustrating for it. Below is a guide to the software and my ideas!
[ID: A digital illustration of a scene from episode 25 of The Magnus Protocol featuring Colin, Sam, and Alice. Colin is a thin white man with light brown hair half in a ponytail, with the other half being very short on top. He also has a scruffy beard and mustache and body hair. He is wearing glasses with yellow lenses, a yellow t-shirt, a white button-up, and blue jeans. Sam is a shorter, fat South Asian man with brown skin and short, curly dark hair and a mustache. He is wearing a cream undershirt with a dark brown cardigan, dark red trousers, and brown and gold shoes. Alice is a lanky white trans woman with freckles, shaggy brown hair, and piercings. She is wearing a pink flannel, patchwork flannel skirt, bracelets, and pink cat-eye glasses and nail polish. The entire image is tilted and lit with dark red shadows and pale blue highlights.
The image is from the POV of a computer. A desk with a keyboard mouse, and OIAR mousepad are visible in the foreground. Colin stands with a sledgehammer held over his head ready to swing, tears flying out of his eyes as he stares at the viewer with fury. Sam is attempting to tackle him, shoving himself into Colin's torso. Alice is sitting at the desk, leaning out of the way and holding a hand out as if to keep Colin back, her other arm over the desk, having knocked the computer mouse into the air. She looks like she's yelling out at him. end ID]

hi <3 i want to draw this scene one billion times <3 so i went a lil crazy with this one <3
also closeups
[ID: Closeups of the above image. The first image is of Colin and Sam, the second is of Alice. end ID]
Everyone is talking about the Jonathon and Martin name drops, but nobody is talking about the actual case. I've heard about the theory that we have two minds in our head before, and it's always deeply disturbed me.
This episode took that idea and made one of the best and most chilling cases in all of tmagp, just to get overshadowed by the namedrop.
Iām so so so normal about Celia ok i want to dissect her and look at her under a microscope so i can learn all her secrets.

My own rendition of Ink5oul.
Adding the Evil Dice to the Homophobic Vase and Hungry Violin play date.
I'm gonna be playing along with this. Some are gut feelings, some are well reasoned predictions, a few are completely wild guesses. I don't think any have come up yet (if you discount the Latin in the OIAR's logo, but that hasn't come up in-narrative), so the series gets a bit of a head start.
Feel free to edit your own in - I'm curious what other people's pet expectations are. I used Baskerville Old Face because I don't have whichever fancy Baskerville font the transcripts actually use.
there are two genders: dolls comma watching and dolls comma human skin
I wonder if Gwenās gonna brutal pipe murder Lena to get that job
Did yāall know I love TMA too?? Iāve had the Magnus Protocol brainworms since listening to it earlier so hereās my (very subject to change) designs for Alice and Sam until the fandom agrees on something š«”
Bonus āChesterā and āNorrisā doodle in the corner šļø
I miss them
(Old art from last January of JonMartin to celebrate TMP coming out)
Tma + tmagp art masterpost
The most Magnus Archives coded song I've ever heard in Eyeball in My Martini by the Cramps
heās becoming a goddamn mystery :(
Plot twist Jonny's sticking with the whole evil boss thing, and Lena actually got her eyes scooped out and replaced by this universes version of Jonah: Joannah Magnus
Alice is kinda hot
Also Martin would be so pissed knowing that his name is Norris
The tmagp spoilers this week are even more indecipherable than usual.
*sips tea* perfect
A lot of people draw needles as a goofy spikeball, but we know they look roughly like a normal person until you get too close. So I propose this: yknow how sometimes when you get a splinter thereās a sharp bit poking out that you canāt really see but you can feel if you touch the splinter? Heās covered in tiny invisible razor-thin spines that at a distance might appear in weird lighting conditions as a funky halo. Only after you get within arms reach do you see the spikes. And of course, by then theyāre embedded in your skin, and we all know how painful and hard to remove splinters are
The funniest way to remember itās thursday is to open tumblr and get out of context spoilers for the new episode. Especially since tumblr has a tendency to make comments that, having listened to the episode, are funny as fuck, and not having listened are average tumblr chaos with a tmagp flavouring
Happy International Asexuality Day!
The tma fandom seems to have unlocked our psychic capabilities. Let me explain.
If youāre on the tma tag, or just have a lot of tma art on your dash, you see art of characters you have only heard the voices of. And you go āOh, thatās Jon!ā āOh, thatās Melanie!ā āOh, thatās Tim!ā And only a handful of these characters have distinctly described traits (like Gerryās eye tattoos), and fewer still have recurring appearances, or that we hear the voices of. And yet we all agree, roughly, on what they look like. Even if someone has a different design, instead of going āwho the hell is thatā, you go āwell, thatās not what I think Georgie looks like, but I know itās Georgie without having to check the tagsā.
This gets even more interesting when you look at Sasha. Because she gets *replaced*. And so many drawings of not!Sasha label her as Sasha for the bit/for spookiness, but we all somehow *know* when weāre looking at not!Sasha, even when the drawing has no other spookiness.
Ive seen this extend too far sometimes, with a lot of Malevolent art being inadvertently assigned to tma characters, but rarely have I looked at a piece of tma art and gone āwho the hell is that??ā
Some of this comes down to a collective agreement on designs that happened before I got to the fandom - by the time I got here, pretty much everyoneās designs were largely nailed down. Even so, art where the designs deviate from The Socially Agreed Design are still readily recognizable as the characters. Iām getting to see this with Alice, too - I can look at almost any Alice drawing and go āyep, thatās Aliceā and sheās only existed in our collective consciousness for like three months and her design isnāt solidified yet.
