The day last year of the pop up private scotch tasting on St. Patrick's Island. Bruichladdich was fantastic at explaining and pairing our meal, even if mother nature did unleash one hell of a downpour. The water formed muddy puddles, tried to collapse our temporary shelter, and in the end, I had to say goodbye to a pair of Allen Edmonds.
