I had an idea similar to this but I like this idea better

film idea: two people of different genders swap bodies but one or both of them find that they actually like living life this way and the way they’re perceived by society in this other person’s body is actually really pleasing in a lot of ways- euphoric even. When they’re perceived as this other person they can behave in ways and enjoy hobbies that they would’ve been scolded for if they’d been read as their usual gendered selves.  However, they slowly realize that while the gendered aspects of their lives feel so much better, they’re still being expected to be someone else with a completely different life to them and they start to miss their family and friends.  The film culminates in them finding the other person in their body and doing whatever magical thing leads to them going back in to their original body and back to their friends and family, whom they then come out to as transgender, having learned a lot about themselves by how much they enjoyed living as someone of a different gender but still not wholly wanting to throw away the life they’d already established.  The film ends on a happy note with both protagonists wholly accepting themselves and never having to pretend to be someone else ever again - not the person they swapped bodies with nor the person everyone thought they were before the incident but wholly, truly themselves.

Hey, just a quick question. Can Carter be used as a female name? I'm a trans girl and that's really the only thing I'm ok with is my name.

Any person of any gender can use any name.This website shows quite a few people who named their baby girls Carter. It’s a cute name! Someone, I think Ty Turner? made a video about keeping your old name when you transition, and in it, his cousin, who was a trans woman, kept her birth name Tristan. I’ve mostly met guys named Tristan, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be a girl and rock it! If you like Carter, and you’re a girl, it’s a girl’s name! 

Some advice for dressmakers:

1. Pockets are a thing. 2. Breasts are a thing.
