ive been wanting to draw the face he made when they asked about his mom, its not quite the exact expression i wanted but i like it anyways. i then doodled runt and blink awkwardly staring lmfao

also yes i drew him covered in blood (and the other two being terrified) (the pose and expression was similar to the one of him being a pretty boy bc i drew that first and was like. needs to be covered in blood)

i find it v cute when rpgs offer me, someone whose sole strategy is “attacking enemies,” status changing effects. “this lowers your enemy’s speed” you know what else would lower their speed? being dead, from my fists

There's an interesting metaphor in Troy being portrayed as both an awful, irritating guy (accusing people of cheating because they beat him, trying to start rumours about people with "jax shit my pants", treats his only friend like his personal clown) and also excluded by airheart (not allowed in the winner's lounge, bad relationship with his father, etc). He's human trash, both because he fucking sucks, and because he's been discarded.

And then he falls down the literal trash hole, into a world where all trash is valued and important, where it's all sorted and put to use wherever it's strengths are needed. Nothing goes to waste. And presumably here, Troy will find a little group of friends, real friends, who will value him without letting him walk all over them.

SPOILERS for like every jrwi campaign but they just love having one pc who is a spy/traitor/not what they seem its like a pretty consistent thing in most campaigns. riptide? jay is a navy spy. prime defenders? there's the whole thing they set up with ashe working with his dad behind the rest of pd's back. apotheosis? the original plan was that all of the characters would turn on each other and fight to the death because they all had such conflicting interests (though specifically pre transition elena). blood in the bayou? rolan was a bug the whole time. total monster kill? everett betrays the whole party and joins the hybrids. judgement? mel killed the king. the suckening? shilo was (unwillingly) a sleeper agent for edward. I think thats where the 'troy is a robot' theory came from and even if that isnt true he still WAS a spy just also kind of a dumbass. I love when you can find consistent themes through campaigns that they obviously enjoy doing. yes girl ruin that party dynamic
