To develop Original robot GUBU, I made this number of prototypes with only the frame.

オリジナル robot GUBU を開発する為に、

フレームだけでこの数の試作品をつくりました。

I started designing a new robot with 3dcad.

It is also planned to produce with 3d printer.

3ｄcadで新しいロボットを設計を始めました。

また３dプリンターで製作して行く予定です。

Enlarge the claws to improve workability, I am trying to mount the camera and adjust the mounting position.

爪を大きくして作業性を改良、 カメラを搭載、取り付ける位置を調整出来る様にして試しています。

組み立て説明ムービーから画像を抜き出してみました。

こうして見ると大小様々な部品で構成されています。

ROBOT として簡単な構造のロボmiZ　ですが、

部品構成、組み立て手順、メンテナンス性、耐久性、3Ｄプリント時間、

デザイン、 運動性能 、そして安全性などを考慮しながら設計して、

やっと試作ROBOTが完成します。

テストして問題があれば、再設計、、、、、結構大変です。

Dimension the collected parts to incorporate 3D CAD.

集めた部品を3D CAD取り入れるために寸法を測ります。

I created an arm that can grab things.

I found a foundation of LED lights at a shop where I often go. It is the start of production of lighting for photography. I designed it to attach the heat sink because the fever is amazing.

私がよく行くお店でLEDライトの基盤を見つけて来ました。 撮影用の照明の製作開始です。 発熱が凄いのでヒートシンクをはりつける設計にしました。

無限軌道を設計変更するだけの予定でした。
