Today was my first time really drinking an energy drink and I have to say, the buzz is pretty nice 😄

Review: Flavour was a bit too strong for my liking (even though I usually love mango flavoured stuff)

The fact that he doesn’t want anyone to eat anything in his new car is working out in my favour currently! Means we just bring our food back home and means I can get away with only eating like half of certain things
Ugh… sometimes I wish I was still at university so I could get away with fasting and restricting more
Don’t get me wrong, I adore my boyfriend. But he definitely wouldn’t let me fast, or restrict as much as I want to. So I just have to do what I can when he’s at work and stuff
Maybe someday (hopefully sooner rather than later) I’ll be able to post pics of my own collar bones rather than a random Pinterest pic

Managed 12,135 steps today! Haven’t exactly had a great day calorie-wise since we ate out for lunch (again 😫), but at least I’ve done a decent amount of exercise to burn at least a little bit of that food..
Just realised I can totally get away with only eating half of some things at home without my boyfriend getting suspicious. Had a meal deal from Tesco for dinner and only had to eat the whole small thing of sushi, but could get away with only eating half the bag of crisps I bought
Still not great… but less calories is less calories
My main problem is definitely boredom. I crave food so much when I’m bored… it’s still easier when my boyfriend isn’t around though

Mainly because I know it won’t happen anytime soon 😭 even if I restrict and fast as much as I can, it’s still gonna take time. Ugh, this sucks

I really cannot wait until the 24th when I can just fast for like two full days and restrict the rest of the week as well because he’ll be back at work
I genuinely don’t know how I’m gonna survive this next week while he’s off before he starts his new job on the 24th 😫 can’t fast until then & can’t really restrict much either… I hate this… ugh
Also ate wayyy more of the Chinese takeout than I’d originally planned 😅 at least I haven’t eaten anything else today though… I guess…

That moment you realise you got to 179lbs last year and if you’d just not been an idiot you could have weighed even less rn… fuck… well, if I felt like eating anything at all for lunch (was probably just going to be like two wraps by themselves), I definitely don’t now lol so I’m just gonna not 🤷🏼♀️
Plus I can obviously just not eat anything while he’s at work on the Thursday and Friday too (will probably still have to eat breakfast & dinner tho)
So, my boyfriend is gonna be away from home for training from early on the 24th until kinda late on the 26th! That means I can fast that whole time!
Which is good news since it’s his birthday that weekend 😅 so of course that’ll probably involve going out for a meal or getting takeout.. plus a birthday cake for him, of course… but at least a bit more of a prolonged fast a few days before should counteract that a bit 😅 hopefully lol

Due to the weight I’ve lost so far it’s so much easier for my boyfriend to overpower me when we’re playfighting! I love the fact that I don’t have as much weight to throw around/pin him with 🥺
