This is a cross-fandom and OC-friendly blog that does not follow any specific adaptations of Jekyll & Hyde! Fandoms that I am especially interested in interacting with are any fandoms within the Gothic Literature/Adaptations scope, SCP Universe, and Batman/DC Rogues — but I'm totally open to other fandoms and non-fandoms too!

Please do not engage in physical interactions without discussing with me OOC first. Blog-style / chat-style interactions are always welcome and encouraged!

Proshippers, TERFs, ableists and other bastards will be blocked on sight.

Mod is an adult and is alright with suggestive asks but please keep it relatively tame and don't get far into NSFW territory.

Unless we have discussed beforehand, please do not have any pre-established relationships between our characters.

M!As are perfectly fine and acceptable! I headcanon that Jekyll and Hyde have a slightly higher pain tolerance/healing ability as a product of the potion so it's alright to go a little extreme with M!As!

Welllll.. no. I honestly can't really describe it properly without ten layers of extra context, but imagine a writing machine that knows the answer to every question you can think of? A computer something along those lines!

Oh, do you mean like a typographer...? I am unsure as to whether the operator would know the answer to everything per se but I suppose that I can understand what you are stating?

Aw, good luck to you, then! I'm sure you'll be able to keep them alive!

Thank you for the kind faith! I am hopeful that I will be able to keep them well. Unfortunately, my expertise has always been moreso in people rather then plants.

M!A a few brand new decanters appear on a flat surface nearby!

... Oh. Oh, I see. ... That is peculiar. Very peculiar. Ah- Thank you, I suppose... I will kindly need to excuse myself for a few moments. Thank you, my apologies.

Aw, that sounds very nice.. do you know who's playing that tune?

Ah- Hello again. Yes, that would be the school of music next door. They have a tendency to leave their windows open during lessons — not that I mind in the slightest.

This tune sounds like that of one of the students I’ve heard practicing a couple of times in the last few weeks. They often make mistakes but once they are able to get it correct once, they tend to be able to get it correct each following time.

Sort of like that, but it's a machine and not a person!

... That is absolutely fascinating. I admittedly do not have much experience of knowledge in the realm of machinery — Hastie is by far the more skilled of us both due to his medical practice — but the fact that mere metal could reach that level of operation is beyond me! Where in the world have they reached this complexity?

I do wish that there were more documentation on cleaning wine stains from upholstery…

There is no cure, sadly. 😔

That is… Unfortunate to hear. I hope that it is not particularly troublesome for you to endure.

It appears that a window was left open and that we had a guest find itself into our office last night… We have tracked her down and she was thankfully quite sweet and did not make any attempts to bite Hastie or myself but nonetheless it was a… Ehm. Surprising incident this morning.

Oh, no, we're not killing them for that! We're just summoning the ghosts from the future!

Oh-... I see.

Today has been pretty neat for me as well! Did you do anything fun?

I am glad to hear that; it always enjoyable to have a neat day. Hah, I have not done much fun today. I have been quite busy with aiding Hastie and his patients, all seems to be going pleasant with them though.

Though, I did take a brief evening walk to the markets after lunch that was quite enjoyable. I would not be opposed to doing such activities more often.
