2025 #8 The Power of 3: Divide Your Year, Reclaim Your Time
Happy New Yearāitās 1st January, and 2025 is finally here woooooaaaaah. A blank slate, full of possibility. But this isnāt about resolutions. This is about creating a systemāa life strategy that works every single day, not just for a few weeks in January. (This is my mindset rn !)
āļø..Thatās why today, weāre talking about the 3-3-3-3 Method. Your year isnāt one overwhelming block of time. Itās not a marathon you burn out on halfway through(trust me). Itās a cycle of seasonsāeach three months longādesigned for you to grow, adjust, and conquer in stages.
[You donāt need to control 12 months at once. You need to master each quarter.]
Why 3-3-3-3 Works
The biggest mistake people make is thinking success is linear. Itās not . Life happens in phases. When you divide your year into 3-month blocks, you give yourself permission to focus, recalibrate, and restart four times a year.
[Three months is long enough to see results but short enough to stay motivated.]
Four separate quarters means you have four fresh starts. No wasted time, no excuses. This structure keeps you accountable, productive, and adaptable.
Breaking Down the Year
Letās go quarter by quarter !!
Q1: The Groundwork (January-March)
This is your foundation. These three months are about clarity and direction. Youāre building the systems and habits that will carry you through the rest of the year.
Set specific, actionable goals for Q1ājust three.
Focus on discipline, not motivation. Build habits that align with your goals.
Start small, but be consistent. Every day you show up, youāre stacking bricks.
Your mantra for Q1? āBrick by brick, Iām building my future.ā
Q2: Growth Season (April-June)
This is where the seeds you planted in Q1 start to sprout. Now itās time to double down.
Push yourself harder. Challenge the systems you built.
Evaluate: Are your habits working? If not, adjust them.
Stay consistentāthis is the quarter where most people quit.
Your mantra for Q2? āI donāt stop when Iām tired; I stop when Iām done.ā
Q3: The Grind (July-September)
This is the toughest quarterāitās hot, itās long, and the novelty of the year has worn off. But this is also where champions are made.
Stay focused on execution. Donāt lose sight of your goals pleaaaase I know u can do it
Keep your pace steady. This isnāt about speed; itās about endurance.
Reflect: Whatās worked so far this year? What hasnāt? Cuz we are not perfect!!!
Your mantra for Q3? āI thrive in the grind. I grow in the struggle.ā
Q4: The Finish Line (October-December)
This isnāt the time to coast. These last three months are your chance to finish strong.
Tie up loose ends. Complete what you started.
Celebrate your wins, but donāt get complacent.
Plan for the next year. Use what youāve learned to set bigger goals for 2026.
Your mantra for Q4? āI finish what I start. I donāt quitāever.ā
Tasks (ideas) for Each Quarter
1. Q1: Build Your Base
Identify three goals.
Break them into daily and weekly tasks.
Track your progress daily.
2. Q2: Expand Your Reach
Push your comfort zone.
Evaluate and adjust your systems.
Focus on consistency, not perfection.
3. Q3: Commit to the Grind
Keep going, even when it feels tough.
Reflect monthly: Whatās working? What isnāt?
Stay disciplined, no matter what.
4. Q4: Reflect and Rebuild
Finish strongādonāt leave anything undone.
Celebrate, but use failures as lessons. FAILURES ARE TEACHERS !
Set the stage for a powerful 2026.
1st January: it's a Now or Never
Itās easy to get caught up in the excitement of a new year. But hereās the truth: excitement fades. Discipline doesnāt. If you want this year to be different, you have to act differently.Today isnāt about January 1st being special. Itās about what you do with every day after this. Divide your year. Build your plan. And most importantlyāexecute.Because when December 31st comes around, and the world is reflecting on what theyāve lost or didnāt achieve, youāll stand tall knowing you didnāt waste a single season. You didnāt just live through 2025āyou mastered it.
one quarter at the tiiiiiime!!

š 3 STEPS FOR 2025 TRANSFORMATION - 1 WEEK UNTIL 2025 [GLOW UP SERIES] š
It's been a moment! This time next week we will officially be in 2025!! Itās so crazy to think that our new year glow-up started in September and I for one have seen HUGE shifts in starting my pre-2025 glow-up. If youāre late to the game, and only now having time to reflect on what you want achieve in 2025 here 3 simple focus points:
You absolutely need a vision. What are you working towards? What is your goal? This needs to be centred around how you want to feel. Every time Iāve skipped this step, Iāve just plodded along with life, sure some things have changed but not on a DRASTIC level. If you want that unrecognisable-collapsing-timelines shift to take place in your life you need to get familiar with your next level, this is so when it arrives, when you are presented with stepping stones it feels natural. It doesnāt feel scary. When I was sharing a room with my mom a year ago looking at ocean view apartments that were way more than I was used to paying I was able to push through the fear and discomfort of āwho am I to live thereā, āthis is too expensiveā because I had REHEARSED living in my new apartment so much. I knew what it felt like to walk my dog along the beach every morning. This lifestyle was NORMAL for me in my mind, so when the 3D caught up, I knew it was destiny. It felt right, it flowed, because I was FAMILIAR with my vision.
You need to actually look at your day to day and see where you are not optimising your life to move yourself forward. For example, you donāt have time for the gym in the mornings but waste 30mins scrolling in bed. That is time that can be optimised! You donāt have time to cook healthy lunches so end up buying junk food and feel gross, meal-prep is how you optimise your time! You donāt have time to meditate, but have to walk your dog every morningā¦Walking meditation with the dog is how you optimise. Make time work for you. Make your day, align with your future self, with the elevated you, not the lazy you, unproductive you.
You need to start speaking life into yourself with gratitude and praise. This looks like those mornings driving where you usually overthink and work yourself into a mental hell hole, you start speaking life into yourself. You go on a rampage, you remind yourself how good things always happen to you, how badass you truly are. Itās just you, in your car, let loose and make this a habit. Youāre in the mirror, you pro-actively speak loving words into yourself, you go out of your way throughout the day to remind yourself how lucky you are that xxx, how wonderful it is xxxx, how grateful you are xxxx..What this does is mentally programme your mind into higher vibrational thoughts. Youāll naturally start thinking better, negative thoughts wonāt be able to make a home inside of you because you will have a deposit of good energy, of self love from speaking life into yourself throughout the day.Ā
To do list - explore my entire being - accept my entire being - respect my entire being - support my entire being - love my entire being
Itās exactly how it is, do not overcomplicate it

When all you want is peace, but you keep on being tested and now all you think of are hard decisions to take like choosing to walk away or try harder.
So cute
A person who values themself has standards and remains exclusive
They donāt need attention from the masses because they know their worth
They understand that being accessible to everyone lowers their value
They are selective with who they date because they know itās a reflection of them
They arenāt seeking superficial validation online because they donāt need it and most likely get it in real life
They make career choices that align with their passions and beliefs and donāt comprise their morals for a dollar
They understand that quality friendships are more important than a large circle of acquaintances
They love themselves and take care of their body, they donāt partake in hobbies that are unhealthy
They invest in their personal growth and education because they understand that expanding their knowledge and skills increases their value
They are mindful of how they spend their time and choose environments that nurture their growth rather than drain their energy
They donāt settle for mediocre and always strive for excellence in whatever they do
They avoid toxic relationships and environments
They are intentional with their energy and choose to share it with people that align with their values
They practice self discipline
They like being alone and understand that being alone is a time for reflection and recharging
They have very strong boundaries and demand respect in all interactions because they respect themselves first
A customer contacted our team with questions, and then finished their email with: "I am daunted by the complexities and unknowns." I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since.
