(All of the posts that I saw had too many notes, so let’s make a new one!)

Spring Green: How do you relax when you’re stressed?
“Well,” Callisto seemed to be thinking.
“Usually, I like to sit down and read for awhile. A good book always gets my mind off of things!”
((i usually pretend whatevers stressing me out isnt actually happening and then i sleep,, healthy i know. sometimes i take nice baths.))
Sky Blue: Where do you feel the most at home?
“That’s a hard one, actually… I mean, right now? Waterfall. But I think the place that felt the most like home was my first home, the one I’d started growing up in with my biological parents.”
((my dad’s apartment lol))
I just wanted to draw something bittersweet :’3 Chara waiting for Asriel, so they can finally rest in peace together….
it doesn’t have to make much sense. I just really like drawing grown up Chara and Asriel :’D
Excuse me! Your glasses are quite intriguing. Have you a tale to tell or two to tell to me concerning them?
“Oh yeah! I definitely have some interesting stories. I mean, they’re just your ordinary pair of prescription glasses, so they’re not super great stories, but,” Callisto let out a short, nervous laugh.
“There was this one time my dog got a hold them. It was pretty crazy, actually, because I definitely thought that they were safe on the table, but no, Scout jumped up and grabbed ‘em! I mean, he was a greyhound, and kinda tall, so… I should’ve seen it coming. Anyways, he almost broke them.
“Scout really liked to take things and make you chase him around, and usually it was just socks! He’d must’ve been waiting to get his paws on something I really cared about though, haha. The game always lasted longer when he did that. Luckily, I managed to grab them before he chewed them up too bad… He did break them in half, though. That’s why I’ve taped the middle.”
Our solar system is huge, let us break it down for you. Here are a few things to know this week:
1. The New New Horizons
Seven months after the Pluto flyby, information and discoveries continue to flow from the New Horizons mission, as the spacecraft transmits more and more data to scientists on Earth.
2. A Longlasting Dawn
The Dawn orbiter is in good health as it carries out the ongoing reconnaissance of the dwarf planet Ceres, which is revealing some spectacular and mysterious landscapes.
3. Storm Watch: Saturn
This week the Cassini spacecraft will be watching for storms in Saturn’s turbulent atmosphere. On March 6, it will spend about 14 hours acquiring a movie of the narrow, braided F ring. Check out some past photos of Saturnian storms HERE.
4. The Next Flight to Mars Departs Soon
The ExoMars 2016 mission, a joint endeavor between the European Space Agency and the Russian space agency Roscosmos, is set to lift off in March. The 2016 mission consists of the Trace Gas Orbiter and the Schiaparelli Entry, Descent and Landing Demonstrator Module. We’re supplying some of the technology that will fly aboard the orbiter. In 2018, the ExoMars rover is slated to follow.
5. Early Encounter with a Comet
As we continue to marvel at the latest images from Rosetta, this week is a good time to remember the 30th anniversary of the Vega 1 Comet Halley flyby. This Russian spacecraft dropped off a balloon probe at Venus before continuing on to the comet, which is photographed and examined at close range by flying through its coma.

“Well... I’ve been thinking. Really hard, actually. And I think I can get everyone out of here. I think... I think if I went home, I could get some of my friends to come back with me. Or maybe my foster parents. Or someone, y’know?” Callisto scratched their neck, brow furrowing with thought for a moment.
“You don’t need seven dead humans, right? And you’ve already got... You’ve already got four souls, right? If I just came back with my foster parents or a couple of my friends, there’d be seven. And then we can break the barrier.” Getting two people to help was a lot less daunting than six. Nodding to themself, Callisto let another small smile cross their face.
All they’d need is to get past Asgore. And from what everyone was saying... It wouldn’t be too difficult. Their plan might even sweeten the deal, for all they knew.
“I promise I’ll come back, so you can see the stars again. Maybe we could get another telescope! I had one before but I--I don’t have it anymore. But we could get a new one! And maybe Ian and Ellie would let me get some lab stuff for my room, so I can study some more stuff.” They were starting to get animated, not only excited to have a new friend, but also new ideas. There were a lot of things they’d been wanting to test. Of course, there weren’t a lot of people for them to bounce ideas off of; not since their parents died.
The abrupt question caught him off guard; for a second Gaster stared sadly at Callisto, hallow gaze brimming with an ancient sorrow and a yearning for the sky far, far, far above.
He directed his focus to cave ceiling then - gems glimmered in the midst of the yawning darkness, false stars for all of monsterkind to wish upon.
“Yes, Callisto. Long ago I lived outside on the surface.” At such reminiscence nostalgia stole over his melancholy. “My home was atop of a mountain. Not this one, but a range of snow-capped terrain. I could see the stars for miles everywhere.” His voice took to a dreamy chime. “When I was a child I tried to count the stars.”
He laughed - the sound lilted more morosely than happily.
“It was hopeless of course. Of the billions of stars I always lost count around six or seven hundred. But I loved to stargaze. The night sky is truly one of the most beautiful wonders of the worlds.”
The scientist smiled over at them for a second.
“During the war…I’d look up to the stars for peace. During trials or any rough times, really.” Gaster heaved a sigh, though a frown had yet to eclipse him. “I’d give nearly anything to see the stars again, dear young one.”
