I output parts with 3D print. First, convert CAD data to .stl and prepare for 3D printing with slicer software. When calculating with slicer software, the largest part was a print time of 15 hours and 29 minutes, the part was larger than I expected and the printing time has been lengthened.

3D プリントで部品を出力しました。 まず、CADデータを.stlに変換してスライサーソフトで3D プリントの準備をします。スライサーソフトで計算すると一番大きい部品は15時間29分のプリント時間で、思っていたよりも部品が大きくてプリント時間が長くなってしまいました。

Original Robot Triant_GUBU It Is The Completion Form Of The First Aircraft Of The GUBU Series. I Started

original robot Triant_GUBU It is the completion form of the first aircraft of the GUBU series. I started designing with 3d printer. I cut off the ABS plate of DURANDAL and CICINDERA so far, From the linear design for creating and pasting, I changed the design that made use of the curve, It depends on the characteristics of 3d printer. The production period could also be reduced to one third. 3d printer does not need special skills, it will be ideal for robot making.

3d printerで作成する予定で設計を始めました。

今までの、DURANDALやCICINDERAの ABS板を削り、

張り合わせて作成する為の直線的なデザインから、

曲線を活かしたデザインに変更できたのは、

3d printer の特性によるものです。

また製作期間も3分の1に短縮できました。

3d printer は特別な技術も必要ありませんrobot 製作に最適でしょう。
