Overthinking is a choice. Taking everything personally is a choice. Being ruled by fear is a choice
but so is,
• Being serene and grounded
• Remaining unbothered
• Seeing opportunities in everything around you
Please, please understand that an assumption isn't forced or something you have to "try" to believe because it's just something you accept as true without question. You don't wake up every day wondering if you have a name, if the sky is blue or if gravity works. You just know with certainty. That's how conscious manifestation works. You decide something IS true and of course it reflects like every other assumption. You need to ACTUALLY assume you have something to get it please don't pretend or hope. A real assumption isn't forced, it's something you accept as fact without needing proof. If you say you assumed something but then claim it didn't happen you didn't actually assume it lol. You either doubted it, contradicted it or held another assumption alongside it. You assuming is NOT a technique and it's not something you "do" to get something.
The reason some people treat creating an assumption like it's a technique is because they think if they repeat it enough their mind will suddenly be tricked into believing it. That's NOT how an assumption works. An assumption is just accepting something as fact. If you're trying to "convince" yourself you're admitting you don't actually accept it as true. Come on… your mind is not stupid. It knows when you're forcing something versus when you genuinely accept it as reality (assume it). You need to be so certain that questioning isn't even an option and idc if other people disagree because who questions an assumption? An assumption is something you accept as true without proof go search it up. You must stay firm. It's not hoping, testing or checking for results it's about knowing aka accepting it as a fact. When you truly assume something it becomes your reality instantly. Reality will always reflect your truth.
So how do you truly accept something as true? It's actually simple but people overlook because they think taking time to face what's holding them down will waste their time. It's better to find out why you're finding it difficult and address it instead of staying stuck in a loop forever.
You need to find out what is preventing you from accepting your own word as the truth. Why don't you trust your own word as a fact? If you tell yourself "I have my desire" but deep down you're doubting or waiting or looking for proof then ask yourself "why don't I trust myself?" What thoughts are making you second guess your own reality? Is it because you're treating the physical world as more real than your own assumptions? Is it because you think that the physical world is the reason why you think you don't have what you want, when in reality it's because you assumed it first for it to reflect? Did you forget that reality is a mirror of your assumptions? Could it be you're looking at your circumstances and saying ughhh this is what's happening instead of actually understanding that what's happening is just a reflection of what you have been assuming up until this moment? Or maybe you've placed your power outside of yourself right? You believe circumstances or external factors hold weight in your manifestation rather than realising that NOTHING is set in stone and the only thing dictating your reality is your current assumption right? Maybe you think you have to do something and this is far too simple?
Figure it out and actually just spend time with yourself to pin point where you are struggling. Stop running away from your problems and address the reason why you can't accept your word as the truth. Remind yourself of the basics of the Law if you need to.
Now ask yourself what are you ACTUALLY assuming? Look at you telling yourself "Oh I'm affirming for my SP" and that being reflected back: you affirming for your SP. Look at you treating the concept of "just decide" like another method or technique to get to your desire and that being reflected in your reality: you in the process of using "just decide" like a technique to manifest. See how perfect the Law is? It's reflecting exactly what you're assuming. You're seeing your assumptions play out exactly as they are because manifestation is always based on what you're ACTUALLY assuming. You're STILL giving options to reality when there are no options… it's only what you say it is. As soon as you drop the debate you have with yourself in your mind and stop entertaining opposing thoughts you'll see how easy it is. You don't argue with yourself about basic facts of your life do you? You just accept them as true. That's exactly how you need to see your assumptions. Yes you need to be that certain and firm.
I PROMISE you the "key" everyone talks about to getting what you want… repeat with me… is to decide once and for all that it's done and that's it. Just accept it as true. Please just say f*ck all and accept it as true. What will you lose? Just do it.
MY FAV QUOTES. — 𝐹rom loablr
❝ the moment you accept something as true in your reality it’s true. the moment you change your mind and accept the unfavourable version, that’s your reality. no matter what the 3d is showing it’s true, if you say so — you are the operant in power, the creator. ❞ — @doemanifests
❝ if you want proof before belief, you’ll wait forever. if you believe first, proof will chase you. ❞
❝ the only thing standing between you and everything you want is the way you react to its absence. the hand-wringing, the despair, the creeping doubt, it’s a full-time job, and it pays in absolutely nothing. ❞
❝ do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. ❞ — @hrrtshape
❝ y’all need to start being nonchalant and calm when manifesting. just decide something and move on. it’s done. not "on its way" it's done. you have it. you came, decided, and it's done. your mind and the world is not separate from you. "but the 3D-" no, "but why isn-" no. it’s done, relax. ❞
❝ you’ve spent enough time wishing, hoping, and consuming. it’s time to take responsibility for your life. stop sabotaging your own greatness with distractions. you have everything you need to succeed: your imagination, your awareness, and your decisions. that’s it. that’s the law. ❞ — @whiteobsidian
❝ can't believe you guys still listen to people who say you are lazy when it comes to manifesting. how tf can you put in work towards something that's already done? ughh in 2025 really???? ❞ — @itsrlymine
❝ your logical mind? it’s a product of conditioning, fear, and societal programming that taught you to “be realistic” and “follow the rules”. but guess what? the rules don’t apply to you anymore. you’re in a whole different league now. ❞ — @nymphaura777
❝ „what’s your shifting motivation?” nothing, i don’t have any motivation because i don’t see it as something i need motivation for. i don’t have motivation to wake up in the morning, i just do. i don’t have motivation to breathe, i just do. i don’t have motivation to shift - i just do. ❞ — @nikashifts
Repeat after me:
I already have anything I want!
I'm grateful for being myself, I always attract blessings into my life.
My life is perfect, I'm fully satisfied and happy for all the things I have.
I am beautiful, caring, compassionate, smart, and abundant.
Everything is exactly how I want it to be.
I have anything I want today, tomorrow, and always!
i have it, i have it, i have it… so where is it?
there’s a thing that happens. a delusion, a performance, a cosmic joke that you’re in on until you realise you’re the punchline. you manifest something, no, you inhabit it, you embody it, you crawl inside its skin and zip yourself up. i have x. i own x. x is already in my hands. you say it until it isn’t a wish anymore, just a fact waiting to be noticed. and then. nothing.
the universe, god, the simulation, whoever’s supposed to be writing this cheque, has put you on hold. customer service music is playing. you are nowhere near x, your hands are empty, your environment bleak and x-less. you are spiritually rich and physically destitute, the manifestational equivalent of an aristocrat whose assets are frozen.
and you sit there, stunned. because it worked last time. and the time before that. and the time before that. like magic, like clockwork, like a law as immutable as gravity. you have received things you shouldn’t have received. things you had no way of getting. things that should have been out of reach but weren’t, because you knew how to want them properly. so why not now? why this, why you, why the delay?
so , here’s how you get x
you ignore the absence of x. you treat x like an inevitability, like a train already hurtling down the tracks towards you. not like a possibility. not like a wish. an inevitability. you do not beg the train to come; you stand at the station as if it’s already rounding the bend. you prepare. you make space. you act as if.
this is not the delusion of a fool. this is the precision of an architect. the greats have always known this, athletes, actors, politicians, emperors. success is an air, a posture, a scent worn like cologne. you can smell it on people before they have it. and if you wear it long enough, the universe catches on.
you speak in possession, not longing. you train your mind to recoil at the word "want" like it’s poison. wanting affirms lack. you do not want, you have. you are.
but what about reality? what about facts? what about the brutalist architecture of circumstance, the stone and steel of what is?
what about it? reality is not static. it is pliant, malleable, a thing to be strong-armed and shaped. the first step in changing reality is refusing to bow to it.
so you do not acknowledge the empty space where x should be. you treat it like a chair already filled, a bank account already bursting, a future already decided. you hold the pose, you speak in the tense of the having, you ignore the absence until it has no choice but to become presence.
confidence + assumption = success. it has never been more complicated than that. the world has always belonged to those who assume it should.
so assume. and let the world catch up.

The universe responds to WHO you are being. NOT what you want. This is because the language of the universe is ENERGY. And your energy is determined by your thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions. So you must change how you are thinking, feeling and acting in order to manifest.
6 things mentally strong people do ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ :
1. they move on. they don’t waste time on feeling sorry for themselves or others. they know that life goes on regardless of what it looks like and have faith in what’s to come.
2. they embrace change. they welcome challenges, knowing that challenges build strength which builds character.
3. they stay happy. they don’t let the misery of others rub off on them, it’s no point in wasting energy on things they can’t control.
4. they are kind, fair and unafraid to speak up for what is right.
5. they are willing to take risks, knowing that risks lead them to new discoveries & experiences.
6. they celebrate other people’s success & they don’t resent that success. you reap what you sow, it’s not healthy to be a hater.
can't believe you guys still listen to people who say you are lazy when it comes to manifesting. how tf can you put in work towards something that's already done? ughh in 2025 really????
do nothing
there’s no expectation to do anything when manifesting. no need to affirm, visualise, script, or whatever. though, these are great techniques and methods. all you need is the feeling of knowing you have it. that’s it. you have it. declare it to yourself and and the world. your brain might try to find evidence against it but no, just don’t accept it. anytime you fear or stress about it, take a deep breathe, you have it
do less than nothing. get more than everything.
law of assumption. simple. absolute. you assume, and it is. not later. not someday. not after a trial period of proving yourself worthy. now. immediately. because reality doesn’t gatekeep. it doesn’t ask for credentials. it reflects. that’s all it does.
assumption is the mechanism. reality is the mirror. you do not negotiate with a mirror. you do not convince it to show you something different. you assume, and it has no choice but to comply.
do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. same with this.
you assume you’ve shifted, and you have. assume you are already living in your desired reality, and reality follows. even with something as minuscule as wanting to be pretty. congrats, know you are and expect results. there is no ‘trying.’ no ‘waiting for proof.’ no refreshing the page to see if it’s working. the moment you assume, it is.
this isn’t work. this isn’t effort. this isn’t some esoteric practice requiring discipline and sacrifice. this is law. mechanics. assumption does not require proof. assumption is the proof.
what you assume, you experience. not because you worked for it. not because you manifested ‘correctly.’ because that’s how this works. reality takes instruction. stop acting like it needs a second opinion.
so stop hoping. stop questioning. stop pacing back and forth waiting for confirmation. the world is not holding its breath, waiting for you to ‘get it right.’ you already have. you assumed. that’s enough.
do less. take more. not because you’re special. not because you got lucky. because this is how it works.
stop reaching. let it come to you.
congratulations to me in advance. idk what’s coming, but i know i’m winning💆🏻♀️💅🏼
they hate when you serve priorities, self respect and unbothered 🥣💙
“STOP BEING A WHINY B*TCH METHOD.”
oh honey, you want the 100% easy method for manifesting? well, I’m about to rip you a new one and tell you exactly why you’re failing. get ready for a reality check you’re not gonna forget, sweetie. sit tight, because this is gonna be a ride.
1) stop thinking you’re special, you’re not. – do you really think you’re the only person in the universe who’s struggling? newsflash, honey: everyone’s got problems. everyone’s out here trying to manifest. but here you are, acting like the universe is gonna stop and give you a special pass. no, darling. assume it’s already yours or stay bitter and irrelevant forever. the universe doesn’t care about your insecurities or your sob story. get over yourself.
2) stop doubting, you’re not that interesting. – look, I get it, you think the universe owes you something because you’ve been “trying” so hard. guess what? no one cares. if you can’t believe it’s already yours, then you’re wasting your time. if you don’t assume it, then guess what? you’re just another whiny, ungrateful diva who can’t get out of her own way. this isn’t a question of “how” or “if”—it’s a question of whether you’re too pathetic to believe in yourself. make a decision. or stay stuck.
3) just assume it, you delusional fool. – so, let me get this straight: you can sit there, imagining your crush is in love with you, even though they haven’t texted you in weeks, but when it comes to assuming your dream body, you’re all “but that’s impossible!” oh, okay. you’re perfectly fine living in a delusion about a relationship that doesn’t even exist, but you can’t have the body you want because you don’t “believe” it? get the f*ck outta here. It’s all about your assumption. stop being a damn hypocrite. either you’re ready to assume your dream body or you can keep your sad, bitter little excuse of a life. the choice is yours.
4) stop waiting for a sign, you dumb little drama queen. – stop sitting around waiting for the universe to “show you” something, like you’re waiting for an invitation to the VIP section. there’s no invite, honey—you’re already in the damn club. if you can’t assume your success, then don’t expect anything to change. you’re just too busy crying and waiting for a damn miracle. newsflash: the universe doesn’t hand you sh*t. you have to demand it. you want your dream life? assume it’s already here.
5) stop over complicating it, you dumbass. – you’ve made manifesting so complicated that it’s honestly embarrassing. you’re not trying to build a spaceship; you’re trying to manifest something basic like a new job or some money. and you’re sitting here overthinking it like you’re some kind of genius? no. It’s simple, honey: assume it’s already yours. you’re either too stupid to get it or too scared to believe you deserve it. either way, figure it out.
Each step is a step. Relax and keep going ✨️

How to Stop Playing Small & Start Moving Like a Winner
There’s a difference between people who are just seen and people who are felt. The latter don’t beg for attention, they just walk into a room and shift the atmosphere. That’s the glow-up no one talks about—the kind that starts inside and radiates outward.
I thought a glow-up was about changing my hair, my wardrobe, my face. But what actually changed my life? My energy.
Here’s how I stopped playing small and started moving like the winner I was always meant to be.
If you’re waiting for something external to confirm you’re important (money, attention, approval), you’ll always feel like something is missing. The glow-up happens when you wake up one day and decide:
I am interesting, valuable, magnetic—before anyone else says it.
I deserve to take up space and be seen.
I no longer play down my personality to make others comfortable.
Ask yourself: If I were already the most powerful, glowing version of me—how would I think? How would I move? What would I tolerate?
Then start acting like that.
A lot of us were conditioned to be “humble,” to be “likable,” to dim ourselves down. But let’s be real—playing small has never helped anyone win.
Speaking softly so you don’t sound “too much”? Stop it.
Sitting back when you know you have something to say? Stop it.
Not going after what you want because “what if I fail”? Stop it.
Winners aren’t afraid to be seen trying. And trust me, people can feel when you doubt yourself. The second you start believing you belong in the spotlight, the world will reflect it back to you.
Confidence isn’t just posture or outfits (though, yes, those help). It’s the subtle way you exist that makes people remember you.
Speak slower. Move with certainty. Rushed energy screams insecurity.
Make eye contact. Like you expect people to listen when you talk.
Stop over-explaining. Say what you mean, then stop talking.
Carry yourself like you have somewhere important to be. Even if it’s just a coffee run.
People should feel something different when they’re around you. Like they just met someone important. Because they did.
Here’s the truth: when you glow up internally, you’ll stop tolerating things that don’t align with your highest self.
Low-effort friendships? No, thanks.
Situationships with people who don’t see your worth? Not my vibe.
Doubting yourself before you even try? That’s embarrassing.
Once you start seeing yourself as the prize, the whole world starts treating you that way too.
You don’t become magnetic, successful, iconic by waiting for permission. You do it by deciding:
“I’m already her.”
“I already have what it takes.”
“It’s just a matter of time before the world catches up.”
And then you start walking, talking, living like that’s the truth. Because it is.
The glow-up isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about uncovering who you were always meant to be.
So stop playing
Journaling prompts to find your identity when you're drowning in labels and subcultures
Let me be real with you. I'm a teenager, as I assume most of you reading this are (And if you're not, that's totally OK), and trying to find your identity often means trying on persona after persona, hoping that someday something will fit. Which, yes, it will, but I personally believe writing it out and exploring is so much more rewarding (and so much less embarrassing).
This is like writing a discord intro. Include your (Actual, chosen) name, gender identity, and so on, if you would like, but the most important part isn't that obvious.
How do I feel about my nationality? Am I proud of where I live? If I had to choose somewhere, anywhere to live, where would I choose?
What are my feelings towards my assigned gender? Where do I fall on the spectrum? Is my energy more masculine or feminine, or completely neutral?
What is my body image like? What do I like about the way I look, and what do I don't?
Do I actually feel like my bodily age? Younger, older?
Am I aligned with 'Human nature'? Do I enjoy being human, or would I rather be something else?
By taking these traits you were born with and evaluating, you start to get an idea of what you identify with, and what you don't. This is very important, but people often don't question things like this, as they seem a given (But end up unhappy with their view of themselves).
Divide your page into a left side and a right side. On the left, write down your real-life answers to these questions. On the right, write what your 100% ideal version of yourself would say. Then compare.
How do I feel about going to school / university / my job?
How do I wake up feeling in the morning?
How do I express myself? (Clothing, makeup, art, music)
What does my friendship circle / lack thereof look like?
How does my brain think people see me? Do I care?
What does my living space look like?
How do I treat myself? Is it fair?
What goes on daily inside my head?
What are my goals in life?
How do I react to failure / disappointment?
What is my main coping mechanism?
What is the strongest opinion I have about myself?
How do my hobbies / activities contribute to my life?
What is my biggest vice?
What am I proud of, relating to my identity?
If it doesn't match up at all, no worries. The most important step to creating an identity for yourself is knowing who you want to be. For a long time I had no idea, and ended up becoming someone I strongly disliked, which is counterintuitive and mentally draining.
Get yourself a blank piece of paper, and write down as many things as you can that interest you, describe you, or that you love. It doesn't have to be cohesive, follow a theme or anything like that, just words on a page. I'll do an example here:
Boba tea, meditation, blogging, Laufey, Cinnamoroll, studying, wonyoungism, skincare, medical dramas, Murakami, dusty pink, journaling, aquarium, cats, that girl/boy, Turkish delight, vanilla
As a highly visual person, I make collages from Pinterest all the time, and making one or a couple for yourself, or who you want to be, is a great exercise for identity and manifestation. Ideas for what to put on:
Photos related to your aesthetic
Indoor design that speaks to you
Photos of your hobbies
Items you would love to own, or already do
'Goals': photos of good grades, your desired appearance, money etc.
Fashion styles that you wear, or wish you could
Your future occupation
Photos conveying your mood lately
Media (Games, books, movies, shows) that you really enjoy
Your favourite album
